Line sooooo undeniably long no communication poor customer service and we were turned away after waiting in line for half an hour because of a return

I went to exchange only a size of a jacket I bought from forever21.com. The girl on the cashier apologized because she was mistaken returned instead of exchanging. I told her that I want to exchange because I got it for sale online and now she is making me pay the full price for it. She went to ask the manager and the manager said they can ONLY return and not exchange in the store from the online purchases and I bought the jacket because i needed it but when I went online to see the policy it says that they can exchange in the store from the online purchases.

I bought a shirt and the dye ran the first time i washed it. i tried treating it but was unsuccessful so i went to the store with my receipt to return it. they told me that since i had worn it, washed it, and taken the tag off, it could not be returned or refunded. never shopping there again.

Forever 21 is simply awesome! Modern, durable clothes at very low price... I love it :)

Cashier gave me a deal then totally changed prices on items. Then when I called the store.I was told that my items were a final sale I totally feel bamboozled.

Well its too busy place. Always crazy line. It takes 10-20 minutes to get to the cashier. But I love their clothes!

My girl LOVES this place... apparently theirs always sales & in general the prices are good in comparison to the larger department stores.Perfect for the miscellaneous items like tanks & accessories... To the employees the had to deal with a nuisance customer tonight, great job! Even though that lady was still causing trouble after not one but two securities came, you guys still handled it well. Retail is such a hassle and I wish people would treat employees with respect.

Sorry, but this store has terrible returns policy. You must know it before you buying something.

I used to love shopping at Forever 21. I understand this is not your guys’ fault, but your clothing has gone downhill. I used to find really cute stuff here. I don’t know if you guys changed vendors or what, but the material has become so thin and easily torn. However, I will say you guys have a large selection to browse through and it’s a very big space you guys have.

They have an awesome sale $5 top and bottoms, thats a deal for me.

Much better experience in the store than online. I went on a Thursday around 7 the mall was fairly empty and I was able to process my returns quickly and efficiently. I forgot the Cashiers name but she was very friendly and very helpful.

Went to buy cosrx products that were FULLY STOCKED in the shelves. When checking out, the products were coming up as “cannot sell item.” After scanning every single similar item on the shelf the cashier said that they were all customer returned and the couldn’t sell them because they were a makeup product. Absolutely ridiculous. Why would something be stocked on the shelves , told to customers over the phone that it was sold there, and then be unavailable for purchase.

We where looking for 90s clothes and the store has a lot of options and good deals. Always recommended.

The one at Sawgrass mills Mall is my favorite!!! Need to bring back the black bags, for the customers. Cant walk all over the store carrying in my arms 10 or more different outfits.

The cashier are not very friendly and most are wearing the face mask not covering the nose

I am beyond disappointed with Forever 21 as a whole. In December 2016, I ordered a large variety of items. I noticed one item was missing and contacted the company who claimed they would look further into it. They never contacted myself with an answer in which I had to communicate with them in May for an update. It was then apparently their conclusion that all of my items arrived. However, my coat did not. They are now refusing to give me a refund despite spending $$$ , simply one item was missing! I will never support this company again, beyond disappointed.

Everything is on the floor, people walk like these clothes like they trash.

The store this mall is in is relatively large compared to other Forever 21 locations, and that is fantastic, but I find it really difficult to shop here. This store is often completely disorganized or very busy. The clothes are just everywhere. I find it very difficult to find anything in here. If you have a lot of time to shop, its potentially a great place to find some cool duds, but I really dont enjoy shopping here in general.

This store was mostly empty when I was in here around 2:30 today. I was looking for a specific type of white dress and what I found was that MOST of the clothes are tinged with dirt and makeup (not to mention falling apart at the seams). I would call this a glorified thrift shop, but even the staff at second hand stores are better mannered than this Forever 21.I found a couple of dresses that weren’t yet ruined and went to try them on. Some nice young lady noticed I had my husband and our stroller waiting for me, so she put me in the first fitting room. I was about halfway done trying on my FIVE choices when a different employee unlocked the door on me without knocking!! Unapologetic, this employee scoffed at me through the door after she realized what she did and then rudely asked if I WAS ALMOST DONE?!!! I told her I would be done in a minute and I could hear her inform a guy waiting in line that I was taking up their only “male” fitting stall (out of 13).I’ve never felt so disrespected before by a retail employee, but after being in the store for less than 20 minutes I can see why they would hate their job.I gave this store one star; half a star for the ONE nice girl and another half a star because I found a clean dress.

I love the store BUT Awful customer service by cashier. Rude and unpleasant. Didn’t wear name tag . There’s nothing more frustrating than bad customer service 🙈

I love Forever 21 but this one is little smaller than I expected. I love basics but couldnt find here any. Not much selection as they have in their other stores.

I like their lipsticks and nail polish very much.they dont carry perfumes anymore! I used to love them..I think the stores needs to be better organized and provide normal sizes, I sometimes find some nice items that fit..but most run so small I cant buy..not ea. One weights 100 lbs! They have good sales sometimes..the jewerly is very pretty..I dont like the shoes cuz they are uncomfortable or too high heel for me but thats my choice, overall fashion forward clothing..nice but hit or miss for me with sizes..I like the styles though

Took my friends daugther to get some cloth l cant believe they have very limit style of clothing comepare to other forever 21 l ask the lady who work there why isnt have much of cloth to choose her response was because it an old people area and l should drive down south. Good place to pick up cheap clothes. Quality isnt the highest but its worth the money. The mens area is either filled with complete garbage or youre gonna find 20 pieces at once.

Worst Customer Service ever!!!!I placed and order online and took them 7 days just to put my order together and shipped! I called several times in between and let them know that I need my order by certain day and no one cares! Worst customer service ever! I would never order anything from this store again.

Most Forever 21 stores Ive gone to have at least a small section for intimates and undergarments but this one does not. It is a little disappointing. The place has two levels and the selection is so-so, but I can usually find something I want or similar so it works out. Aside from Activewear, accessories and shoes, the store seems a bit disorganized, as the other sections arent as clear so Im often doing guesswork as to where to find what Im looking for.

Manager wouldn’t let me purchase an item off of the maniquin. Left sensors on all of my clothing. Worst customer service, had to ask 4 people for help and all of them said “I’m not sure” and walked away from me.
