The ABSOLUTE best customer service I have ever received.I recently received a pair of inline stakes as a present and unfortunately, they were too small. I live in Pennsylvania and was unsure of what my options were to get the skates in my correct size as the original set were purchased in Boca Raton, Florida. Josh did a magnificent job of helping me through this process where others would have easily given up or told me there was nothing they could do.Josh spent countless days assisting me in the trans-state return. When my original skates arrived to him in Florida, he went above and beyond to ensure I would receive the product I wanted from start to finish. He kept me updated every step of the way and continued to ensure I had the best experience.I cannot recommend working with this store, specifically Josh, enough!

My sister and I recently took up roller skating and decided to each purchase a pair of roller skates. We saw Billabong at the Boca Mall and did not expect to receive nothing but EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE this past Sunday!! Everyone was incredibly helpful, but Stephen exceeded our expectations with his INCREDIBLE service! He was extremely helpful and super kind and patient to both my sister and myself. Answered the numerous questions we had and made the experience of buying our first skates nothing but a wonderful memory! He even personally helped my sister in picking out the perfect size for her knee pads and loosened the wheels of our skates to make sure we were ready to start! Thank you to EVERYONE who helped us this past Sunday, especially to you Stephen! My sister and I are now skating and are so happy! :D

Manager with a beard has an attitude. Ridicules customers behind their back. Doesnt deserve to be the manager. Always flat affect and no pleasantries. Like doing you a favor if you are shopping there. Typical Boca person.Staff unqualified to help customers. Fresh off the street.
