My LCD kept going out . I thought it was my fault initially but then I started going here and come to find out something was done to my phone internally to make sure it would do that. Haven’t had that issue nowhere nearly as frequently. Pretty honest on there part. Really professional and work is always clean. Much respect.

Walked in to get my phone fixed, they did not have screen I needed on hand. Were very quick to offer to order it for me! Instead, the two gentlemen put a screen protector on for me. If I wasnt on vacation and was going to be available when screen arrived, I wouldve love to have them service my phone! Very welcoming and kind.

I set an appointment for 6pm which was the latest allowed on their website. I checked their hours and it showed that they would close at 7. When I showed up however at 6 it was made clear that this was not the case. They had already packed up and the guy working just told me I’d have to come back another time. I do not understand why I was allowed to make an appointment that would be after they’re closed. Also. Why was this never communicated. The guy knew I had an appointment and had my contact information and never made any attempt. It seemed like he was trying to get out of there before I showed up. Very unprofessional and will not ever be coming back. I don’t suggest you do either

IPhone 7plus cracked screen was fixed in 2 hrs (faster than the 3 hr quote). The new screen is working really well. The experience was good. Only challenge is the wait times to get served, as the person fixing the phones is also responsible for interacting with customers.

I drove out of my way to get to this location on my lunch break, only to have the person that was working there tell me they couldnt fix my Mothers phone, which only needed a new battery. Instead of taking my business (which actually requires work), he actually suggested I go somewhere else. I definitely wouldnt want this clown running my business. I couldnt even pay for their services. This place is absolutely horrible, and I expected better because its in Boca. Never coming back here again, nor do I recommend anyone else coming here. The new owner is doing an EXCELLENT job. When he told my girlfriend and I that customer service is their priority they werent kidding. They fixed my girlfriends phone screen iPhone 6S for a really reasonable price and very quickly and then they also cleared out the cracked glass from my front facing camera as well as fixed my charging port because it wasnt seating right for free!!! Since it costed no parts and required minimal labor he said hell do it for free. 10/10 I would definitely come back here again.

Roly, was amazing and kind! I don’t know anything about electronics but I went to Verizon who is my carrier and told me I would need to drop about $500 to replace my phone I was recommended to Raleigh by two friends and I went to him and he fix my phone for only $60 and I’ve been out of work for five months during this pandemic I could not afford another $500-$600 phone and he was the best fix it literally within an hour and a half and I’m on my way and my phone is doing just great ! I will always recommend his store that’s in Boca Raton Florida on Federal highway just south of Glades on Federal .

Haha wish I could leave ZERO STARS worst rip off place ever they charged me 300$ to replace the screen it broke within two days cracked from putting it on a blanket. He told me if somethings happens and I quote “WELL FIX IT” the manger gave me a very nasty attitude and was “LAUGHING” as well as talking Over me. Total SCAM!! You’ve been warned. We Brought in a working phone, just needed to replace the screen which is common, hence this is what they do and when we picked up the phone an hour later he said that the phone would not turn on... we’ve never had any issues with the phone other than the screen and especially never any issues turning on or off. The owner was completely disrespectful to me husband and clearly does not know what he is doing! I would never go back.. not even worth one star

I went to the location on federal highway and had a bad experience. I Immediately left and went to the location on Glades road and had the polar opposite experience. Nathan was courteous, friendly and super polite. My recommendation is save yourself the frustration and go to the glades location. I hate to give a bad review on anything, but hopefully it will save someone else the frustration.

I came exactly 2 months ago to repair my phone then out of a sudden it stopped working 2 months later.I had to go back to the store to see if they could fix it and all I got back in return is terrible attitude.!I also asked to see the materials they use to fix the phone but the store owner wouldnt show me.Since he didnt even show me the materials it gives me another reason why not to trust the store and that he hasnt messed with it and used aftermarket parts ..When he agreed to fix my daughters phone 2 month ago he said we had warranty ,but when it broke and we asked about it he said you dont have it and the best we could do is have you pay 80 dollars again.What type of warranty is this???As well as he insulted me and i have never encountered anything like that , I have to go to Apple store and check if he purposefully damaged my phone and get a new one.I told him that I was going to report his business to the DBPR and all he had to say was I dont care.Think twice before you come to repair a device there !If I could give 0 stars I would.

The LCD on my HTC 10 stopped working so I had it repaired at the store for $130 ,when I picked up the phone I didnt notice that the whole left side of the screen was lifting up from the phone body so I returned to the store within 30 minutes and was told there was nothing they could do .the following week the fingerprint scanner stopped working since the screen is what keeps it in place and it got misaligned so I returned to the store again and was told I needed to talk to the manager but he isnt in .Ive returned to the store 2 times since and the manager is never there even when I call in to make sure .

WORST service ever!!! The worker was extremely rude, and didn’t inform me that my screen would look completely different than the original. The worker even mentioned how he knew I worked via Instagram, so obviously he went through my phone. He is a complete creep, unprofessional, and to top it off he didn’t even wear a face mask! I hate this place so much !

Was here about 2 weeks ago and they were very nice. iPhone 5s cracked front and back. Repairs were done so quickly. Before I left I asked why the button was so far down and I was told that it was after market. Paid $99 and left.After a few days I felt the front screen move. I just left it and moved forward.Last night the phone fell from the arm of the couch onto the couch literally less than 6. The front screen popped off. It was after 7 so I was looking for somewhere to go. I ended up calling apple and they told me this should never happen.Today I went into the store and was originally told that the adhesive must have come loose. I was then told that the phone fell so it was my fault........ Needless to say. I needed it repaired and I had to pay $35.The initial material was inferior this is why it popped off. I was told that he could have glued the screen for free but there were black marks because something inside cracked. Again I was told this was my fault. Now the button is perfect so I was again told each piece is different with AFTERMARKET.Craziest thing was that I told him hell loose a customer and get a bad review for $35 and he replied that it was only my opinion.GO FIGURE!!!!!!Moral of the story: BEWARE OF PLACES THAT USE AFTER MARKET PARTS. FOR A FEW $ more I could have had it repaired at a reputable place.

A repair tech confirmed that crucial screws, pins, and adhesives were missing after I repaired my screen here (it peeled off one month later). When I addressed this with the manager Roly, he was very confusing, inappropriate, and insulting. His behavior was a little unhinged and very unprofessional.He ultimately gave me my refund but not in a calm way. Seemed very triggered for no reason and taking everything extremely personally. Just a strange experience overall.

I have a Galaxy S8+ and I had a shattered screen and my LCD was flashing colors and I was unable to see anything on my display. I dropped my phone off at 4:40pm on a Monday and received a call from the store around 6:30 telling me my phone was ready to be picked up and that everything had gone smoothly. They had told me over the phone before I went in that it may be done by the end of the day(7pm) but it might take until noon the next day. So when I received the call about my phone being finished in under 2 hours I was shocked... they definitely exceeded my expectations and the phone is working flawless and looks like it just came out of the box. Very happy with my service and impressed with the quality of the fix and turnaround time . I recommend ubreakifix, especially the Boca location I visited. Super satisfied with my experience and they had a better price than 3 other places I called

Horrible. I went to the one in West Boca and they didnt have the part. Since its a franchise, I called the one in East Boca and asked if they used the same distribution center. THE SUPERVISOR, Joe, told me they do not and to bring it in. I specifically asked him if it was worth me going all the way to East to do this. I also specifically asked about if they may have the part. He answered affirmatively both times and was honestly a bit rude and the guy JR in West Boca may not know what he was doing because there has been a high turn around/new employment.I get there (15-20 minutes later) Joe is gone. The guy told me that JR at West Boca is one of their best (his brother owns the West Boca store) and that they do in fact own the same distributors and they therefore would have the part. JR and Joe were very nice. The supervisor is an idiot and should not have that position.I would not recommend for laptop repair.

The best place for your phone problems! Almost bought a new phone after Apple store determined that my current phone was unfixable. So glad I took it here for the second opinion and they were able to fix my phone within 30 minutes. These guys are awesome!

They change the screan of my S8 for $250 I think. But inside town setter there is a store that does the same job for $100 dollars more! Approx $365. My cellphone is perfect! The only thing they advise me that once open it is no more water proof. The rest is like new!

I carried my galaxy s6 in on Tuesday to replace the rear camera and lens, in the process they broke my lcd display. I was told they paid for overnight shipping to get the screen replacement. Wednesday they called and said the shipment is delayed due to Thanksgiving on Thursday. I dont know how an overnight shipping that supposed to arrive on Wednesday is affected by a holiday on Thursday.They guaranteed that Friday it will arrive, I walked in on Friday still no part. They then promised me again that the truck is on its way on whatever tracking they had and it will arrive on Saturday.Saturday comes now and guess what, still no part. At this point Im just annoyed because of the fact they said certain things and they were just not true. The part arrived late Sunday evening. On Monday morning I called to find out what is going on and they said they are currently working on it.Something that should have taken 45 minutes took 6 days. Low and behold I got back my phone the same exact way I brought it in. They said they replaced the camera but no camera lens replacement so how am I to know if they did anything. Actually I got back the phone worse than when I brought it in because now the speaker by the ear piece is messed up because I cant hear people properly when Im on a call. So I have to either put it on speaker phone or use my earphones.It was basically a giant waste of time.
