I dont like typical used car salesmen, because they are generally crooked (in my experience at least), pushy and dishonest. I stumbled upon Jason, and my opinion is changing. Ive never had easier, more honest and more straight forward car buying experience. Jason was clear and forthcoming about all small defects the car I just bought had (every used car has them) to begin with, communicated clearly, was on top of the process throughout, documents and other formalities went through smoothly and effortlessly. NV Motors is not huge operation, but I think its an advantage for all buyers, because you have no doubt that both cars and customers will be well taken for, by a person who is clearly a car enthusiast, first and foremost. Everybody is in the business to make money, of course, but there are many different ways to achieve this, and Jason choose the one that for me as a customer, works best: no non-sense, honesty, no BS fees...simple and regular sale process. I dont think Id be looking for any other place to buy my next car, other than Jason and NV Motors, and highly recommend it to anyone, especially to those who still dont realize the advantages of getting and running a good diesel vehicle. I think Jason is a gem when it otherwise comes to used car salesman. He genuinely is a honest guy and clearly cares about the quality of his work. Very down to earth and friendly to be around. He runs a small operation so youll save a good amount of cash by his not charging absurd dealer fees. If you find the right car at his shop, I wouldnt hesitate to purchase with him!

I had a great experience getting a car here. Originally, I was pretty sure I wanted to just trade in my car for a similar one. But when I saw the different cars they had, it opened my mind to change. I saw an Audi they had and I fell in love with it! Before trading in my car I got an offer from Carvana to get an idea of the trade in value. Then I asked NV what their trade in value was and it was more, so that made it easier on me. Overall it was a very smooth transaction, no pressure, and no upselling!

I bought a car that that was like brand new two weeks ago. I had to drive far to get the car, but it was worth it. The car is awesome! That in combination with an easy and flexible buying experience made it even more worth it. While we were finishing up I got a chance to walk around Jasons other selections. To be honest they were all nice. If he still had the S2000 he sold recently I would have made 2 purchases from him. Jason was great to work with and he went above and beyond what I expected. I was in a precarious situation which kept me from ever seeing the car that I ended up buying. I asked from additional pictures and a video or two of the vehicle. Jason sent me me several pictures and lengthy videos that actually showcased the cosmetic flaws on the vehicle, something I thinks speaks of his honesty. Once I showed up to pickup the vehicle, there were no surprises and never felt rushed or pressured to close the deal. We needed another car for the kids - they spotted it on FB. After a short chat, we set a time to stop by and view VW Jetta Tdi.The car was good and test drive was just a formality! We discussed all the aspects and were ready to move forward to buy it but it was too late for the bank. We returned the next day and paper work was done in 15 min or less!! Now 2 months later, the car looks and drives nice and smooth. We had some delays with DMV but Jason kept me very well informed and even delivered a new temporary tag in case this one expires!! Great service!! The way I see it, Jason saved me at least a few hours than what it would take in a Big name dealer to do paper work and haggle about pricing. Used car sales reps tend to have a bad name but Jason is not in this category - he cares!
