We hired Waterman Company after we discovered our previous water purification company was basically useless. My hair turned orange, we had to use harsh cleaners to get the iron out of our sinks and tub, replaced shower liner numerous times, list goes on. Waterman came out and gave us a complete run down of their services and how we can correct and maintain our water system which we were very new to (we came from city water). Since then, we have been iron-free, smell-free, clear water. I could not be happier with Watermans service!

The Waterman Company installed and maintains my R/O system and they are awesome. They change my filters every 6 months and keep me very happy with my reverse osmosis water...which I cannot live without... :)

A friend in the real estate business recommended Waterman to me. Jerry Esteban came to the house gave me a quote and demonstrated his knowledge of the business. His quote was good and I signed the order.The units were installed in a very professional manner and he explained the operation to me.Nice to have soft water again but I noticed there was a drop in pressure on the hot water on master side of house which has an instant gas water heater that is wonderful. After about a week I called Jerry to let him know my problem. He sent a man out to look for obvious things but found none. Jerry came out a day later and removed the screen from the hot water heater which was full of gunk. He thinks all the plumbing work he did at the supply side of the house might have loosened something up that ended up in filter.Long story short; clean filter, hot water flow back to normal. Jerry and Waterman are outstanding IMHO from the customer satisfaction standpoint. Many vendors would say - not my problem....I wasnt near the hot water heater etc etc. Better call a plumber blah blah blahTHANKS Waterman!

Fantastic company to work with. Jerry is very knowledgeable suggesting water filtration for the entire house. He was at the house for the estimate on time, and his pricing is very reasonable. He arrived at the scheduled time and day to install our system. Highly recommend this company.

They are a family company and have been around since the 1950s I believe. We bought our condo a little over 2 years ago and found a water filter system under our sink but had no clue where to get a new filter. We called the Waterman Co and they were absolutely wonderful. They came to house, put in a new filter; we even got a chlorine filter for our shower. They were prompt, friendly and very reasonable. Weve been very happy customers ever since.

I live in Delray and they have worked on my water filter inside and my water softer outside, heck they even delivered salt for my swimming pool. The service man Ron is amazing. This guy can do it all! Very friendly and the go to people for all your water needs.
