Very helpful and knowledgeable service. This store has the best selection around.

We had the worse experience with delivery as the driver close his app 1/2 way to our place and decided to not deliver our wine, we try calling the driver but the phone number total wine gave us is a bogus number to which many complaint as it is a fraudulent number. Total wine store in Boca refuse to honor our order that was paid for and didn’t allow us to go to the store to pickup our order unless we pay another $300 to which the driver never return the product to the store, and they refuse to give us over $300 in refund.

Always friendly & helpful. Love the vast selection of wines & that I can find black owned wines. They also have Mary J Bliges wine. And I also love the different wine accessories. Cant wait to try the cocktail caviar!

I have purchased very expensive wines and also less expensive and excellent because of the sales professionals expertise. Total wine is the only place I purchase my wine an liquor.

I have used their app for 3 years and all of a sudden my credit card wont work after all these years, they could put my order thru but I can use the same card on the app. I tried my debt card and that wont work , they asked me do you have a 3rd credit card we can try NO I dont both these cards work, I use them EVERYWHERE ELSE but cannot all of a sudden use them they the app??update the credit card I cannt use here worked just fine with ABC FINE WINE & SPIRITS STORE

This store is like the Toys R Us of liquor, beer, wine and champagne. They have the best selection of everything you could ever want. The store is super clean and the staff is outstanding, helpful and knowledgeable. And Im happy to say no masks required as of my visit on 517/2021!!🥂🍺🍷

Total wine & More is excellent they have great prices you can order online and then select which store you want to pick up at I live between the Boca store and the Coral springs store on University both have excellent customer service its also very sanitary everybody wears a mask they do curbside or I mean the like part you park and pick up and Ill just put it in your trunk if you go ahead and order it online so its extremely safe they also have extremely good prices they have great wines and all types of alcohol and liquor and usually order a case of 14 hands Cabernet which is my favorite also sterling vintners is an very inexpensive wine its not too sweet and not too better and the prices are well under $10 its about eight to nine sometimes you can even get a coupon I also usually get a variety case of champagne they have all types of champagne from you know California and champagne France obviously and Spain and Italy and a number of other places the store has a huge variety inside and online everything in the stores online plus they have a total wine direct which you can order everything to be delivered to your house and they have lots of discounts there and you can roll in a program with them

Was ignored by every member of the staff until checkout when I was handled a very professional and friendly cashier who actually helped me find what I came in for. If not for her, I would have walked our empty-handed and furious!

One of the few local places that carries my beloved Soho Lychee Liquor. Two ounces of that and two ounces of good quality vodka shaken with lots of ice makes the best lychee martini. Add a couple canned lychees for garnish.

Big store but didnt have popular champagne (Moet or Veuve Clicquot). Employees cant help me. Waste of time.

Total Wine is always awesome, however, they need to pick a shelving logic to stick with. Consistently, the selections are moved and reordered often without clear alphabetization leaving you wondering why a C, J, and M are next to eachother followed by a B

The absolute wine/beer/spirit superstore. They generally have anything you could want or can get it, and if not they certainly have something comparable. Staff is friendly & helpful, but Best of all is their app. Easy to navigate & via winery direct, theyll deliver almost anywhere. Furthermore, their cigar section is varied & the myriad of beers that they carry would take you years to go through one by one. Last but not least, they do all of this with the lowest prices around.

Micayla at the register and Corey at the Manager booth are each a blessing to Total Wine as well. Thank you three for making my experience seamless and catered. My recent trip to this location was on an errand for one of the client managers I worked with. He had asked me to find a bottle of wine for one of our coworkers and, not being a wine drinker, I was SO lost.Clair was so kind and asked many in-depth questions of which I did not really have an answer to. He took it in stride and brought me to the perfect bottle for my price point and that matched the request of the client manager. I was able to find a nice gift bag to put the wine in and check out was quick and painless.If you have to get a bottle of wine at this location, Clair is hands-down the man to talk to!

Great Store!In most locations Total Wine stores are excellent. This is one of those stores. Lots of inventory, helpful people, easy parking & great location. One thing i noticed was some items were not priced, mostly those on the middle table displays, some sale items & etc.

Every person that works here are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. They have a great stock, clean and well organized.

Multiple times Ive placed orders and have called to confirm whether the item had arrived or not. 3 separate occasions I had gone to pick up orders that were supposedly there.The last time I was there (emphasis on LAST TIME), after driving to pick up an order that I was told was there......I spike with Grant, he is supposedly a manager.I discussed my displeasure that this same issue had happened multiple times. He said he would reorder. I asked if they would deliver. He said he would not. I told him that this has happened multiple times and that I most likely will not return to the store.He said Okay.Its a shame when a store is large enough to not have to care about customer satisfaction anymore. Nothing worse than a company making a mistake and then tells you they dont care.Fortunately, there are alternative places to shop.Shame on you Total Wine.

Wow ! This store is a blessing to alcohol enthusiasts... They have such a wide spread of choices and would literally say youll be spoilt for choices. Frankly I never knew wine had so many varieties, and thats just a start youll have champagne, choices of Whiskey, Rum, Vodka, Gin... Oh oh, what not !! You can easily spend about 2 hours inside this store finding the right choice of your drink.. and yes, I did spot a wine tasting station inside the store and I wasnt in its tasting hours to elaborate more about it..Overall, this place is divine I would say easily the best liquor shop Ive ever visited !!!

Great selection, good customer service, nice in store tastings. Downside is pricing is high on better wines. Also, associates keep pushing and recommending only the companies winery direct wines, many of which are not good.

Following up on your reply, my mom is 60 years old and certainly doesnt look like she is half her age or less.... Furthermore, I am local, I regularly visit your store since I live 2 minutes from it and in occasions not even my ID has been requested to complete my transaction. If your adherence to the law is as you make it look, make it so everyday and not sometimes. That way customers know what to expect when they visit your store....

Any time Im buying alcohol that I dont know anything about, the only store that I go to is Total Wine. They have helped me in the past with finding amazing prosecco and rye whiskey. Today, I stopped in this store to get help selecting wine for a couple gift baskets. I browsed for a few minutes before Jamie came up and very nicely asked if I needed help. In less than 5 minutes, Jamie had me set up with the wine that he would want if the basket was for him. Total Wine is awesome and Im very thankful for their many locations throughout the US.

I think they beat ABC in selection and prices. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Recommend!

They are always open even on a lot of holidays. They can always be counted on. The staff are never to busy to attend to you. They have a lot of food specialty products as well. It’s really great having them nearby.

This place is amazing! The staff is beyond helpful and so patient especially when youre asking them a million and one questions. There is such a large selection and it feels like they have everything! Also, if youre ever in need of boxes, they have a whole wall of them that are totally free to take even if you havent bought anything. All kinds of boxes! Sturdy boxes! Boxes with slots!

If I could put 0 starts I would. This place has extremely rude employees that do not know how to take care of a customer. This location has a good selection and structure of items but the employees were completely incompetent. I hope that you this location gets their act together because this will be my last time going to a Total Wine.
