Good for fresh sub sandwiches. Id stay away from the fresh fish counter, im from Boston so i know fish. The fillets appeared very dry. And the shellfish the counter help had no idea where it came from or on what date. Your better off getting any fish from a fish monger.

My favorite supermarket in Boca. Huge selections with a great staff.Safety concerns about the virus are dealt with in a more gentle fashion, no screeching signage, just respectful requests.The store is super clean, social distancing is being observed everywhere.

So it appears theres a shortage of my Starbucks cold brewed coffee. I ran into Chris the mgr and inquired.. well he found out they had just received a shipment and went to check to see if that was part of what had been received and guess what...scored big time!!! Without Chris Im not quite sure what would have happened but I know it wouldnt have been pretty!!! Thanks again for taking the time to check!!!

Very nice smaller Publix with an outstanding bakery. Cant beat what they make there from pastries and cake to their breads...the multi-grain one just seems to fly off the shelf. The people behind the counter are a joy, one lady in particular who has been there for years and years. She is totally wonderful! The employees there are super nice and helpful. If you are ever grumpy, just go there and you will feel better. The shelves are very neatly arranged and one can find all the essentials for great meals. It is perfectly situated right off I-95.

Everything is neat and looks so delicious. The people are so friendly and nice looking. The fruit area has a good fresh look , some other chains dont have this freshness. The hot take out is very good. The bakery is wonderful. Thank you Publix, your still #1.

Honestly the best Publix in Boca Raton. Has a good diverse selection, the pastry chef is incredible, the staff is very helpful and nice. It’s clean and there is always parking. My fav!

I have been going here for over 30 years. The produce is fresh and the shelves are always full. It is clean and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I am addicted to their boho free. The only thing I have a problem with is their meat. It is ok but rarely exceptional.

Publix sushi is usually real good and I never have complaints but this location had bad sushi. The rice was dry and hard and the sushi itself was dry and no soy sauce came with it, and only 1 teeny tiny piece of ginger really surprised bc public is always good on everything.

This store is closest to my house, and it disappoints me everytime. Never do they have what I need. Even if I ask them to get it and they do, they never get it again. When I ask for something it means I buy it regularly! Ugh! 1 star is too many for this store! We need a bigger store here!

Had everything I wanted. Just about the same as ever other publix. Layout of the store is a little weird to me since it seems to be kinda smuched together. Lots of parking spots.

Store is basically a large convenience store that only has what they feels works for the area. Ive lived in the area longer than Publix has been there and I still have to go to other stores and get basic needs. Hopefully landlord allows another grocery store where K Mart was.

Whats not to like about a solid grocery store.I have been in some rough ones, and it does help, in my opinion, to know which are the better ones. So here we go.I moved to the area recently, and honestly, one small reason of the house I got, was it was next to a small, family looking grocery store I could visit.a couple weeks after I moved in I stopped in the place, and it was horrifyingly gross and sad all at the same time.Luckily I have Publix Palmetto near me too.I stop in all the time as its near a lot of the spots I hit on an errand.They take care of me too. I have asked for help many times, and everyone has been beyond helpful.I heard that if you go up to the fish counter and ask them to steam some fish you want to buy, they would do it there on the spot!I tried it, and brought home so piping hot salmon that was seasoned at the time by that same gal at the counter. In fact I have gone back multiple times and they will steam up whatever cut you like.With all the friendly, helpful employees and all the great parking(its not a known Publix I think, as there is always parking), its one of the best Publix thats not on an obvious street. Its a good one to pop into.

Shopping is a pleasure hear but they seem to always be out of stock of whatever I am shopping for.

Very friendly atmosphere. Can drop in for household items and grocery items quickly. Or pick up the stuff I need for the entire week. Love to shop here. Cant see it well from the road though. Entrance is on Judge Wink Rd.

My son got his hair cut and he always looks forward to a lollipop as a treat at the end. Unfortunately the haircut place was out of lollipops. So we went looking for one and walked into publix’s but wanted just 1 lollipop. We asked a worker named James for help & after realizing that they only sell them in a bag, James opened a bag and gave one to my son. That’s great service and another reason why I will continue to shop at Publix!! TY James

Most disgusting , arrogant and rude Haitians on the planet work at Publix and this location is no different. It’s a shame the Management is so afraid to discipline these employees, determined by their culture they are the slowest human beings by nature. If you want a parking spot near the stores entrance , you better have a handicap placard as all the spots up front are occupied by lazy Haitian Publix employees

Today in the morning I went to pay the box that is customer service and I was attended by a lady named Bella. I greeted her Hello, and I thought I did not listen and I said good morning and nothing was not with her, she registered my things and gave me the total, I said thank you and nothing. Very bad attention should not be in customer service.

Love this location, even though it is def one of the smaller stores.Their items are always great, love the bakery, but my fav thing about this store is their Sushi Counter!!! Their is one particular lady there who makes the sushi for me whenever I’m there and she is amazing. The sushi is always fresh and she is always so very kind to me and my kids. I honesty adore her!The managers here are also very nice and so are the employees.Even this location is small, it has a lot of heart ♥️

Denise at terminal 10 around 7pm on Aug 3, 2020 has the worst customer service. She was rude.First problem was her asking me if Im paying for all my groceries on one ticket, or you kidding me?Then, she was upset because she couldnt see the date on my license. When, I asked about a saving card, because this was my first time in this store she ignored me and the bagger said he didnt know what I was talking about.She basically threw my groceries across the scanner. First time here, terrible customer service Denise. Trying smiling and being kind, without customers there would be no jobs.

Its a small neighborhood Publix, so their product selection is more limited. However, their friendly employees and cleanliness of the store make up for it 😀

Amazing store and employees. They also set up with me to dobate to Everglades Angels Pet Resue. It just makes me so happy to feed these poor animals and get them back to health and I truly thank my Publix for that. Incredible people who are apart of this is Barbara and Donna. They approached me and noe its been amazing. I thank all the employees there for being so wonderful.

My visit was great, as I was able to accomplish my task.

I love publix. This ones good however most of the freshly baked bread varieties that I love are not made here. Perhaps theres no demand for it. On the flip side, they do have the hot snack bar that I have only seen in FL. Everything else seems usual.

Overall, I am happy with Publix in the Garden Shops at Boca. I have one continuing complain. That is, any time i wanted to buy “large bakery “Whole Wheat 5 grain” bread it is out of stock. I have tried mornings, early afternoon and late afternoon without success. I always as the bakery clerk on duty about it and most times the clerk says he/she doesn’t remember getting it in or if it is on stock, it goes out of stock very quickly. I think the management should address this problem.I hope to see a reply from management. Rich D.

Zero stars, unless you like BUGS in your lasagna. Today I purchased a package of Publix brand lasagna noodles, had them bagged with all of my other groceries, brought them into my car, and then into my home to discover they were infested with LIVE BUGS. Called spoke to manager Kristi who sounded unconcerned said they were PASTA WEEVILS and that I could come in for a refund and a replacement box of noodles, as if offering me BUG PASTA makes up for my wasted time and digusting experience. Got my refund, declined the FREE BUG NOODLES. This is an older publix I typically avoid and this experience has reaffirmed why. Thanks for the FREE BUGS, maybe Ill return if Im looking for an apple with FREE WORM. 🍎

The first time in 5 years I had to leave the store and go to another.1) Deli slicing lady did not get my request correct after 5 tries.2) Asked for her manager who wreaked of alcohol.3) Went to the front of the store and was told the manager was on vacation and no one was available to do anything.Without being overly crazy, and if that was my store:1) Reprimand the deli lady and provide better training and introduce ALL the the deli personnel to a customer service course (as not one said thank you or may I help the next person - only next!... .2) Immediately fire the deli manager (Sunday 7/13/14 morning shift)3) Retrain front office staff to better handle problems nobody can help you.4) Retrain and provide disciplinary action to the STORE manager on vacation who obviously have not trained staff properly and allowed things to get out of control.I did my grocery shopping at a different company this Sunday. This was BAD from my point of view, Im sure food handling and attitudes are BAD where I cannot see.Publix has to do something drastic - my $250.00 a (family of 5) week will be spent somewhere else.Please fix my Publix

This store is a clean, well run example of the Publix chain. It is one of their smaller stores although a very busy one. It is located in a shopping plaza adjacent to I-95 along with a Kmart, a US Post Office and numerous other businesses.

I have been harassed by the security four times when I have sat in my truck eating a sub in the parking lot. Not going to this one anymore. Never had this happen in any other Publix across the state. Awful rude obnoxious uneducated security on a power trip. I hope they close this location and the property manager that hired these awful security guards goes into foreclosure.
