I placed an online order 40 minutes prior to arriving. I placed it in advance so I could quickly pick up my food on my way to work. I arrived and my order had not even been processed. The lady had to search for my order. After waiting 10 minutes, I am given my bag of food. I get to my office, there were two slices of UNTOASTED wheat bread, no butter, no utensils. Then my eggs were burnt and brown, and were missing the ham! Food tasted horrible. Bland and burnt. I couldn’t have bread because of having no toaster at work . Complete waste of money and time. Definitely not visiting this establishment again.

Our son and granddaughter live near Palm beach bagel so we decided to try it. They have limited outdoor seating.I tried the Western Omelet, Ham, onion and green pepper with salsa on top.My wife ordered the Veggie Omelet, Mushrooms, onions, spinach, and tomato. Both made with 3 extra large eggs. Comes with choice of bagel and choice of home fries, tomato, or oatmeal.Both were ok not special.

👏👏👏👏👏 This place is an oasis in the morning after being hungover. Order the bananas Foster waffles, the Southwest burrito, bacon egg and cheese bagel with everything on it, the Italian omelette.

I found mold on the onion in my veggie burger. Unfortunately I didnt notice it until the very last bite so Im afraid I ate mold. The manager apologized and agreed to refund me, but I hope this is a lesson for all to be more cautious when inspecting takeout.

I had a custom chopped salad with Turkey added and it was to go so dressing was on the side and it was still in very good shape when I got it home a quick 5 to 10 mins away. Order was correct and ingredients were still crisp even though it was a chopped salad.

Palm Beach Bagel catered a funeral lunch for us. We ordered remotely as we live in another state and Covid prevented us from travelling. From all reports the lunch was splendid and Palm Beach Bagel could not have done more or better. The platters were beautifully done and the portions were generous. The food itself was fresh and delicious. The order was perfectly executed and the prices were reasonable. It gave us great comfort to rely on this business. Highly recommend.

Third time they have gotten my order wrong. I even had the guy repeat it back to me. Plus they charged me for two of teh wrong breakfasts.

People in my office order from this restaurant quite often, they even have a standard order to deliver bagels every Friday. Normally, the food is pretty good, but today I was really disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, which Ive ordered several times before and had no problem getting it delivered. Today, I was told that I didnt meet the $8 requirement for delivery. Is that new? Anyway, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie to bring the total up to have it delivered. My cheeseburger was room temperature, the fries were cold and hard and that giant chocolate chip cookie was one of the worst Ive ever eaten, very dry with hardly any taste. I know what not to order again. Too bad.

Palm Beach Bagels in Boca Raton has always been our favorite breakfast place. We eat there at least once a week. The bagels are delicious and my husband says that they make the best Matzoh Brie around. The owners, Jill and Howie, are always present making sure that everything is perfect. They are two of the kindest and generous people you will ever meet. This morning we went for breakfast and were taken care of by their newest employee, James. We were amazed at his attentiveness, knowledge and outgoing personality. His work ethic was amazing. He is a true asset to the staff. Welcome James.

They are taking prepaid online orders and then refusing to fill them. I assume because they do not get 100% of the revenues. Twice Ive waited over an hour before getting refunded.

Palm Beach Bagels is one of our favorite places for breakfast, due mainly to server Elise and owners Howie and Jill. Today we were served by James and were very pleased. He was welcoming and attentive! The bagel are delicious, and today I had Matzo Brei which was excellent and plentiful. A must go to place with outdoor and indoor seating.

Order lunch about once a month. Delivery is always prompt. The food is very good and a wonderful value for the money. The Greek wrap with chicken is outstanding!! The chicken appears to be sliced from a whole bird. You can actually identify that its white or dark meat. Most wraps with chicken use little cubes that makes me wonder if its real. The portion is extremely generous and delicious. My go to place to order lunch. Highly recommend.

PBB, is a staple here in Boca and serves up breakfast and lunch all day long. Fast and friendly service makes my visits for my morning breakfast a pleasure. The servers are all very friendly and make an effort to learn everyones names who come in regularly. The food tastes good and the service is refreshing.

The food is very good here assuming your order is correct. I can not tell you how many times I have ordered a bagel with butter, only to have no butter, or they send cream cheese instead. I have received the wrong salad multiple times, and other times they forgot to add my dressing to the salad. I guess I deserve it because I keep coming back, but it really is the little things that stops this place from being good. My patience is really running thin with them.

Their salads and breakfast items are good. Smoothies are really bad and coffee is just average.

I just came out of quarantine and first place I headed for lunch. I was disappointed to find out Sherry wasn’t working for lunch.I know I can always count on her to get great service, my order correct and no problem getting her attention, she is always on the floorI guess before I head that way, next time I’ll call to be sure she is there.

The double toasted Bialy with 1 egg over medium & bacon is my morning sandwich and no one makes it better than Palm Beach Bagel.

Trying to make this my bagel place since its on my way, but having trouble with orders. Bagels are frequently burnt. Theres usually not very much cream cheese, and when I ask for more Im charged for double cream cheese. I tried a bacon egg and cheese today. Eggs are completely over done and dry, and bagel is burnt. The bagels themselves are good but rarely have an order without one of these issues.

I ordered online a wasabi chicken sandwich it came back with who knows what sandwich with the piece of chicken cold the bread not even on top like the sandwich and french fries all terrible. First and last experience in this place...
