Silvio tells me what are the priorities and explain why each thing needs to get done. Tire Choice is my new tire place! Awesome service from start to finish. They were able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was with my tire and fixed it in no time! I’ve come to this location for tires, oil changes, you name it and it’s always been exceptional. If there is a wait, Silvio and Renaldo make sure to be upfront and honest so that you’re not just waiting around which is something I love about going tot his location. I’ve been very happy with this shop and highly recommend them.I initially went there for tire service and they were great, so when they told me they also do routine maintenance I went back for oil + filter change, engine flush and tire rotation. They were thorough, timely and affordable.Silvio is always professional and courteous and enjoyable to interact with. I’m confident I’ll be visiting them whenever I need work done on my car.

Great service and support. Brought in my BMW 328i for new tire, tire alignment, new belt, fluids and a rattling exhaust. My Cars feels like new again. Great explanations and support for questions and payments. Always answering the phones. The work only took three hours I highly recommend getting here early in the day if possible. The parts we needed to order arrived within 12 hours (my car broke down the night before) Highly recommend this place for any car issues.

Heading home on I95, had one rear tire blow out and shredded, with the other rear one about to blow. I urgently needed new tires for our Ford E150 van. Tire Choice Service Center in Boca Raton had the factory fit Kelly Edge AT LT225/75R16 at a reasonable price. Silvio Rodriguez, the store Manager, was very courteous, and offered a discount on the wheel alignment to help offset the cost of the set of tires. We were on our way home in less than 2 hours, on a VERY busy Saturday at this service center. I would gladly do business there again, even if it means an hour drive from our home. Oh, the Kelly Edge ATs ride great on the van. The tread design is appropriate for S. Floridas wet roadways,

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Alexander greeted me rudely, and yelled me when I understood they were scamming me. He tried to scam me, charge me extra, and tried to take advantage of me since I am not white. I drove over to Tire Kingdom next door - they got me in and out on 25 minutes (with no appointment) and couldnt have been nicer. Do yourself a favor and go to anyone but these clowns.

Best service. I desperately needed help on my tire; didn’t want to drive unsafe with my daughter in my car. Thankfully before we left the manager was extremely kind to check my tire (after closing time) & heard my tires air coming out. We found out the issue and instead of him telling me to come back or he couldn’t help due to the store being closed, since it was after 4pm... He reopened the garage, fixed my value from my tire & helped me out without hesitation.I was able to leave feeling safe & extremely appreciative for his over and beyond service!I’m still beyond grateful for his generosity and sending him many blessings for years to come!!His service has gained a customer for as long as he is working there :)Sincerely,Francés

I have never used the tire choice before, but boy am I glad I did. Silvio was efficient and helpful from the time I called until my car was finished being serviced. He ran a full check, to make sure issue wasn’t just patched but fully resolved, pricing was more than fair, friendly, clean, efficient and accommodating. Absolute crooks here. DO NOT GO HERE. I needed just a tire balance. They wanted to charge me $600 for new rotors. My car is brand new two years old with less than 30,000 miles. Went to the dealer and they checked my brakes and said everything was fine. Total bs. Oh and of course they charge me $60 just for the check. Will never go here again. Buyer be ware.

You must ask for Renaldo!!! He was very professional, explained everything to me in detail (I’m far from knowledgeable about cars lol), and kept me updated about any change. I felt completely welcomed and at home. I’m definitely a loyal customer now thanks to Renaldo!!!

We have been customers of the Boca Raton Tire Choice on 441 and 18th street for years. They are always so kind and accommodating. Today we brought my car in because there was a nail in the tire. Renaldo got our car in quickly. He is always extremely nice. We won’t ever go anywhere else.

My tire broke the day my daughter was born. While I was looking for a mechanic nearby, I found your Sandalfoot branch. When I got there, all the employees were working heavily. When I asked them to explain my situation, they did their best to take care of my vehicle and send me back to the hospital. Thanks to them, I was able to quickly go to the hospital and take care of my family. After the repair process was finished, the store manager Silvio Rodriguez did not charge me. Caught a big screw in my tire went to so many establishments at 230 on a Sunday needed to get back on the road asap was turned away by many.. except for my last stop..Reynaldo the service manager was very helpful and him and staff jumped on the problem right away!! Excellent service by the staff. After being rescheduled for the 3rd time at another location while en route; I called them up and a few minutes later I was at their desk being helped getting my SUV taken care of. Staff was extremely friendly and professional, I wasn’t pressured into anything I didn’t need and was more than confident leaving my SUV with them. I’ll be coming to this location from here on out.

Silvio and steven saved my life!!! i came in for an oil change, come to find out my found out my oil cap was missing. they did everything they could to get it replaced so i could be back on the road the same day. they also stayed after hours to do all of this for me and i couldnt be more grateful. fantastic employees! this is definitely a trustworthy place for any car needs.

People seem nice, and tire prices and alignment prices are decent. The alignment report did not have a caster measurement, which probably means they didnt measure caster, and there was an additional 120 dollar charge for lifetime tire service which I did not ask for on the bill.Ultimately decent service, I wouldnt recommend getting an alignment here since the camber was off and they didnt give me the option to adjust with moving the cross member, and without a caster measurement its difficult to determine if the cross member needs to move or the strut is bent.

I think this is the last time I bring I ever bring my car here to get it fix. I am very upset about the way your service Manager Frank spoke to me in person and on the phone when I asked him to get the number to corporate. I spent alot of money to get my car fix here, the fact the he almost charged me for a pressure test was ridiculous because I got my car serviced recently for over heating and it had the same problem again. So what did I spend money and time for if the same problem was going to happen again 2 weeks later. This is the same shop that forgot the oil cap on my car from an oil change and I drove my car for 2 days before it stalled out on me because I had no cap. Im over it and Im sick of it, but what really threw me over the edge for me to write this review was the way that he spoke to me. You dont speak to people that way at all that is absolutely unacceptable for a service manager. If you took the time to look at my service history you would see the amount of time I have at the to get my car worked on, but Frankly Frank was RUDE. I posted pictures since no there ever believes me when I say there is a problem to my car

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They allow online scheduling of appointments so I made one two days ago. When I showed up this morning, I was rudely greeted and told 4 times how he didnt have me in the system for an appointment. I showed him my confirmation, then he was finally intelligent enough to put together a full sentence and say they are not taking online appointments. He then proceeded to tell me it wasnt his problem and I could wait up to 5 hours for a patch to be done since it was first come first serve and not his issue. Drove over to Tire Kingdom next door - they got me in and out on 25 minutes (with no appointment) and couldnt have been nicer. Do yourself a favor and go to anyone but these clowns.

Went in after I had an estimate from tire kingdom(horrible customer service), I am so glad I did. Renaldo was so personable and helpful I will not be going anywhere else for my tire service. Getting automotive work is unfortunate and can be an inconvenience, but the staff here at tire choice made it quick easy and affordable Thanks guys!

The staff at TireChoice were very friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with one of my tires and the tech checking the tires air pressure, went above and beyond to find out what the problem was. Then Jose Mendez, Sales Associate, assisted me with the issue and helped me get it resolved. The repair was so minor, I was not charged for their Service. Being a Costco Tires customer for many years, I noticed how their service has consistently gotten worse. I was looking for more personalized attention and I needed 4 new tires so I went to see Silvio at Tire Choice yesterday and he took great care of me. He also suggested getting an alignment and saw that my rear shocks needed to be changed. Since I knew his suggestions were honest and prudent, I agreed to them. He told me the car would be ready by 5 pm and around 4:45 pm he called to let me know everything was ready. I couldnt be happier with their service and quality. Daniel Alvarado

The guys are honest and fair. Came in for a balance, rotation and alignment but they suggested I needed new tires. Showed me the wear on all 4 tires. Gave me 4 choices in tires ranging in different prices and quality. Did not pressure me in selecting the most expensive. Tire prices were very reasonable. Was in and out in a little over 2 hours. Great work guys!

Excellent experience!! The staff was very professional and friendly and went out of there way to make my time there pleasant. They keep me informed and updated on how the work on my vehicle was going and how much longer until they were finished. The guys here were fantastic at the front desk. And very patient. I left my wallet at home and I had to set up a Google pay account which took an hour! Theyre courteous, kind and have a great sense of humor.

Dont bring your car here, this place is nothing more than a smug joke. Brought my car in for a couple minor repairs including paying $32 for anti-freeze. Car looked great, but when I got home, I had checked and there was no anti-freeze, just water? I made an appointment for 9am, arrived at the time and was then expected to wait 2 hours until they can provide service...what was the purpose of making the appointment if I would have to wait 2 hours after arriving?? Before sending me off to wait, they had given the excuse of we just topped it off even though if that were the truth, I had still paid for new anti-freeze, not just adding to whats previously there. Ive been working with anti-freeze for over 25 years and that was not anti-freeze. What a shame that my first visit would be the last.

I couldnt be more thankful for the staff at Tires Choice. Silvio, Tom and the gentlemen working in the back are all so respectful and give honest answers. They treat you like family, not just a number. Its a good feeling especially when you feel like your day cant get any better. We keep going back because of the staff and the great work they do. Highly recommend, very helpful staff with a clean shop. I needed a new tire after my wife’s tire blew on her way home. Not having a spare I removed her tireand The Tire Choice was the first place I called. They had the tire size in stock so I brought the tire and rim in within the hour. A half hour later they had me on my way. Great place, I’m thinking about having all my car maintenance done here.

Where do I begin with this AMAZING establishment? I know very little about cars, but I came in this morning with a very worn out toyota camry, and Silvio Rodrigues was a HERO, he saved my car, provided all the details about how my brakes were worn out, I needed an allignment, oil change, and my brakes fixed/flushed. All of these services was provided in a very timely manner, with excellent customer service and provided an in depth debriefing on everything I needed to know about my car. Expectations were beyond exceeded, I am never going anywhere else for my car, truly love this place, and very reasonable prices. He even gave me a little discount, and I am forever grateful I came here. While I was waiting he even recommended some food places that were walking distance and took a nice stroll around the area. I will forever recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Thank you so much Silvio, greatly appreciated, my car feels brand new!!!!

Great service and fair prices. I went in due to a nail in one tire plus all tires were starting to wear thin. Silvio helped me and took his time to come out side, check the car, and explain to me how tire tread is monitored etc. I decided to replace all 4 tires and get an alignment. A nice establishment! I was fortunate to meet both the Manager, Sylvio and the Assistant Manager, Tom; both really nice guys and very professional. My car was serviced on the time of my appointment and fairly quickly; I bought 4 new tires. I didnt realize Tire Choice offered additional services that take care of most, if not all, of my automotive needs. I did notice various warranties are also offered. I look forward to visiting again ... knowing I am in good hands.

We were in town from Jacksonville for my sons soccer tournament and we blew a tire. After explaining the situation to the manager Tom, he told me to come in and he would personally fix my tire as his shop was working through a 2 hour wait time. These guys are great. I cant remember his name but the guy who runs the show is fantastic. Always works with me. And is honesty about time frames and cost. They have proven their value several times over. Will gladly come back for my car needs and tire needs when though its in west boca and I live in east.

The guys here are beyond amazing and helpful, they’re always willing to work with you when they can and actually care about you, Silvio has been there from the beginning of us taking the car in and always willing to take us to the car to show us what was wrong, never trying to sell us anything and he’s always honest and trustworthy. We have got plenty of work done here because of it being an older car but their work is always solid and their customer care is extraordinary. Not only is Silvio amazing but Tom is extremely helpful and caring also, not sure how they have so many genuine and trustworthy people working there but it’s what keeps us coming back.

Jose is always THE BEST! Couldn’t find a better service team in a 100 mile radius. Always fast and efficient super satisfied, and if you’re waiting they’re generally quite comedians... keep that smile guys!

Anyway, we always bring our cars here for tire repair. Its a professional joint and they are very honest. One time, after they lifted the car and checked, it turned out the bolt had only made it as far as the tread - it was just short of puncturing the tire. They returned the car, no charge. I honestly dont think I would have noticed it was missing a repair since I wasnt watching them work on the car. I wouldnt go anywhere else now.

I delt with Silvio, and they did a great job fixing my 2012 Camaro. I am not one to take my car to a place outside of the dealership. However I wanted to give them a try. I needed my brakes and AC system worked on. From the first time I walked in there and they were very attentive to my needs very knowledgeable and what I needed to be done to the car. I would recommend this place to anyone. Silvio was great!
