Great job cleaning all the areas I didnt want to or couldnt without equipment, really helped sell my home. Breathed new life into my carpets. Took care of all the kitchen appliances I couldnt get to. Of course I went over everything myself a few more times after, but it was that much easier because of the initial clean.

Take our euro and japanese cars here. Owner is super friendl . Its a family owned shop and they always try to accommodate. Prices are not jiffy lubes prices but I feel quality is emphasize here and that to me is worth paying a little extra.

Having recently moved to Boca Raton from Chicago, I needed to find a good and reliable mechanic in the area. I had used the same mechanic in Chicago for 35 years and was not confident that I would find one as good in this area, When my wifes battery started to lose charge, I decided to try Japanese Auto Care. What a surprise! Upon entering the facility, I met Jimmy the owner and he treated me like I had been going there for 35 years. He said it probably just needed a new battery but they would do a diagnostic to make sure there was no other issue (which there wasnt). I told him to change the oil too and he quoted a very reasonable price. When I returned to pick up the car, I decided to have the oil changed in my other vehicle and while I was waiting Jimmy even introduced me to his dad. When I got home I noticed that I was undercharged because they charged me for regular oil when one of the cars used synthetic oil. I called Jimmy back and told him I would come back and pay him the correct amount and he said dont worry about it, he was glad to have me as new customer. All I can say is you just dont get customer service like this anymore, especially at an auto repair facility. I have found my mechanic, and I highly recommend Japanese Auto Care for everything including routine oil changes.

I was referred to them by a friend. Frustrated that my tire light was on, on a Monday morning on my way to work they saw me quickly and advised that there was nothing wrong, put air in my tires, turned light off and sent me on my way. Honest mechanics. Very nice guy at front named jimmy (who I think is one of the owners) and bathroom was very clean which I appreciated! 🙂

Had maintenance done there, they lost one of my tire valve caps. Dont know why they took it off at the first place.The price was fair, the receptionist was friendly. However, one overlooked detail ruined the experience. If you take something off but forget to put it back on, it is sloppy job.------------------Gave them a second chance and had maintenance done for my other car. Receptionist is as friendly as before. He apologized for last time so I am going to forgive them.(￣︶￣)I can tell that they are honest and trustworthy, which is the quality I value the most for auto mechanics.They are busy even in regular days, so if you plan to go, go early, like 8 am early, so that you dont have to wait.

Had a noise coming from the front end of my car. Brought it there they couldnt figure out what the noise was coming from. They refuse to remove any parts and do pull out and replace at that time. Told me wait until it gets more serious if it does then bring it back. Strangely enough the noise completely went away and have no problems with the car. Its not too often you find a repair shop that wont do work just to make a buck. Thats the type of auto repair shop everyones looking for. Not like they need this recommendation theyre always busy!!!

I mean, this place is so great that even the mechanics who you dont usually see or meet in most places will thank you for the business when they hand you the car back. I call them for any issue and they help me for free. They do free check engine lights and will even do further checks to ensure your confidence in them. If anything is wrong with your car, they show you exactly what it is. They dont try to sell you anything and always keep their quoted price.Please, please, please bring your business here and not some corporate place like TiresPlus thatll rip you off and not even do good work. I am surprised and happy at how polite everyone in this location is. I mean, five minutes sitting down in their waiting room will show you how loyal their customers are. Mostly everyone who comes here whether for an oil change or whatever has been here before.I would honestly come here just to hang out if I were invited.

Jimmy is the voice & manager at Japanese Auto Care. He is the person you want to speak with when you have a problem with your car. Hes seen it all, he is calm & a genuinely nice person.I went in with a 2 check engine lights & some other OBD lights coming on. If you know about these issues you know its gonna cost you! And its totally up to an honest mechanic to diagnose & repair. They found nothing wrong with the car, cleared the codes & has been running smooth ever since. His advise, use premium gas.I went in again to look at my BMWs brakes as I thought I heard them squeaking. Jimmy & his staff diagnosed the problem & said Nope, you still have meat on your pads. I mean come on, really?! When some comes in for brakes regardless of the break pads, especially a BMW mechanics see dollar signs. Not Jimmy & Japanese AutoCare, they sent me on my way.Japanese Auto Care & Jimmy build relationships based on Trust, Honesty & Integrity of their work.Highly recommended, you wont be disappointed.
