Was recommended by my auto insurance to use these guys for my car repair. Carla and Bill were awesome. The whole process was a breeze, its been 2 weeks since my replacement of the rear bumper and no issues so far. Also the car wash was done very well, whomever cleaned it definitely has experience at doing so.

I had a repair done by a previous auto body shop and by a Ford dealership. The repairs were not done correctly and the problems were still there. I then took my truck to Fine Line. Of course after my previous experiences I was nervous.Right away I could tell Bill and his staff were true professionals and actually cared. The repairs were done right. Fine Line is by far the fairest, most pleasant and understanding business I have dealt with in a VERY long time!! Having my car hit for a second time in 2016 with damage was very stressful and traumatic but Bill was so accommodating and had so much patience with my many questions or concerns. The work that was done was of exceptional quality. I was only spoken to by the front desk receptionist. The owner bill or the manager judy never spoke to me. If you want great work but an impersonal shop it is great.

Heres another unhappy customer. I am still waiting for my part to come in so my car will finally be done! It was in your shop for four weeks and I am still waiting on a part that they put on wrong! I am waiting. I called twice already. I got NO call back. NOTHING!! . Wheres my part? After my poorly done repair I am still waiting on my car to get done right! Whats taking so long FineLine? How many times do I have to call? How many weeks do I have to wait? You got your check from the insurance co already so I guess I am not important or your priority anymore? Luckily for them they have Carla at the front desk. She is very accommodating and sweet.

I set up my appointment with the owner to bring my car in to be fixed.5 days before I was to bring in my car they cancelled my appointment.They told me that they didn’t want to deal with Allstate insurance.It would of been nice if the owner would have told me that the day I brought it in to be appraised. His manager has no customer service skills.How rude

I am very satisfied with the level of service they provided my car. After having my heart broken from getting into an accident I lost the passion for my car that I once had. At one point they cared for my car more than I did but after the restorative services they provided I fell back in love with my car.

The owner of this place is a jerk. He has a Geico SCAM insurance adjuster there that rips off car owners by doing inferior repairs and refuses to return cars to PRE ACCIDENT CONDITION. If you complain about the geico jerks ripping off people and try to call geico supervisors the owner of the body shop points to his NO CELL PHONE USESAGE SIGNS in his shop and threatens to call the police. DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP the owner Bill Stacey threatens you with bodily removal if you try to even call Geico and complain about the SCAM they are running there. The GEICO adjuster at this location Michael Bowman is a complete MORON that does nothing but RIP OFF Geico policy holders by REFUSING to acknowledge obvious accident related damage by claiming he cant see big damaged areas on the car near the impact zone or saying oh he sees previous touchup, which is a lie.DO NOT USE FINELINE AUTOBODY and stay away from this shops Geico adjuster Michael Bowman and the owner of fineline Bill Stacey. COMPLETE BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES if you stick up for your rights by trying to complain on the phone to Geico.
