A place I would go to for all my Halloween needs.

They have a lot of nice things. Just know they have a no refund policy on costumes. The will however exchange for a different size.

We were looking for paper goods for a party. Lots of matching plates, napkins, cutlery & cups, but just plain colors, no flowers, etc. We had a hard time making a choice there were so many. Lots of other things there, but we werent shopping for them.

Worst place ever! Customer service is absolutely terrible. Manager even has an attitude. Bought one balloon, they made me wait 30 minutes while 4 people were working. Balloon wasn’t filled all the way and when I got home the balloon was no longer attached to the string. Glad I grabbed the ballon and not the string. Called to tell them and they said it’s not their problem once it leaves the parking lot.

Extremely rude staff. We walked down from the Spirit Halloween store. I had a bag in my hand because I bought something at Spirit Halloween. The lady doesn’t say hi or any type of greeting, she just rudely says “you can’t bring that bag in here. Take it out to your car or you can leave it behind the counter.” Unreal. Acting like I’m a criminal for bringing in a shopping bag from the store the store next door. if that is their policy, then fine, but to speak to in a nasty, accusatory tone is uncalled for. Also, there were no signs on the outside of the door stating I wasn’t allowed to bring a bag in, so it’s not like I was just blatantly ignoring their store rules. I’ll make the trip to Niles the next time I need any type of party supply.

Went to buy 2 balloons and was told they were too busy with graduations and wouldnt take any more orders. 1 person on the cash register while line to check out was 10 deep.

The staff there is rude my girlfriend worked for them and the management is horrible manager was sick for a week and didnt wanna get tested for covid come too find out she has covid and gave it too three other employees one of them which is my girlfriend that is pregnant.....the managers daughter also works there maybe once or twice a week n gets paid for 80 hours a week they are robbing the company of hours that are not worked

Wasnt worth the time standing outside waiting to enter the store. It is not a customer friendly setup. Things arent necessarily categorized so you look for something along the lines of what you want and hope it is in the same area. They probably were just well picked over so selection was limited.

While they have a big selection of things they are a bit high priced for some things. Store is not set up in the most convenient way but the store was clean and some of the staff was nice and helpful

This place is pretty cool, costumes year round, anything party related, balloons out the wazoo. Some weird statues for sale too like a life sized Darth Vader

Ordered balloons to be ready the next day..upon arrival they hadnt even started the order at the agreed time. We were late to our own party due to them

Im guessing Spirit Halloween has recently opened they didnt seem to have the stock in the store that theyve had before maybe in another week or two theyll be better stocked.

We only picked up balloons for a friend but found the process to be quite challenging. To be fair, it was very windy, but had the balloons been clipped together like theyre supposed to be, we wouldnt have lost some putting them in the car. Just make sure you ask that theyre clipped together and you should be ok.

Large baloon orders were increased last minute and ALL 3 cashiers were glued to it. Unless someone was checking out. Was unable to fill the 1 balloon that I purchased. 🎈

I recently visited this location (from out of town) and needed help finding decorations for a party. Mikki was very nice and so helpful. She even gave me other ideas and color schemes that came together so well. Great up sell Mikki! Keep up the great work. It’s nice to know there are still people willing to go out of their way to help one another :) kudos to her and having her is an asset to your store!

Didnt have what we were looking for

Went in looking for a baby shark pinata. Found one that was damaged. We asked if they had another one or could we get a discount since were not even site it would hold candy due to the damage. We asked if we could return it if its found out to not hold candy, was told no we buy as is. In the meantime my soon. To be 2 year old grabbed a baloon holder off the shelf, Cashier was ignorant to my soon to be 2 year old. Telling her not to touch things. And making a big deal out of it. Granted I would of stopped her from touching the item, but no way I will tolerate a ignorant women talking to my baby that way. I do not recommend going there.

Of course this is THE place to go for holidays and party shopping. Went here with my family and they all really enjoyed the atmosphere and selections. Do not worry about they may not have my size, they will not have what I want... Oh, they will. Even check out their website for furthermore. Prices are not at all bad.

Loved it!!! Huge selection of seasonal decorations, costumes and so much more! I went in just to look around and walked out with 5 bags full of fun things! Prices were great and very friendly staff!

Possible the worst experience. The ladies werent very nice at all. 30 mins wait to blow up a balloon and put a plastic clip on it is a bit extreme if you guys have that many pre orders you guys should plan more accordingly or get better staffing that can handle it.

I had an excellent experience at Party Place today (July 6, 2016). I went in looking for a product it turned out they didnt carry, but as soon as I walked in the door someone greeted me and asked if there was anything they could help me find. The gal was very helpful through every step of our decision-making process, including having the oversize balloon inflated and giving helpful tips for our specific situation.

Party Place has a wide variety of products that will fit basically all of your party needs. They have items for birthday parties, weddings, showers, general party supplies. The prices are also very reasonable. They also offer a wide selection of party balloons.

Had some balloons done for a baby shower. The young girl was so helpful, and they turned out amazing!!

Everyone in this has a attitude and acts like your the biggest inconvenience to them for having them do their job, no one ever smiles, when they greet you its almost as if they are saying to get out of the store. Plain and simple this store has the worst customer service skills. If I could Id give it negative 5 stars

Party Place has a great selection of party accessories and costumes. Whatever I cant find at other stores, Party Place usually carries and staff is very friendly and helpful! Prices are moderate. Only downfall very cluddered at Halloween time.

It was really nice but we wanted to find some numbers that said 60 and they didnt have 60 so we have to use 90 and then flip the 9 to a 6.

Had exactly the graduation decorations I was looking for and had them at a great price.

Spent over $30 on 4 balloons for our little girl. Took them put of car one blew away because clerk didnt tie good enough and the other was already deflating. So disappointed

Theyll have what you want if you dont care how much you pay, that the quality is crap (10 minutes 3/10 balloons were down, 1 before I even left the parking lot) or that you arent going to be treated with respect.Management should rethink how they let their staff speak to people.

Everytime Ive ever shopped here, and you ask for help from the employees, they act as though you are taking up their time. I dont think Ive ever been waited on by the same person twice. So its not just one specific person. I only continue to go back because they have a large selection. My last visit had 3 girls working in the front area, and I waited at the counter until they were done with their personal conversation, before asking for a specific item.

Customer service sucks!! I go in for 3 gallons and I was told it would be at least an hour wait because they had a big order! AND NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. I will never go back again. Oh and best yet I ask, do you have any red door streamers all I see is black, the lady said oh I am sure there in the back.... ok??? Can you get me one.... No, I cant leave the counter. Hmmmm, how are they in business??

Horribly run! They picked giving me a refund than blowing up a couple balloons- talk about stupidity. I paid for birthday balloons and after I paid , the clerk wanted to continue ringing up other customers. I said after a couple of customers, I want my balloons or a refund. So they picked refund

We called and asked for a specific cost them and they said they had it in stock. We drove 45 miles to the store pick up the costume but when we arrived they did not have it.

They really need to learn how to hire NICE people, Ill never come here again. Workers are ignorant every time I come in. Learn how to hire people with good customer service!!
