Staff is ALWAYS rude, they had no cars in their parking lot and 2 guys working and were unable to laminate two pieces of paper. I was refused and told I would need to come back another time. I spend hundreds of dollars here almost monthly…. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now.

My wife sent some important documents through Fedex ..... Suppose to be confidant and express and deliverd on time as she paid for it but they lost her package for two days then they deliverd !!!!!!......3 days late they cant even located where is the package they didnt do thier job which we paid for ....when we ask for refund they try to blame the weather!!!!!! It was no storm or flood just they dont wanna make a refund..... So its bad experience to deal with them ....not reccomended at all

Both of the older guys are astoundingly rude. They tend to do what they can to close early - today they took the drawers down a half-hour before closing and flat-out ignored as I stood at the counter to continue cleaning up for the night. It’s reliably this bad. Good thing OfficeMax is right down the street; I’ll go there for copy/print needs from now on.

Went in to send some text books back to a buyer. There were 2 others in front of me in line. I didnt get any names but the man behind the counter plus another girl were both very helpful and kind. They went out of their way with the issues each person had including my package which I had wrongly wrapped in paper. He told me that since I had to wait (which I did NOT wait long) he would take care of unwrapping and readdressing the package so I could be on my way. He gave me a receipt with a tracking number and I was on my way. A week later I received a check in the mail for the books! I will definitely use this store again when needed.

Definitely not stopping here again, since the clerk wants to be politely ignorant.

Very frustrated with the management of this store. Requested a package that required a signature for delivery to be held at this location as I work an 8-6 job, Monday thru Friday. FedEx app and website all show a closing time of 8 PM however, as I show up at 6:30 PM on a Thursday, driving 30 minutes out of my way after leaving work early, I find their office is closed with hours posted on a small sign of 8:00 - 5:00 Monday thru Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday. Now, how am I supposed to get my package when I requested to have my package held in the first place because I wasn’t available those days or time? Why was Google not updated with these temporary hours? Or why did fedex not even update their app? This only compounds an issue I already had with this store they are closed on Wednesdays which is not posted clearly in the app and wouldn’t you know the first day my package was supposed to be delivered? Yup, you guessed it, Wednesday. I’m already a day behind getting my package that will now be even longer if I don’t rush and make myself late for work to pick the package up in the morning. I’ll be steering clear of this store for any future package holds or shipping needs.

I truly do not like the staff here . They are very rude . The males and the females workers . One rude rep name was A-lee-cha. I do believe she didn’t want to serve me because of my skin color . She even told me that she did not want to help me , while she was training someone . She didn’t know how to control her emotions at all . Like girl you’re a work . Fed ex should not have people representing them who have no manners . I only come here to print things off

I frequently visit this location. Ive had only one positive sales representative. A short young friendly lady. Every male encounter has been cold, sarcastic, and over mean. I am actually searching for another place to take my business. FYI, I am always friendly and I always speak first.

Ive visited this location a couple of times, and the staff is courteous and friendly, everytime Ive got a package to ship I bring here...its close to home and is easy access.

Posting on Door not on website says for 60 and over until 11am. I checked to see if they were open but no notification of this online. Was told to Leave after waiting in line for 5 minutes. The Gentleman working was very Rude and the right thing to would have been to take care of me and I would have known next time. He said I could drive the 30 minutes to another Fed Ex and by then it would be closer to 11am. I plan on calling and filing a complaint

Very slow service. I go there to ship prepaid and labeled packages. Takes an average of 20 minutes each time, and theres never more than 3 customers in the store. Ive walked in with no customers, 2 employees present, and still had to wait 5 minutes for them to get to me.

I try not to come here often due to the consistent shipping rules this location has. Ive sent back my skateboard (internal battery not detachable) for repairs a few times and use this location about 3 times to send it back. I recently had to send it back again and this time I was turned away and told I needed to go to another location to mail this package. He said were not allowed to ship these and then stated I mustve went to another location. I told him no Ive always used this location. Needless to say even though it was only a 20 min drive to the other location it was still way out of the way.

Had a to wait a little bit but the staff was extremely helpful and the shipping was very quick!

I only come here when I really have to. If I do its only to drop off boxes that already have pre-paid labels on them. They seem to be nice people but are always trying to sell you things. A couple times they made me repackage my item saying it wasnt packed good enough and said I could have them do it instead for a small fee, so I said thats alright ill just bring it back. Had to leave and drive all the way back which was inconvenient for me. USPS or UPS never had a problem with my packing in the 10+ years of shipping.

Had a broken auto part to ship back, label was prepaid by company, and packed up EXACTLY as it was when I received it. Husband dropped it off, expecting just a receipt, but a very fast talking worker who was talking to a couple walking out the door and my Husband at the same time, confusing him.. began cutting open our box, explained quick as ever, its $3.99 for additional PAPER to add to the box while shes doing it leaving little to no time for him to change his mind. Not even given a receipt. All because the box and contents rattled too much to accept for shipping. WHAT! It was being shipped back the exact way I received it! What a waste of money. Felt like a rip-off, so we will never do business here again.

Staff was polite while I was there. Then I got home a found that Im missing over half of my prints! Called was told to call back tomorrow. Um no! Your night crew messed it up they need to be the ones to fix it! Multiple copies are missing. Missing the last two pages of an entire document, thats a banner for my baby shower. The one document was 11 pages. Missing pages 7-11! Two of the pages from that document I needed multiples of and missing all of those! Completely unacceptable!

Efficient way to ship packages. You can also have packages delivered there in case you cant be home for the delivery. Packages are held in the store for you. Their delivery time is about 10 am. The new location is very easy to find stuff on the corner of 224 and Applewood. Their new technology lets them and you do things really easily that had to be time consuming. Check thru or and all their services for shipping, copying, etc. You will be quite pleased with their services. It did take a bit to get bed to the changes if you have been a long term customer but it works out to be faster, make accurate and more efficient than the old stores capabilities and available technology they the previous store need.

Best staff out of any ups FedEx or usps store. So helpful and friendly. They always greet with a smile.

Employee are sooooo slow. Prepare to wait a loooong time. There’s only 1 customer & 2 employees & still waited for 1 to process a small box shipment & the other processing orders behind counter. Told me he’ll be with me shortly.. 15 mins & still waiting

Brant should be fired, customer service is awful makes me wait every time I go there. No one ever answers the phone. Says he will be with you in one minute but turns out you are there for 30mins. Horrible experience taking my business to UPS
