Was here today to do some maintenance in the unit and the nice lady who let me in was very accommodating and pleasant. She seemed very knowledgeable and helpful to the clients that where in the store at the time. It’s nice to see a true professional at work

They only sell to licensed hairdressers...but they let us walk around for almost a half an hour and then at the register said it says that on the door. It only says welcome... not the word only sells to or anything like that. So...I am sure they are ok for licensed professionals and they seem friendly enough but dont waste your time like we did. Their sister store is Sally but half the time they are out of the things we buy....so...use the internet instead.

Worst Cosmoprof I’ve ever been to. Other stores have full length isles of combs this has 1/4 of an isle if that. Never have anything on the shelves or in stock. It’s worth the drive to Austintown if you need to go to Cosmoprof.
