This place was a life saver! I had a blowout while driving on I-55 in between joiner and turrell. So I have roadside assistance through nationwide. I called them immediately and after talking to 5 individuals, they said they couldn’t find a wrecker to come out so late at night. I started calling places and after the 4th one these guys answered and sent a wrecker within 45 mins. Very professional and timely!! Would recommend!

We were stranded far from home... JJ and Glen Rays towing took care of us getting us to a hotel and took care of fixing our vehicle on a Saturday so we could get back on the road! Great service at a reasonable price!

These guys are a joke. They made my employee wait for a week to get the truck fixed. The wanted to do the repair without providing a quote, over charged and under delivered. Run, dont walk away from this business

God awful. Charged my 900 to change oil filter and tell me how bad I am with my vehicle maintenance. I made 3 miles from them and called a tow truck to haul me to the Ford dealer and get it fixed right

These people are class act, good mechanic, and if you got a dui these are the people you gave to deal with, mine was for two yrs, quick easy and very nice ower loves to talk, get ready

Ripped me off too. Never called me when they picked my vehicle up. When I called they already had it for several days. Now they want storage fees. $150 went to $400. Talked to them several times and never mentioned storage fee. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Awesome place to get your vehicle repaired.

My car has been there for a month. I have been calling them pretty much every day to see where they are at in the repairing of my Honda CRV. Each day they give me a new excuse as to why it is not finished yet. After assuming that one part would take a while I didnt call for a week. I called them a week later they said they just got the part in and that they would be working on it and it should be done within the next few days. I called them the next day to make sure that my car would be done the next day they said its taking longer than they thought and it would be the day after that. So I called them the day after that, and it still was not finished. These people are lazy and do not know what they are doing. I have been trying and trying to get my car back but no they will not give it back to me. I would say if you are stranded on the side of the highway near these people just push your car until you are getting to where you need to go. They are not worth your time or your money.

They completely ripped me off. I was charged 700 to fix a tie rod and a month later Im still having problems

This repair shop ripped me off. They told me bs over the phone. They scammed me out of 1500 plus for repairs they did not do. They refuse to give you a detailed receipt of work done, take weeks to do repairs, lie to you over the phone by saying we just got the parts in today and we will get it fixed but they say this everytime you call. They are dishonest about what is wrong with the car. Then when you give up on repairing it, they tell you they can sell it for you. Then they do a quick bandaid to it, crank up the price, sell it high, give the original owner a small amount and jeep the rest. My daughter sold the car, and they refuse to let her have it back so it could be sold. They kept it up on vehicle rack to keep a person from getting it back. They are liars and theives!

My fiancés Had a truck towed by them and stuff went missing from it. The truck was parked at their house not at the business behind a gate . not a good experience at all . the people said it wasnt their problem that they were not responsible for the missing stuff . they were being rude on the phone did not want to let us speak with owner at first . took us few days to get ahold of the owner just to tell us he is not responsible. Would not recommend this place

First tow they were called by our roadside assistance program. The tow truck driver claimed there was not any kind of repair shop to tow our van to in Blytheville.Second tow, The tow driver didnt do a walk around of the vehicle to make sure everything was secure. Some how the rear quarter panel of our van was busted out when they had possession of the van and they refused to pay for the window.

DO NOT go to this shop . They said they could work on our semi but they did not know what they were doing. Broke a clamp on our exhaust and said they would get another one. When we got the truck home the clamp they replaced was a ratchet strap they put on the exhaust to hold things together. DO NOT trust these people!!!!

Horrible customer service. Overcharge. And still dont fix the problem. Unprofessional with calling back or even showing up when they are supposed to.
