I walked in the the Verizon store yesterday with a hotspot that had been recalled. The young lady there said they didnt exchange them, and that I needed to call a number which she put on a sticky put on top of the hot spot and said call them theyll take care of it. The second problem was my partner needed to change the credit card on his account and online they were having trouble with the zip code and said go to a store which he did and she wouldnt do that either. The customer service there is awful in the store the day I was there

They take the time necessary to assist all customers.

I have visited this store several times and the employee Ana Nunez has always shown excellent customer service. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best customer experience possible. I really appericate her and the service she provides during my visit. I highely recommend asking for Ana when visiting this location. Even if shes not available @ the moment its totally worth the wait.

Rita was exceptionally helpful! She went above and beyond to help me with a broken phone and warranty issue even using her own phone to assist as the store phone was having issues. Great service from an exceptional young lady.

I bought new iPhones for Christmas. My sales rep was Rita. Rita was so helpful with setting up our new phones and making sure that all of our questions were answered. Rita’s patience, happy spirit made us feel at home in the store. I would tell all my friends and family to see Rita at Verizon. She goes above and beyond for her customers.

The store manager April really helped me out. she took the time to help me fix and set up my phone. she is awesome highly recommended going to see her the girl knows her stuff!

Sales staff is always very friendly, eager, and willing to help with anything. Sure sometimes there’s a line but the store can’t really control how many people come in at one time. They’ve always taken the time to help me until my problem is fully taken care of. I always leave feeling satisfied whether I am buying a new phone, paying my bill or just asking random questions I may have.

Cali was so sweet and helpful! Very nice, patient girl with a very positive attitude! I recommend going to her for any questions or concerns when coming to the store!

After a hard parting w Verizon I went in store and got absolutely amazing customer service from Miguel the tech and April the manager. Thank you guys for all the help!!

My mother came to visit this store and mentioned how amazing her sale associate Miguel was with her. Very respectful, very polite! On the other hand she did mention the store Manager April who needed to address the sale for some reason had came over very rudely, and started shouting at the sales rep in front of my mother. I’d just like to say that was very unprofessional and disrespectful on her part and she should learn how to condone herself in front elderly people like my mother who was very shaken up from the incident.

Excellent customer service from the store manager April Gallo. She gets 5+ stars from me. She is very professional and very well informed on every product in the store! This store has the horrible customer service. Today we went in to get my husbands phone fixer. April, the store manager was very rude and rushed us!! She didnt even care to help me with the problem. She would not explain anything to us and could not answer any of the issues. She told us to just update the phone with the new update which we did and now we still have the same problem! I drove 30 mins.....waste of my time! No help at all!

Came into the store to get some assistance regarding my broken iPhone 7 and got the best service I could ask for. Not only did Cali fulfill all my needs, she managed to answer every question I had with a smile upon her face. Definitely coming back to her!

The associate was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. There were people waiting, didnt seem to be enough workers to accommodate everyone that was ok in there. I know 2 people had to wait for one worker that was the only one that could do what they needed. Store was clean, people were friendly.

Its hard to rate a place where the staff was great when you waited four hours to get the job done. Its a sad note when the place is a Verizon Store and they have no direct line to get the help they need to help their customer. On the phone to Verizon from Verizon and your on hold for two (YES I SAID 2) hours and then you are dropped. VERY FRUSTRATING AND SAD!!!!!🤬🤬🤬

We went into this store with a problem that no one else we talked to (neither customer service nor corporate customer service) seemed to know how to fix. April (store manager), after a minute of being perplexed at how our account had gotten so mixed up in the first place, got the problem taken care of within just a few minutes. Ok so, you told us we have the 25 gig plan, not true says 15gig. That was the first lie, then autopay you said you set up, also not true. Then we payed for a 80$ screen protector. When unpacking the box it said the phone came with one. So what else is false? Sounds like we got ripped off by you

Friendly and pleasant staff. Laci was so knowledgeable of the devices and rates it was a really good experience.I ported my # in from another carrier and even added a couple lines at the same time. She was extremely helpful and even followed up with Me in the days following to make sure all was well with the new phones..and it was really nice for her to do so.A big thank you !!

Came to get a new phone because I was pressured at thr verizon store in Lake Havasu to get one I didnt want or like! Thankfully Cali helped me resolve my issue and got me the best phone with a great deal! Shes the best !!

April is the person that helped me with the purchase of my new note 9. April took care of the complete purchase and set up of my phone. She worked out how to buy it so we would be able to keep the warranty. All with a smile on her face. She had told me they were going to have a class on phones. We stopped in at this store to have the technician look at the phone because it was very slow on the internet. The technician updated the SIM card and said the phone was fixed. After using the phone for a few days, it appears the phone is not running any better. I just wish the front desk people were trained better to handle customer problems.

They have old phones on display and half are dummy phones. You cant even experience the phone youre looking to buy before you buy it. And when you call youre lucky to get an answer. And just like the other comment, they dont know ish about what theyre selling.

This is by far one the best places ive shopped in years. The service was so great I sent 4 people there to get phones and they were also blown away by the friendly customer service and knowledge that they received about their new phones and service. Were on the road, on vacation. Our daughter is on a separate vacation in Mexico. We all need to stay in communication, but Verizon messed up our data , which is supposed to automatically renew every month; it did not renew. Had to go to Verizon store to get a hold of Verizon over their phone. The employee at Verizon opened the store an hour late. Then we waited an hour in line behind two people. Bad day, bad experience. Got a temporary fix from the store... thank you for that. Now we have to find another Verizon at our next destination to get everything fixed. Still dont have our data and our jetpack quit working too. Have to do all this nonsense again later because we could not wait any longer. One star for employee who finally helped us.

Ive been coming to this Verizon store for about 7 years and I always deal with Justina. She is by far my favorite person to deal with when it comes to my phone. I always seem to have problems with my phone, and Shes very knowledgeable and quick when it comes to my questions. I dont go to anyone else when it comes to my phone! Unless shes not there, then I got it Laci! Laci has helped me with 2 phones.
