Wow...what a great company! So this is our first experience with Stronghold Glass and it was all around great! So great that I am spending the time to leave a review, which I have probably left a total of 5 reviews since the internet has been created so that should tell you alot!--I included the photos of where our building was hit hard and Stronghold came to the rescue and as you can see the completion kit is flawless.---This company is all around every bit of 5 stars.5 stars for communication5 stars for quality5 stars for being friendly & caring - So stronghold had completed the job in the photos and then asked for payment. When I asked them if they can give us a week or two on payment because it would really help us out due to being low on funds... They gave me a couple weeks on paying the bill and it was our first time doing business. So because of their amazing quality and all around 5 stars, and they gave us a little more time on the balance of what we owed...I had to give them a great review so next time you need glass replaced, you can read this and know without a doubt you have a picked a great company !---STRONGHOLD GLASS FOR THE WIN! Simply the best! Beautiful and durable precision work and amazing customer service. They very happily and quickly addressed and fixed the small issue I had and fixed another. They stated if any issues arise, call and they will come fix it. Owner takes great pride in his work and is dedicated to His craft. I’d use no one else. They made my Sunroom beautiful and usable again. Thank you so much!

A few months ago I had a chip in my windshield and Caleb came out to my workplace and fixed it right there! I didn’t have to do a thing! I appreciate their willingness go out of their way to serve their customers.

Service to be done on 6/22/17Nobody showed up to fix my windshield even though I had an appointment. Very unprofessional. Only positive was how nice and helpful the lady at the front desk was. She tried calling them several times but they wouldnt answer her calls. Now I have to call my insurance company and explain what happened, then find a new glass company. Other option is to wait another week to go back to Bluffton Glass in hopes that they might actually show up this time.As of 6/26/17 - As a professional business, I thought I would have received a phone call from someone at Bluffton Glass with an apology for not showing up or even just an explanation. I have yet to receive either.I would recommend going to absolutely any other glass company. These people dont seem to care about their reputation or customers.

After hearing stories of the integrity of the owner of Bluffton Glass, I have decided to edit my original review. Bluffton glass has performed well on recent projects which I have been indirectly involved with.

For many years Bluffton Glass has served the glass needs of our community. With Rocky wanting to slow down he has sold the business to Bart and Tara Frauhiger which is now named Stronghold Glass. Try their service, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Having a company take care of my trim and everything just took a lot off my plate. They were by far the most reasonable to work with and I spent plenty of time exploring my options.
