Stopped mail a return and found a surprise contained in this store. Definitely offers More than mail. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. They sell mail accessories as well as packing supplies, but an unexpected find was they also sell nice furniture, fudge and coffee drinks. Will use them again and stop to see what is new.

Lousy service, they had to call someone in to get our package mailed and we waited for over an hour and a half to mail 2 things to Canada. We were the only people in the store. Then they added Customs to the package, and have the package returned to the site because they did not include the invoice which we had filled out. So 4 days after we mailed the package we were still waiting for it to leave the town we leave it. I would recommend you take your time to drive to Fort Wayne and the package would get sent quicker, and it would be cheaper without their made up customs charges. We will no longer be using this company.

We arrived at more than mail at 930 am on Saturday and they were not open. The posted hours state they are open on Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm but they were not open.

This is NOT a UPS store, and they will tell you that themselves. UPS does pick up there, but it is NOT a UPS STORE.
