Professional & caring staff. Dr. Gustus was very attentative to my needs and concerns. I was happy to see how much information he shared with me about my eye health & the amount of education he gave me. He made my experience very positive & was thorough. The office was clean, organized & team oriented. Great selection of frames for every budget . I would highly recommend EAOB.👍👍

Ive never had a bad experience at an eye doctor, but Ive never really had an enjoyable experience either. I did enjoy my appointment at Eyecare Associates. The staff and Dr. Gustus were exceptionally friendly and professional. The doctor kept me informed as to what was going on and was very open to questions and concerns. It seemed like a very good and even fun work environment as well.

I was worried because of the past experience I had received from my childrens previous optician and staff but when I took my family here we felt welcomed. Dr. Gustus kept my kids comfortable and laughing the entire time he was giving the exams. He also took everything I had to say seriously and respected my concerns. I am so thankful to find a place that doesnt treat you different based on your income/insurance. Thank you so much!

I had a eye injury to my cornea on a Friday evening, i had no idea eye care associates had emergency help avaiable 27/7 so i went to ER for treatment, i was in tremendous pain and ER dr. Did not do me any favors he made the issue worse. On monday i went to eye care associates where i normally dr. Anyway and let me tell you they were a life saver, they treated my injury and seen me daily for treatment both drs i seen were fantastic as were there staff very professional and helpful, this place is beyond fantastic i would recommend anyone to them, i thank them greatly for treating my eye injury and fixing what ER couldnt..

Due to our previous eye doctor no longer taking our insurance, we needed to find a new doctor. My husband has several health issues that make it necessary to have his eyes examined & tested every 6 months. Dr. Gustus was very professional and helpful. He explained the cause and effect of some of the issues my husband has, addressed an ongoing problem that no one else had been able to. And in the last 5 years, no one had ever before! He is very please and satisfied, and I will be switching to Dr. Gustus as well!
