Went to the automotive around back to get my tires inflated.The automotive employees are always very nice and helpful.They do oil changes, fluid top offs, and everything to do with tires.

Once our local store upgraded to grocery pick-up and online shopping pick-up at the beginning of 2020, its much nicer. Weve adjusted to finding where things are since they relocated a lot of products and rearranged some aisles, but we rarely go in to shop anymore. This store doesnt have local delivery yet, but they may soon. It looks like they have the vans beside the store...

It wasnt real busy, so really easy to get around inside. I did find some bargains, but wasnt expecting the price for Walmart gallon of milk to be higher than Kroger, (they had a digital coupon for 77 cents per 1/2 gallon milk, so 2 of those were cheaper). I used the self check out lane, only had to wait a short time for one to use. The employees were happy & friendly there today, so I do recommend this Walmart highly !!!

I was able to find all on my grocery list for myself and my family. Its very clean and the employees are all very helpful and polite. Only thing today which Ive never experienced before was the shelf the Tidy Cats Litter with a red lid is set on was oily. It smelled similar to a car engine. It was weird. I had hand sanitizing wipes on me so I was able to clean up what I bought but it was a strange occurrence. Im sure it wont happen again as this is the first time Ive had this experience when buying cat litter 20lb jugs. Ill still be returning when I need more groceries.

Clean, mostly friendly staff but one rude lady in the service desk area. Some things arent stocked the greatest, especially organic foods which sucks because then you cant buy the products. Things are pretty easy to find. Online pickup is great and I love the service I get from them!

Always have trouble getting what I need here, walked out this trip and drove 30 minutes to another Walmart because they never have what I need here. Poor order management.

Lowes continues to earn my respect and business as time goes on. They are helpful and courteous, help find items and even help load them in bad weather. If customer service is valued by you more than mere price consideration, them come to Bluffton lowes! Very happy I did!

This store is always poorly stocked. Some of Staff act like u r bothering them when u need help . Not very good at variety.

Cant seem to keep the shelves stocked with the items that the people require And the prices on meat are atrocious Seniors cannot begin to pay those prices And I wish when somebody came by you that works for Walmart and you say hello or smile that they would reciprocate with the same thing They just walk by you like I dont have to talk to you

Always has everything needed. Need more actual lines open and not just the self check outs. Line for actual person to check out had 5 people in line. Give people back their jobs and not make us do yours through self check out.

There were no registers with associates open. Only self scan checkouts. Self scan machines were glitchy and associate kept walking away. It took me over 20 minutes to scan my own groceries. If I wanted to waste that much time and scan over $250 of groceries, I would put an application in. Open at least ONE checkout for people with large orders, please.

This location is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I really have with them is usually having a smaller selection of baby and toddler clothing in stock.

Its a walmart. Not my favorite to go to though. Feels like they are constantly out of stock in things.

Order online and patk and they put your groceries in the back of the truck. Awesome!!!

Bluffton walmart is always stocking in the middle of the day with great big pallets and you can never get down the aisles. Sometimes the employees are rude when you ask them for help. One time I asked someone for something and she said Im on break. Not let me find someone who can help you. I only go to that store if I have too.

Usually hit or miss when you visit a Walmart sometimes they are very helpful and friendly. Sometimes, a lot of the times, they will give you the runaround and just kind of I dont know, lie I guess, about information youre asking about such as an item out of stock or something along those lines.

Shelves never stocked even if its not a holiday workers over worked and stressed

I called the store manager to put a complaint in about the service desk. I tried to return a comforter with a receipt of the exact same value and instead of putting it on a gift card they put it back on my debit card which takes two days at least to come back into my bank account and they made me re-pay. If I didn’t have the money in my account I would not been able to buy another comforter. The store manager told me that that is how they have always done it and that is not correct if they did not exchange it straight out they put it on a gift card. I explained that I am 49 years old I’ve been shopping at Walmart for years I know how this is done he said he does not care how old I am that he knows how it’s done I cannot believe the rudeness from a store manager. Now I have to watch my account for two days to make sure my $60 is returned😕

One of the very few Walmarts that still allow truck drivers to park in their lot I asked for permission the lady was super nice so drivers dont trash to parking lot so they dont kick us out

Love there curbside pickup for both Grocery and pharmacy. They usually have all the groceries that I have ordered and if not I can count on them substituting something thats just as good if not better and what I ordered originally

Jeff Fuller in electronics helped me order a book. He was so awesome in helping me order this book and went beyond to find it on internet. I really was impressed with him and his willingness to help me, the customer. I would like for him to get acknowledgment for doing this.

This store has about all it can handle in inventory and it seem really cramped.

Dirty store not well stocked rude employees that walk out in front of you.

Terrible management, lots of shelves bare through out the store. Many stocked items not on shelves . Selections minimal . Only have 2 cashiers working. Probably worst store in 50 mile radius.

Alot of items were out of stock. Unfriendly staff when ask about an item. Seems to be frequent that items we want are out of stock on shelves.

Very friendly service from when I walked in. Several people said hello and asked if I needed assistance. I would like to point out Tammy, who assisted me in the paint department. She had trouble creating a paint that I purchased 2 years ago. She did a lot of troubleshooting (which probably lasted 30 minutes) and did a great job getting a paint to match the original color. Her patience and friendly demeanor was greatly appreciated. Finally, the cashier was just as helpful and friendly. Thanks for the great hospitality!!!

Heard a worker talking to a coworker about how her son had a viral infection and if he had it any longer that the whole family would be tested for covid all while not wearing a mask.

We have been doing pick up for our all needs. Today we went inside to shop only to see many Walmart Employees with mask around their neck. How is this responsible & safe for all the Shoppers???

I stopped to pick up my prescriptions. I had received a text stating the prescriptions were ready to be refilled. I also called them back and added another. All were ready when I walked in the door. She offered to ring me up at the pharmacy, and I was on my way. Convenient, quick, and friendly.

Almost impossible to get down aisles between the customers and the employees either gathering items for pick up customers or shelving products. No one on the floor to help customers. Walked from front to back and side to another trying to find someone to answer a question. Finally went to electronic section where there were 2 employees helping others. Frustrating.

Couldnt get Ny help in fabrics dept. We called the store no answer at customer service and electronics. Waved down someone in electronics and they ignored us. Will not be going back to this Wal-Mart. I am one who will spend extra money to have good service. I hope they will enjoy the loss of revenue.

The Bluffton store is always clean and stocked pretty well. On my last visit there was a pretty heated argument happening near the checkouts with language not appropriate for my 7 year old to hear but we moved quickly from that area and by the time we were ready to check out it was nice and quiet up front.

Most of the staff were friendly with the exception of a few cashiers that have no business in customer service whatsoever..I have been going to this location only because it is closer to me than Huntigton..The prices for the exact same products in Bluffton are higher than Huntigtons ..On more than one occasion I have bought items that were broke.. I have also found items on shelves that were damaged, due to obvious neglect when unloading trucks or stocking...This particular Walmart needs a definite overhaul or something?

There was very little on the shelf .. no paper napkins or window cleaner . Or convenience lunch meats im sure it is due to covid

This store was amazing. Even though they are going through with Walmart renovating/adding on to their stores, these employees are still very kind and helpful. Employees are always asking if you need help. Since they are renovating and adding on, everything is moved around and employees will help you look for anything and everything. They are modernizing their store. They are adding a food tenant to accommodate guests along with their pickup tower, awesome employees, garden center, photo center, and car place all in the same store. They also have a gate set up that beeps if you try to rob them that will beep when trying to leave without paying. Also, they have plenty of self checkouts on either side of the front of the store. They usually have about 5-8 regular registers open at a time. Walmart has added new things such as repainting the walls, redoing the floor, repainting the shelving, putting new signs up, and giving kids free cookies at the bakery. Lastly, Walmart has added maps to the front of their store to help guests find items.

Good prices because they take it out of the employees pockets not to say they are worth being paid $13 an hour. Poor quality junk.

Needed emergency tire replacement at 7pm, and they were very friendly and very fast.

Clean, organized. Set up differently than others but we found what we went for.

While I understand this store is being remodeled or under construction, I find it unbelievable Alaskas merchandise in all departments. Especially womens clothing. I went in to Simply find a pair of black pants to wear to work and there were none. The only clothing I could find was workout clothing or swimsuits and that is unacceptable to me.
