Very very happy customer!! Switched to boost today. And i can say im absolutely Thrilled!! They have some great phones when you switch, got the stylo 5 and so far i LOVE IT. And just to check service areas we drove around town and some areas have lower signal but never lost signal once! Where as with metro pcs getting signal here is very difficult and half of town was a deas zone! Aimee was very out going and had fantastic customer service, was able to answer every single one of our questions without missing a beat! Thank you aimee for making our experience pleasent and easy!

I am not happy with the service or phone that was purchased. Lose calls all the time and several surrounding counties I have no service at all. Wouldnt recommended boost to anyone at this time.

Denied me a payment plan on a phone that I was told I was eligible for 3x. Denied me the 100 plan for 4 lines because I wasnt a new customer BUT the 3 lines I was adding were totally new to Boost. Makes me want to end service
