I liked going there until my wife, as a surprise bought me a guitar as a gift and told her that if I didnt like it just bring it back and exchange it. Well it was a beautiful guitar but not what I needed at the time. So even though the guitar could be exchanged he offered us a considerable amount less. Even after he sold it to her for 100 dollars more than they were online. We went with it anyway because I figured he would help me out down the road. went back to buy it back and less than a month later and he had it listed for the same price we originally paid for it. And was wanting to be firm. He then charged us taxes on an item had already purchased. Im sure they arent as bad as this being the Christians they are. But i thought this was shady and deceiving. I understand business but thats not a good way to do local business with a regular customer that has spent plenty of money with him. I wont go back.

My grandson is a regular customer and has always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They dont mind if he plays their instruments while there browsing or purchasing accessories for his guitars or drums. A nice and friendly environment in all ways..

I bought my first guitar here well over 20 years ago and just purchased another last week. The prices are great and they really take care of the customer. The selection can be a bit limited but if you find the gem your looking for in stock youre going to be paying a great price and you will leave happy.

Both Randy and Ted are very knowledgeable and helpful. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will get it. But the best thing about the staff at Conncert Music World is that they are very nice and accommodating.

Randy is like family. He is easy to work with, makes me feel at home and always works with me for a fair price. I’ve bought a Martin D-28 Ambertone - new, a Gibson SG Std, used and at a more than fair price, and it is my place to purchase my strings. And get my action lowered on my acoustics. And I have three music shops at shorter driving distances. And Patty, his wife, is a pleasure to talk with. I have sat and chatted while playing their demos for hours to only purchase guitar strings. I can do that now, I’m retired.

I needed a couple of pickup height adjustment screws. They dont have them on the shelf but he sold me a few from his work bench really helped me out of a bind. Freindly and courtesy the musical technicians made for a pleasant experience.

The first time I was in this store the person running the shop he was a gentleman and very kind, helpful and really nice. I believe he thought he was selling me the right replacement parts. I was just visiting from out of state to bring a guitar as a Christmas gift to a young man.Then when got back to the hotel I could see I was sold the wrong replacement part, this was on a Saturday and they were close the next day being a Sunday. I had to get back to Tennessee Sunday I gave the parts I purchased to my friend to take back to this shop so they could do an exchange. I had gaven my friend the receipts as well. My friend explained what had happen she was told by a lady employee she didnt think they did exchange or refunds. My friend was treated some what short and unkind. When I called this shop after speaking to my friend that next day and talked to this lady employee i was treated rudely and was told by the lady the store didnt give exchanges or refunds due to Covid-19. After READING there website I find out this was not the truth and remembering there where not any signs posted in the store about no refunds or no exchanges. I believe because I was from out of town I feel this lady just was making up the rules as she thought, she just didnt want to deal or mess with me. Then after that I sent a email to the owners about my experience the next morning the shop called my friend telling her they would refund my credit card. This lady employee told my friend to return the items I had purchased to the store I was sold they would refund the purchase back to my credit card. But the lady employee had told my friend she did what to have to deal with me. So I gave my friend my credit card information to get my refund.So I say to this lady employee I hope you dont treat all your out of state customer this rude as you treated me. To bad the gentleman that worked in the store the first time was not there when my friend came in the exchange the parts in the store. I promise you my rude friend thats the lady employee you have lost me as a customer and I will share with others my experience how rude and unhelpful and that you didnt want to even deal with me. It was my credit card and the sell was made to me so you should of dealt with me no matter your feelings you had towards me .I was treated REALLY RUDE!!!! Maybe you need not work with the public or change your attitude...

While there; we were educated on current technologies. The owner answered all of our questions and made suggestions based on our needs. I give conncert Music World a five-star because it is our go-to place for every instrument weve ever wanted to play with one exception and thats the bagpipes! However.......since that instrument is not played by many people it was not a problem. (v; They have had everything we needed otherwise. The store is great in every aspect.
