I went to the store in the Mercer Mall today looking for the Vitamin E ointment. A young man was sitting up on the counter behind the register playing on his phone. Another young man came out of the back and passed by me going to the register area. Both started talking, never acknowledged any customer in the store. Finally, I asked if either one worked there and the guy that came from the back said he did while the other continued to sit on top of the counter. I asked about the ointment and he said they didnt carry it. I thanked him and Ill just order from another company.

My Experience at this GNC location was very positive! The girl there named Hannah who assisted me w a greet from the time I entered the store was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products in the store..Great customer service and pleasurable shopping experience! Heather V.
