Wasnt many glasses to choose from due to insurance had to change it several times just to be able to get seen.

I visited today for the first time and was extremely impressed. The service was exceptional. Despite my arriving about an hour before they closed on a Saturday, they took care of me right away and treated me like a longtime customer. Bill skillfully and quickly solved my glasses problem with a smile. I would highly recommend this fine establishment!

Love the experience in just a few minutes I got to know dr.taylor I enjoyed being around him, great personality and I promise I hardly ever say that... I’m still adjusting to my prescription and honestly it’s a bit weird when I move my head but it should wear off in a couple days to a week because I hadn’t updated my prescription you years.... i had a great overall experience

Doctor Taylor, his son and the wonderful staff make you feel like family. You don’t feel rushed and Doctor Taylor is a wonderful person to talk to, my wife and I love these people and won’t go anywhere else, love our glasses too! If your not happy with your current eye care provider, go visit Dr. Taylor and the staff at Taylor Optical these great people will take good care of you and treat you like family!

Dr. Taylor has made my experience going to the office very warming and inviting for myself and all the people I know. He tells jokes and makes conversation during exams! He is very kid friendly and loves babies! He often shows pictures of his granddaughter, which I find very cute! It’s a very hometown kind of place. Also the front desk assistant, Sharon, is always really nice and great at her job, and that’s hard to find!

My 1st time going here and the staff including Dr Taylor are friendly. Office is clean and relaxing plus my eye exam was great. I highly recommend everyone to go here, will be coming here from now on.

I wouldnt even give them one star but my phone wouldnt let me give any less. I spent over 3 hrs for just an eye exam!!! People came in after me and was leaving before I even left. My appt was before lunch, about 11am, and instead of getting patients out the door before they ate lunch they let me sit. My doc even was the one who left and brought food back, instead of maybe sending a clerk, or having it delivered. I found nothing special about this office and found it poorly ran. Yes, they did apologize for how long I was there but sorry didnt make them move any faster to help thme out the door any faster. Why I waited and stayed still boggles me!;

Dr.Taylor is a excellent doctor but his people skills are extremely poor.I went to him for an exam during which he literally got angry because I was taking my time during the switching of lenses.I personally want to make sure its perfect,after all Im the one wearing those glasses.I was nearly ready to physically start a fight.Instead if going to jail simply took my precription and left.I wont be going back ever.Ive seen countless doctors between cancer,surgeries,ect and he is by far the rudest Ive ever encountered,ever.I dont recommend him and I dont recommend you do the same for anyone else.

Im only giving 1 star because dr. Taylors nice but every pair of glasses I get are not worth 5$ I should have had a warranty because I kept taking my glasses back up there because they would not fit correctly but I still ended up walking out of there spending more money on another pair of glasses that dont work for me either dont waste your time or money

Went to the eye doctor on Dec. 6th ordered my glasses in Dec. 28th. Today makes 2 weeks and still havent got no call from them about my glasses. Yesterday I called and when the lady answered the phone she said ur GB lashes ant ready yet. I said thats not what I was calling about. She said waht was u calling about. And I told her and she said I will have to call u back and never got that phone call back.

Just Like Home! The problem with google in general is that you don’t get a rebuttal statement when people write false reviews! There are 2 sides to every story and some of these reviews are laughable! It’s unfortunate that you can hide behind a keyboard and completely fabricate or in some cases bold face lie! The Lions Club paid for Christina’s glasses and that was in 2015. We have repaired them numerous times and everything she wrote is completely false! It’s unfortunate that you can just write whatever you want and base it on zero facts whatsoever! Machelle Ramey has no record of ever being a patient here at Taylor Optical. She has to be referring to a different office. Mellissa Rutherford has never been seen here at Taylor Optical. It amazes me that you can just write whatever on Google but none of the information is verifiable based on actual facts.
