Everything is voice commanded. If you have a simple question try to Google it youll get better options.

They do have good internet services but they will overbiill you every month until your bill gets so high you cant afford to pay it and then they cut you off with out notice. They are a ripoff.

Comcast always finds a way to rip you off. Their constant price hikes are insane. If you can go with a satellite internet at an affordable rate definitely do that instead. The staff at comcast are nice, however the ppl on the phone never communicate with the actual comcast Xfinity business buildings. The call centers lie & are wrong very frequently. Make sure you keep an eye on your bill they will over charge you for things if you dont stay on top of your bill monthly.

We have issues everyday with it not connecting to our devices.

Whoever does this area around the mall is very lazy and does not know how road signs are used.. still have no service after 4 months..

I have been listening to alot of family and friends who are be charged for things that is not part of of there packages. Like equipment that they dont have movies that you havent ordered. Taking extra money out of there accounts and not wanting to credit back to there account, plus your year isnt up on the package and when u get ur bill each month something new is added to ur bill

My experience with Comcast was the worst I have ever had with any company. The phone service is does not work and is annoying, as it does not listen but takes you to where it wants you to go. If I could use another cable system, I would in a heartbeat! Comcast needs to better their customer service with real people.Plus, you must color in at least one star before it will let you post. I would not give them any stars!

When calling there are too many prompts. After going thru all the prompts only then get a recording to call back during business hours. The hours should be the first thing after the call is answered. Also, seems forever going thru prompt after prompt after prompt....so annoying. We should get a live agent for the amount we pay for service.
