These guys are honest and amazing at their job. The entire staff is so respectful and genuine. They probably hate my artic cat 500 because its a one of a kind. 😉 seriously though I have taken it to 3 other shops to get it fixed and finally they got it running like it came off the showroom floor. Go see them!

Went in and explained my tractor needs to Phil and he was very knowledgeable of the TYM tractors they sell and service So I Bought a TYM T25 model.Phil has great prices and great financing. He even had his mechanic Travis go over the tractor with me. The service parts guy Ray he introduced me to is very knowledgeable and very helpful he seems to go above and beyond. This place is two or three steps ahead of the other places around. I’ll definitely be going back to planet PowerSports for my other needs in the near future. We really need places like this in our community. Way to go guys.

Not happy with the service. You dont continously put one customer off for others. You acknowledge others & let them know that you will be with them asap. Unprofessional.

Robbie Collins and the team made our buying experience very enjoyable. They stayed late for us since we was coming 2 hrs away and they went over everything about the machine and asked if we had any questions about it. Never once tried to hurry us and rush us out the door since it was way past closing time. Very nice and professional bunch of guys. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a machine.Again thanks guys.

I had Planet Powersports rebuild the motor on my Grandfathers old Homelite XL-12 chainsaw. They did a full service on it including sharpening the chain and adjusting the bar also. The work was done in a timely manner, and at a fair price. They have great mechanics who really know how to fix it right the first time. They kept me informed of the repairs every step of the way. Great people to deal with!

No urgency for customers, tried to buy an item with my son, was told to wait at the corner of counter, several people doing paperwork for permits, another guy told us get in line first come first served, the guy on the floor talking with the familys that were already being helped, could have stopped took two minutes and rang up our item,he was chatting not selling anything, this was poor service at its finest
