Update: Our mattress came from the warehouse to the store for us to inspect prior to delivery. The mattress had what appeared to be body fluid stains and scuff marks on it. The manager used a magic eraser to try to remove the scuff marks. I chose to receive a refund. I don’t want to spend $1,000 on a used mattress with body fluid stains. I was grossed out. The manager did offer to have a different mattress brought in for my evaluation. I declined. He asked if I understood how much the Sterns & Foster mattresses run new. I do. We chose to downsize from a king to a queen, and spent a few hundred more to buy a new S & F elsewhere.Thank you to Ebony for your patience, and knowledge. I was nervous about purchasing a mattress to meet our needs, and not give out on us. Your suggestion of trying out the contour pillow made my neck pain disappear!! I am so thankful. I look forward to our new mattress. The pillow is already helping. Thank you!!!
