I don’t know where to begin!! I’ve been a loyal customer with AT&T for well over 20 years! I was treating myself to an upgrade and ran in to all sorts of problems with ordering online with AT&T. Long story short I finally, after 2 months went to the store!! I received exceptional service from the manager Chloe!! She went above and beyond for me to finally get a new phone in hand!! I can’t thank her enough!! If it wasn’t for her I was ready to switch carriers! Thank you Chloe for all you did and for renewing my faith!!

The person who helped us was top notch. My husbands phone wasnt charging correctly so we went in for a good cord and she cleaned his phone and got it charging with one of their cords. She was great. We arent ATT customers and we only went in to buy an iPhone cord but she helped us and fixed/actually cleaned it.Thank you for heloing.

I was very impressed with the help I received by an employee named Matt, he always has a great attitude and extremely helpful when it comes to picking out the right mobile device. When I came in last Friday I was in and out within a few minutes with little to no wait. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Very poor customer service! I have been there 3 different times & have dealt with 3 different people. They are rude & not knowledgeable at all. Its too bad that the only service I can get is AT&T in my small town or I would have canceled my service & used another service. Customer Service is important but it must not be for AT&T!!!

Waited 20+ minutes for a rep to get to us and then the rep, “Nathan” was very short and rude. No explanations of billing were explained. All employees were too worried about getting inventory done for the night.

Went to return some unneeded hardware at the store, as the ATT Customer Service Agent told me I could do, Emerald : Sure you can return them at nearest ATT store or also you can return them via USPS. Only to be told that they could not take their own merchandise because they are not a big city store and they would not know what to do with it. Complete lack of concern that a person makes a stop at their store for assistance and having smirks about it. No interest in taking care of the customer. The employee wasnt even inclined to take the package and put it their outgoing mail.After reading review, not expecting much to change, store only responds to good reviews and ignores the bad ones. That is not the way to improve.

My husband and I were having trouble with our cell phones and went to the AT&T store at Adam’s Dairy Landing in Blue Springs, MO. We were fortunate enough to speak to Matt and he fixed our problems quickly. We are seniors and not into technology and Matt was very patient and polite and listened to our concerns. We were very impressed with his service and demeanor.

The last visit, not much conversation was needed as the account was heavily notated, and she worked efficiently.The problem is that it took several phone calls and it n store visits to get our issue addressed. Call in and they say it had to be done in store, and the store would tell us to call in.Att has a history of getting someone else to take the heat. Get the job done quick and hope for the best. Doesnt matter if it is on the wireless (cell phone) or tv/internet/home phone service, and they tend to fire the guys who have a get it done right attitude.Also, if you buy a phone from them, check your math. Multiply the monthly rate by the number of months. If the amount is more than the buy out right price, buy the phone outright. If less, pay month to month.

The representatives here and the manager I just spoke to are not very friendly. They have HORRIBLE customer service!It’s one thing when you can’t accommodate a request and it’s another to be dry and bit£¥y about it!!!UPDATE: The store ruined my family‘s Christmas. I had them hold a product for me until the today (Christmas eve). I wasn’t able to get anyone to babysit my children until 530 right before they closed. I walked in to buy The products that I had on hold and they told me that somebody switched out one of the products for something more expensive. They didn’t want to help me with any of the payment to lower the taxes or anything on it. They essentially wanted to force me to pay for a more expensive product. They had promised me they were going to hold my items but they didn’t.

Just left. Showed up an hour ago and were told we had one person ahead of us. 3 walk ins were seen ahead of us and one gentleman walked in and was seen instantly by an employee that had just clocked in. When i approached the greeter he informed me that he thought someone was helping us and that it was strange we hadnt been helped. It wouldnt have been that big of an issue but we have 2 small antsy children. One of the worst experiences at AT&T ever. Well be shopping around at Verizon and Sprint tomorrow. Ive been a loyal customer since AT&T was Cingular, this was just terrible service.

One star is far too flattering for the incompetent employees at this business. Took several hours to try and replace my wifes broken phone, and we ended up going to Best Buy. I had a chat line pulled up on my phone from the ATT app, with a lady from customer service Estrella. She informed me that my bill was up to date, and there should be no reason why the sales rep at the store couldnt help me. The employees in the store, including the supervisor, could not give a damn what Estrella said, and refused to call their own customer service to try and verify that my bill was up to date so that I could buy a phone. Lazy to be lazy; they arent working for the customer, they arent working for AT&T, so why is AT&T keeping this store open? I have never had good service at this location, however the AT&T in Independence and the sales rep at Best Buy have always gotten me the service I need.

Really deserves negative stars. Went in to switch phone numbers on my new S7 Edge which is glass on front and back. The girl took the protective film of and placed it on the counter. While the phone was updating info she kept sliding it around on the bare counter. I dont really know why but this caused light surface scrtchest on the glass. After manager reviewed the camera footage they said she did not touch the phone but once. They would not admit to it or replace it. I am still in the process of talking to customer service to exchange phone. Hopefully AT&T will resolve this issue even though it will take a week for replacement. Very unprofessional to treat a $800 phone that way. So heads up at this location for whoever touches your new phone.

Went into this store three employees inside. Not one of them greeted me. Not one of the acknowledged I was in the store. One rude and nasty employee sitting with two customers. The other two talking to each-other. After looking around for about 5 mimutes. I stood at the counter no one came. I then asked is there anyone that can help me I need to get a new phone. The nasty rude employee said can you see we are busy we will help you when we are done. I then ask to speak to the manager she proceeded to tell me who the managers were, and that she would get her from the back after she was done with her customers. I then said to her she needed to watch her tone. She then got up and said you can leave or I will call the cops. I said Im not going anywhere get your manager. Another employee comes from out of the back office and tells ME I cant be yelling in their store. I said the only person yelling here is your co-worker. She then said she would get a manger.

Rude. Thats the first word that came across my mind. As soon as the lady answered the phone she had an attitude. And she seemed annoyed to have to take a call. I asked about their promotion they had going on, which she acted like she didnt know anything about. And then after I (attempted) to thank her for finding out for me she hung up before I could finish my sentence. I will NOT be visiting their store. I will drive the extra time to see one in another town.

I am at this location now. Worst customer service ever. I am up here to buy a $800 phone and no one to help. 2 girls in store. 1 watching the front door 1 to help customers. The one has been helping a customer for over 1 hour. The other one just sits on phone by the door? Really ? What is the time limit your try to help someone before you take care of other customers? Do you have a policy on that? Are you suppose to have more than 1 employee at the store?

A co-worker tells me that the AT&T store in Blue Springs has the BodyGuardz hard plastic screen protector I need for my Galaxy S10+, great! Well, I thought Id call ahead and just make sure they have the product before I drive 30min to the store. Make the call and it rings...and rings....and rings....and rings....hmm, maybe theyre closed at 1:30pm on a Sunday? I double check, nope! open till 6pm, ok lets keep trying, ring ring ring...nooope. Well heck, I guess Ill head out there and hope they have the screen protector. Flash forward 30min. I arrive at the store and pop in. Its tough to spot the store associates, theyre not really wearing any identifying clothing, kind of like under cover cops, they look like anyone else. And just like a customer would be, theyre not really worried about my presence so I didnt get any aknowledgement. Eventurally I do identify the store associates and try to make some eye contact, I dont need a phone, just an accessory so this will be a quick one for them! Nooo, nope, they dont wanna see me right now. Im standing around so I guess Ill look for the protector my self and then maybe theyll ask if I need help. I dont see what Im looking for so now I really need some help. So I stand around looking helpless for a bit, surely theyll say hi, how ya doin, be right with ya, can I help ya, what are you looking for? Naaaah, that would make too much sense. Clearly Im a ghost here, so Ill just leave and drive 30min back home. Now that was an hour well spent! So, AT&T on NE Coronado Dr, I must say youre severely lacking in the most BASIC customer service and honnestly human interaction skills. You might be with a customer, but if the phone rings, you can still take that call and shoot some quick info. Its your job. You might be with a custmoer when another customer walks in the door, you can aknowldege them, it wont hurt. You can even ask them what they need, its easy. Just let them know you see them, and that you can or cant do the thing they need help with and let them know youll be right with them. Boom. Easy. By the looks of the other reviews though, this store is kinda meh isnt it. Par for the course then eh? Ill make sure not stop on in again, you all have your hands full.

The only reason I still use att is is because Ive had this phone number for over 12 years. I cant ever get help at the store in blue springs, and there radio commericals are misleading. One up is there lower end phones. For lower end phones you can get a decent deal. These are typically the go or prepaid phones you can but your sim card in.

REFUSED A REFUND FOR A BROKEN PHONE My elderly great aunt received a broken phone from this place and they refuse to give her a refund. It is a $60 flip phone and they are asking for a $45 restocking fee. So we have been on the phone for 4 straight hours tonight trying to get get her money back because this phone does not ring, does make calls, and now wont even turn on. This store ripped off a poor little old lady on fixed income. To this store $60 isnt a lot but to a poor little old lady living on fixed income, in and out of the hospital, and on her way a nursing home, $60 makes a huge different. Way to take advantage of the elderly. The manager wouldnt even come out to speak with us.
