Extremely unprofessional. The 74 year old sales man who enjoys blabbing about his lifestyle while my husband & I were trying to look at cars. Bragged how he doesn’t have to sell a car on the lot to make money because the online auctions are bringing in money. So basically after test driving 5 cars on the lot & his comments lead us to believe they are just overpriced junk. Don’t waste your time!

After passing this car lot for years and looking for the right priced SUV for months I finally made a stop here. I can say that I am over all satisfied. Steve was great and easy to get along with. Made the sale easy and quick and I got it for a very good price. Only thing is I called about the exhaust, to see what work they had did before purchasing the vehicle. since they said it just had exhaust work done. Yet I noticed the vehicle has a bad odor while sitting idle and sounds like there is a hole in the exhaust or muffler. So I called and talked to Jamie and was told that someone from the shop would be calling me back with that info. Well that was two weeks ago and Im still waiting.......can someone please call me back.

Bought my last two vehicles from here. A van three years ago that my wife rolled the following winter and is STILL going strong, and a small car this past March that seems to be handling 1500mi+/mo no problem. The cars radio didnt work and I was able negotiate the price down for that. I will likely return in the future when I need another vehicle as Im not particularly interested in buying new.

I just bought an SUV from here. The staff were friendly when we initially came to view the listed truck. It was in great cosmetic condition. We took the car on a test drive and noticed a noise when we turned the vehicle. We brought this to the attention of the car lot and they indicated that this was a normal sound for older vehicles because it was cold out, but we knew better. We talked them down on the price of the vehicle as we knew it would require some costly repairs. And we were correct. 3 days after purchasing it, I took it to my mechanic to find out that the power steering pump needed to be replaced along with the struts and stablizer bar. An additional $2k worth of work, I guess thats why it did not come with a warranty. I did not expect a perfect car as I was aware that I was buying used. I just hope that others know what they are getting into when they purchase a vehicle from here. Expect to make repairs and know your numbers. Other than that, the car buying experience wasnt bad.

I felt very uncomfortable with this place overall. First, I went there because of a listing they had posted on both their website and Facebook Marketplace. When I get there, they tell me theyre still working on fixing the computer in the car and give me no other indication that they would want my business (e.g. ask for my contact information to let me know when the car is fixed). There was no mention of any issues with the car online. I decide to give them another shot because I find theyve listed another car Im interested in. This time I call, asking about the new car and the first car I was looking at. On the phone, Im told the first car sold, but the newer inquiry is available. So I go there to look at the second car... still to find that the first car was not sold as labeled on other sold cars, but has the unique label of not for sale. Whatever. They offered financing on the car, but the purchase price would have been almost double what the sticker price was --why?? She said there would be a bit of an increase in price, but DOUBLE is not a little bit! She kept giving reasons about how the interest on the financing, etc would also mean the car is more expensive. WAS SHE EVEN TRYING TO SELL THE CAR? I left that dealership politely, but fuming deeeeep inside.

Used cars are just, used cars. The history of the car and whether its a quality car or not, is gathered by researching the owners history (Carfax), and not the dealership. Used cars all have different issues based on the issues found with the manufacturing company as well that were not eliminated when it hit the market. Each company has their own set of issue with each make and model based on the quality level by which it is categorized.When a car has aged, they also show certain signs of wear issues that is typical to that type of car, so do your research...look up recalls and manufacturing complaints, as well as the car fax report. The more owners a car has the more wear or neglect. Also accidents do challenge the quality of a car. Its not all on the dealership. A Bright Auto never tried to sell me my daughters car. I had done my homework...and went to inspect it. The car was not perfect, but good enough as a starter car. There were minor things that we had to fix. But overall she is happy with her car.Do your homework first...and then inspect the car...or take it to someone who can inspect it for you. God Bless!!!

Started communicating with them via online chat on 11/26 made a 2pm appointment for 12/1. Called to remind them we were coming because I was told to call because apparently I guess that’s the practice when you set an appointment online??? I have never heard of that type of practice before. No one ever called us back plain and simple. It was almost a joke. Worst customer service ever. Went there on 12/1 and no one came to talk to us. We would of bought something. Gave them 3 plus opportunities to make it right. Kept getting told “someone would call us back” and they NEVER did. We were looking for a 1st car or truck for our son. Even filled out app TWICE. We were wanting to go their today because we saw something we liked but wanted to see what the outcome of the app was before making another 45 minute drive there. Would have put zero stars but you can’t .... must not want to actually sell cars or just too lazy UNBELIEVABLE .... oh and was told Jamie would help me LOL .... Jamie was the one that told me they needed us to fill the app out again then told my husband she would call him back in an hour. What a joke!!

Juan was an excellent help in finding me a vehicle that i could get in that day. When everyone else said no, he said yes. The down side: i was told a price with Juan and shown that i was not paying over what the vehicle is worth, just to be told i have to fill out paperwork again and end up paying $4000 more. Teresa had a very rude attitude and needs to think about the customers instead of herself. I want to get another vehicle from there because they have wonderful prices but if i have to deal with Teresa i will take my business somewhere else.

Ok so Ive been to the lot 3 times now and walked around looking at vehicles for up to 20 minutes and the Old man with the cane seen me all 3 times,did not ask if I needed any help or even say Hi! Called 1 afternoon needing some questions answered and someone was suppose to call me back, that did not happen,called a different day for up to an hour and the phone was busy!!So needless to say,this lot has The Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! which probably is the reason the lot has hardly any vehicles for sale, A Bright just lost out on a $6,000 or $7,000 deal! Wont be long before you shut down, and that is doing any potential customers a favor!! Just Awful

We purchased a vehicle here and went to see it on Saturday and the sales person did not tell us that if we were going to purchase a vehicle with them u need to have and insurance in order for them to give u a temporary tag and we when today and the manager wait until we paid the vehicle to tell us what I just said here. This is not a good dealer because how are u going to buy a vehicle for the first time and have a insurance without noing what vehicle u wanted. The manager was very rude I was speaking with her on the phone and she left me talking by my self. I don’t recommend no one to purchase a vehicle here. It was a bad experience.

Both cars broke within a month, like most of the other reviews here report.First cars story:The dealership had great prices. I had a car I bought from them blow a head gasket 2 days after buying it and they took it back to fix the issue. Their mechanic fixed it wrong and it stopped working again a week later.We took it to Firestone and they told me I should not try to repair my own engine since I do not have the proper skills and the fix will be very expensive. Told Firestone it was a mechanic at a dealership that did the work and I was advised to never let them touch my car again.The repairs cost slightly less than the car and I opted to junk the car I had just bought and get a loan to purchase from a certified dealer.Second car I bought from here (purchased same time as the first). It was a 2001 Chevy Impala. It seemed okay, but the front drivers tire has an air leak, not a huge deal. Car got progressively worse over two weeks and no longer turns right without enough effort that my wife can not drive the car because of the intense strain on her wrists from turning. Took it in, another very expensive fix because the rack and pinion is bad.When you buy two cars from a place and both have substantial issues costing thousands of dollars in repairs, *after their mechanic has looked them over and promised them in good condition*, is not a coincidence. This is not negligence, this is intentionally covering up issues so that they can sell broken cars.If you buy a car here, have a real mechanic check it out first. The issues go far beyond what you should reasonable expect when buying a used car. Dont buy in ignorance like I did and trust their mechanic. Take it to a *real* mechanic and have it looked over thoroughly before purchasing it.

I try to test drive a car there. I didnt even make it down the street. The car was messed up. I could hardly close the door. Someone showed up at the lot complaining about leaks he was having with a car he bought already. Nope not getting a car from here. Good luck!

We had purchased a Ford F-150 two months ago and within a month my husband already had to replace the brake caliper, the rotor and muffler. Then the following month we had to replaced a clutch and slate so within 3 months we already spent $3,000 to fix the truck. This company definitely sold us a Lemon Car so BEWARE.

Had a car for sale on Facebook and it looked like a nice car. I drove 2 hours up and walked up to the car and it was a mess. I thought I was in a junk yard. Not for me. Pictures I guess can be deceiving.

Went in to look at a truck. Black dodge 1500. The truck had obvious water damage. As well as no muffler. Was told they dont let you test drive until after paper work is finished. This struck me as odd considering I want to know how the truck runs before making a decision. We went in to inquire further despite the already obvious red flags. We were told no car fax on any car on the lot!!! What?! No respectable lot doesnt provide car fax. We also looked at a couple other vehicles on the lot and all were very lemon like. In my opinion this is the epitome of a lemon lot. Buyers beware.

Shouldve know when the lady in front of us while test driving the car stopped and jumped out to tell us not to buy a car from there. $3000 and 4 months later and the car needs a new transmission. Thats after the laundry list of issues discovered 2 weeks into owning the car. I had hoped they were honest people and werent going to take advantage of us but I was wrong.

Bought a car with my teenage son. We didnt make it home. Called broke down. Got the run around and told sorry sold as is. Yelled at and hung up on. They didnt even act surprised i didnt make it home. I guess I am just greatful we made it home. Poor kid lost all his savings in less than an hour. Very shady practice.

Horrible customer service first of all. I should have known to turn around right then but within 24 hours I was sold a car with no oil and the door panel has fallen off due to the clips being broken because it was only siliconed on and apparently no one let it dry long enough before selling it to me because its still tacky. Yet I was told they dont buy cars with problems. I drove off the lot with problems only to find out 40 miles down the road.

If I could leave a zero star rating I could. This was the WORST experience I have had with a so called renowned business. Their service staff is so unfriendly, and doesnt provide much information. There is no Carfax for any of their vehicles. I went to see a car to test drive earlier in the day, then came back later to take a trade in and get the car, and the guy said that someone else was taking it for a drive. Discussing my trade in and seriousness of buying the vehicle was my understanding of the beginning of a negotiation and transaction process. I told him that if the other party hadnt made an offer, then I would take it. This sales rep went and TOLD THOSE PEOPLE I WOULD BUY THE CAR IF THEY DIDNT. He then went to them after they got back from the drive, and said they would take the vehicle. This was EXTREMELY shady and unprofessional business, morally unjust, and terrible for customers. Move on to the next business, folks.

The salesman was put out when asking about maintenance they needed to do upon receiving the used vehicle. When asking about carfax, the salesman didnt have one readily available. When wanting to test drive the vehicle the battery was dead and needed a jump. Found a puddle of oil under the vehicle and the salesman seemed upset when I started asking about leaks. During the drive I turned the AC on and the vehicle started having electrical issues and 4 lights came on. When telling them about this, they tried to say it was the battery when in fact if the vehicle was already started then it would be the alternator failing to maintain a good charge or a more serious electrical issue. In my opinion the sales people dont know their vehicles, are trying to sell them with loads of issues, and get upset when asking about mechanical problems.

This is the worst car lot Ive ever visited.. I went in and they ran my credit and told mr theyd call me in an hour.. After nearly 3 hours I called them to find out they couldnt approve me for the car I wanted and was told theyd call me the next day and have yet to hear anything from them.. That wad 3 1/2 weeks ago.. They do not know how to operate a business by far and needs to be shut down

Found a Chevy Trailblazer I really liked, put the cash on their desk to buy it. They tried to get me to sign something saying I would buy it even if it didn’t pass inspection. So I said I would rather come back the next day and take it to a mechanic, just to see if it would pass if I bought it. They said NO and now they said the owner won’t sell you it because I asked apparently! SCAM ARTISTS

I got financed for a 2005 green chevelot around dec 29 2017 yay thats great new well about a month and a half goes by and boom i start hearing noises coming from the transfer case call them they say bring it up okay cool there gonna help me get up there just for them to tell me they cant do anything for me because ive had this truck to long? So it sits in my driveway for a few months call them again i get the same thing oh bring it up here well fix it for you ok whatever get up there nope we cant do anything they sold me this truck for well over 10 grand when it was worth maybe 3 grand tops went up to blue springs ford they helped me out and got me into a brand new car for atlittle over 15 grand i dont recommend this pos run down dealer ship to anyone

This was probably one of the shadiest, lying, over all bad car dealers in kansas city. The ONLY reason they have good google reviews is because they pay for them. The good reviewers are google users bots who leave reviews for every car dealer or business who pays them. I find it funny because they were bragging about how good their reviews are. As we arrive, Right off the bat while walking in the first thing this teresa lady (seems like shes a huge problem, based apon on every review mentions how rude she is) says is cash or finance not a hello, not a welcome, or even ask what car im inquiring about. Then asks me the reason i ask is because you look 16, no way you have credit With a snotty stuck up attitude. Besides the point of me wanting to leave after this horribly rude woman insulting me, we test drive the Truck. Of course the windows dont role down oh its just a fuse the boys will fix it get back from a test drive, we ask for a carfax, Of course they dont have car faxes for any of their vehicles. Shocking! Ask if we can take it to an outside mechanic, they give this complete lie stating we cant let you take the car to a mechanic because of our insurance we pay enough as it is we dont even let people test drive for over 10 minutes because of our insurance. Huh. Weird. When we took the car for a test drive no talk about any time limit. My family has been a part of the car business for over 30 years, and its a blatant lie. Theres a reason they dont want a car on a lift and looked at. They mask them enough to pass. All in all, out of all the shady car dealers i went to looking for the right truck, this one tops them all. I wish I could give 0 stars and make everyone stay away. Unless you need a cheap, falling apart, rusted, or flooded car for cheap and want to be disrespected by a very rude woman, Stay away.
