Just love this store. I always find what I need. If a sale item is out they are happy to rain check it. Never met anyone without a smile. Sale ads are always so helpful in this economy. Meat department has wonderful meat never had a bad cut. And I just love ordering online also.

I like this Hy vee because it is close to me and the staff is very nice. The patrons however, are not as nice. Fairly rude actually. But that is not the stores fault.They could use a better selection of gluten-free foods. I have better luck at the Price Chopper near by.

The quality and selection of food are good. The employees are always willing to help and answer questions. We save a lot of money on gas perks too.

The floral department was no longer accepting orders for corsages /homecoming orders this week. That’ understandable.When referring me to other florists, I’m disappointed that they did not refer to local florists in the Blue Springs community. Instead, they referred to other HyVee locations, further away.I understand it’s competition, but we’re all part of the same community and the suggestion is inconvenient for your patrons.

I never write poor reviews, but I feel like I need to this time because I am so very disappointed at the service that we received at this Hy-Vee today. I placed a small order for 6 items yesterday evening and scheduled a late morning pick up time today because Hy-Vee is a 30 minute drive from where I live. This morning, I received a message saying that the orders were running a little slow. When we arrived, we were again told that they were running behind. Finally, 1 hour and 15 min. after our scheduled pick up time, one of the workers came over and said that they had a few of my items, but they were still waiting for one of them to arrive in the next van load. I had another appointment that I would be late for if I waited, so I asked if I could cancel the item that wasn’t there yet. He said I would have to contact a manager. The manager said he would remove the item and refund my card, but that still has not been done. When I got home, I realized that I was actually missing more than one product from my order. They were specialty items that I can only purchase from Hy-Vee because I have a food allergy. So, I wasted a large chunk of my day sitting in the parking lot and drove an hour out of my way. After all of that trouble, I only got 3 of my 6 items, and I still didn’t get any of the products that I really needed. There were never any apologies for the inconvenience, and I still have not received a refund for the items that I did not receive.

Not my go to grocery but I do come here out of convenience, either they are out of the produce I’m looking for, or if it’s available it’s not it’s freshest or there is mold on it. I absolutely love the floral part of the store. They have pretty good sales. From time to time. And they also have a nice size plant based option (frozen food) I just wish the produce was consistently good

Entrance at pharmacy locked due to COVID is the stupidest possible reaction to an extremely infectious, according to your webpage. So just funnel all customers and employees in and out one combined entrance/exit. If this pandemic is as bad as you believe, why have you stopped sanitizing carts, still have a customer pattern that all customers go by produce, no one-way aisles, etc...Stop putting up this fake preventative action to a disease you dont believe in.

Self check out should be more smart. If Im paying with a card the extra steps to tell the screen makes it dumb. Walmart self checkout has it right and convenient. I also had a awful experience when returning an item with a recipt. Cashier questions was a bit much. That should be a no hassle policy especially when the item is unopened. Then she did not credit the right item and assumed I wanted cash instead of asking how I as the paying customer wanted it.

The produced department has ruined myself and families experience. After being lied to as “he was the only produce member” we shopped around and came back to see another guy on his phone and we asked if he was with produce and he answered yes but he still couldn’t make a. Fruit pizza and the manager wouldn’t answer. The problem was the lie. I’ve shopped here several more times and had bad experiences as well. So disappointed.

Staff are all fantastic and hard-working, but prices have gotten too high, quality has fallen... A lot. My produce gets moldy or rots within a couple days of bringing home, even in the fridge.

Great selection of products. The deli counter has great food! The wait at the pharmacy was quite long, otherwise Id give it 5 stars.

Good thing I talked to a good pal of mine I hadnt chatted with recently. He was the one that reminded me that one of the numerous sales they have going currently ended today. I just made it to the store, maybe 12 to 15 minutes or so before their closing time. Had to have the .$.98¢ 4 or 5 lb bags of sugar, and flour both, and surprisingly, the LIMIT WAS ACTUALLY 2 OF EACH ITEM. Gonna need a lot of dry baking ingredients to be able to get all of the Holiday/ Christmas baking done for all the Family, and Extended Family, and Friends. Numerous requests from everyone. Probably gonna be more work then I think , but when I get to give them to folks for part of their gift. Their reaction, and the smile on their face, makes all the work more than worth it. COMPLETELY , AND TOTALLYI also grabbed a few beverage items that are priced very reasonably right now also.

Very good visit. I dont normally shop here. Find everything I wanted but one thing they use to carry. Yoo long treat. Specific brand in a box of 100. They checked and could get it and they ordered it for me. They texted me the cost and confirmed rather to order it not.

I love the pharmacy and usually can everything I need.

I have always raved about how great the hyvee stores are but this one is nowhere near that. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this specific location. I pay for the hyvee plus program and they have failed me on every single order. The fruit and vegetables are always moldy or borderline expired. They have given me milk that was on its last day that day. I have received strawberries wrapped in several bags because they gave me moldy strawberries soaking in their own juices. My bread is always, always smashed because they dont bag the items properly. To make it right, they promised me $25 off my next order and surprise surprise they didnt get that right either. Also no matter what, my prescriptions are NEVER ready when I go to this location. I get told EVERY TIME to wait 20 minutes.

Disappointed that alot of the menu was not served until 4 pm. Very cool interior.

I live in grain valley but I come here a lot _ this is by far my favorite grocery store - more expensive than Walmart but that’s most places - and way cheaper than Price chopper - I have never had a bad experience with any employee here - Brandon is my favorite - he is always walking around the self checkout registers looking for someone to help - and he always has something fun to say - brings great energy to this store :) you all are doing great!

I love Hyvee and especially this location. Everyone is so friendly, the store is clean, they have great deals and new products often. Great healthy options and more always coming. The Aisles online has been such a great life saver! Im so thankful for the service and the wonderful people that run the whole program.

This used to be a great store. Now, they no longer give receipts for the drive-through service and they say its because theyre too busy.They will treat you as though youre asking too much if you request a paper receipt with your purchase. The drive-through service also has a tendency to give you less than acceptable produce. Ive had to return several items from the produce department, although, if you go into the store, the produce looks great. Store is not as good as it used to be and management does NOT care.

Fast, friendly service. Even when theyre busy, theres always someone helpful.

Better gluten-free selection. Well maintained. Love this store!

Seems like they got rid of almost everything I use to for, like the other day I went to get cheddar brats usually 10 for $10 , now 8 for $10 and now they dont even carry cheddar brats talk about a bad day I was so excited to go get some lol. I know its hard to have everything in a store, but as much as we bbq and have events definitely makes me have to go somewhere else.

Going to GV PC now that you have diminished check out lines to two people like cheaply Wal-Mart. I expected more considering the cost of groceries here in comparison.

Everyone must have been stocking up for the superbowl and/or the anticipated snow and cold as quite a few of the specials were not available and many shelves were bare. The good news: there was plenty of toilet tissue. Every employee was friendly, helpful, and certainly appeared to be hustling to meet the needs of the customers.

Very Big, Very Clean, I liked the Fresh Meat Counter so a person could talk to the meat cutter an explain what you would like.

I went into the store on tuesday, there were fruit flys covering the cantalope and all the fruits and vegetables.It was disgusting and the store was dirty. I use to like this store but it needs to be cleaned up. Ive never seen bugs on the fruit and vegetables at price chopper so what is you guys deal?

High on prices and frequently out of items I buy often. And it seems that every time I buy alcohol the cashier is too you to ring it up so I have to wait for a manager to come finish the transaction. Pretty annoying. Speaking of alcohol, the liquor department has a nice selection. Deli and meat counters are pretty good as well.

I went to get a gift basket for my boss. Talked to Paul a couple of hours before, then went into the store. I chatted to Paul about what I wanted, purchased all I needed then gave him the idea. When he brought out the finished basket 10 minutes later, it was awesome! Thank you, Paul! You rock! See you in the produce aisle!

Staff is always sociable, prices arent over the top. Sushi and the grill are always on point.
