And lastly, if you dont see a scent in the store that you love, check online. They have dozens of retired fragrances but you can only get them by ordering online. You can still use your coupons for that too! You can also use the coupons at white barn next door and combine coupons that way also.

Amazing customer service. From the time you arrive you feel pampered and special. You open the door to amazing scents and friendly people ready to answer any and all questions you may have. Feel free to walk around trying out scents until you find just the right ones. Mask up of course. Such a wide range of scents and amazing sales right now. A company that allows stealing without discipline only makes the world worse & that’s exactly what this store is doing. I will NEVER bring my business here again after hearing how they treat employees that try to stop thieves. Punishment & potential firing for being a moral upstanding citizen uncomfortable with stealing. Bath & Body is DISGUSTING.

They don’t have the best customer service. Girls are very short. But I notice they weren’t with the other two white customers in the store. And the older white lady kept an eye on me. But when I asked her about a fragrance she wasn’t helpful. But she stopped watching me. Not the best experience at all.

Always pleasant and helpful employees. Im sure my husband would prefer I didnt enjoy shopping here so much. Lol

The ladies working here are very pleasant and helpful - i will drive a few miles further to this store in blue springs area because they have more stock on their shelves unlike the store at independence mall where i got shafted around and mislead. The google advertisement said $9.50 sunday only but i go in and they want $14.50 per each 3 wick candle and then on top of that they had all stock of the 1 candle i went there for - bad way to do business good thing there us another store a few miles more east that knows how to treat people and have stock on there shelves and displays

Such a nice employees. Very helpful.I got my first Bath and Body lotion last week. After I showered in the morning I put some lotion on. I could still smell that wonderful lotion on me when I woke up the next day.IMPRESSIVE!!

A little pricey but great help

This employee welcomed customers into the store except me. I was even standing by the door where the women were being greeted. I’m pretty sure it was due to what I was wearing. I had sweat pants and a sweatshirt on and no makeup. I’m sure she would have been shocked if she saw how much money I spent there for Christmas presents.

They place things on display and then freak out if you would like to buy it.

Always love their perfumes and their plug ins.

Great little store and much closer than having to drive all the way to the mall in independence. Though it was almost midnight on black friday when I got there the employees were still very friendly and helpful.

Love bath & body works. They are always so helpful, friendly, and no questions asked when retuning a plug-in wallflowers that have broken. Best place to shop for candles as well.

After not sleeping well/at the right time recently, and having an awful time emotionally for the past couple of weekends, I decided to stop in at Bath & Body Works on my way home to check out their three wick candle sale since I also received a coupon for a free item $14 or less with purchase.I got there about five minutes before closing, which I already felt awful about.. and was greeted warmly by Pam (or Pat.. Im so awful with similar names). She showed me around and helped me decide what to get, and said repeatedly to take my time, that it wasnt an issue. There was another associate (who shall remain nameless as to not draw massive attention, as Im sure thats not what she was looking for) helping off and on while she worked on closing, and gave some great suggestions to come back for when Im able to help with sleeping and staying a little less smelly at work, haha.Pam and I chatted while trying different scents, and I worked on transferring a little from savings to cover, as I didnt realize when walking in that the sale price was only if buying two candles. When I went to check out with a split cash/card payment, Associate #2 had the cashier pause, and went into the back for something. She came back, transaction continued, and it was complete before I swiped my card; she covered a relatively significant chunk of the total for me, personally. I waited around to thank her (awkwardly, of course), and she said Hey, we all have hard times.Looks like I might be going to Blue Springs a little more. And probably smelling a lot better, while Im at it.

The White Barn side was super helpful and friendly and made sure to great us and make sure that we didnt need any help, unfortunately I cant saybthe same for the Bath And Body Works side. Out of the 5 ppl working there one was helping a guest, the other 4 didnt even acknowledge us as they walked by us. It was like 2 completely different worlds

My wife is a frequent shopper, not as much as shed like, but enough for my taste, its a nice store, laid out nice friendly staff, I just go cause she goes with me to the tool stores.

Beware of shopping here while black. The clerks will racially profile you and follow you around the store. Meanwhile they will help all the white people and barely offer you any assistance. Will be reporting to corporate.

Love their sales & products, only one strike against them is they discontinued my husband fragrance, still deserve 5 stars tho!!
