Great prices!

Don’t know about everybody else experiences but mine was excellent. They hooked up my full sound system, granted all they did was labor because I brought all my equipment. But they left no wires hanging and fixed everything to a tee. Everything sounds good and they are very knowledgeable. Will be back if I need anything else!

On Jan 18, 2019 we took my boyfriend’s truck to get a radio installed, car alarm, and a remote starter. He paid over 800$ to have these services done. Upon leaving he noticed the car radio was not working. So he pulled back into the shop and they told him they can fix it the next morning. If we just paid y’all today for these services, why would we come back the next morning??? Next the workers started to fix the promblem or so they claim. As we begin to leave, the radio was working. So we proceeded with daily activities as normal. Later that evening, we were heading out and the radio was not working again. A few hours later the check engine light comes on. There was no problem with the vehicle prior to bring the truck in, but once we paid for the services to get done, all these problems started to happen. We just feel that if we paid this company all this money for the services they agreed they can do, then the job should be done professionally and correctly. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is highly unacceptable and I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!.

Alfredo is super helpful the customer service is excellent. He helped me get my Impala sound so good. At first I was skeptical b/c I didnt know much about car audio. I left the shop and my friends asked me where i got it done :P I will be back in the future with other cars..

They do decent work for a cheap price... nothing spectacular but they do get the job done.Its kind of junky in there as well but eh..

My experience was amazing. I got my radio installed on a 2015 Chevy Impala and the job is very clean. Everyone should give this place a chance because they are so professional!

Just a nice and convenient little store to buy car audio equipment

Got an alarm and remote start put in with my sound system. Black and his crew did a good job. I come here and bring all my cars here to get did.

Biggest rip offs in the audio field hands down. Google the price of any item that you intend to purchase from them. They charged me $75 for a pair of $6 Power Acoustik tweeters. Then only installed 1 and kept the other. Leaving 1 of the old ones in the car. Im sharing this review with everyone I know. These are truly dishonest people.

I came here yesterday to get my radio installed because my last radio went out. the employees here know what I need to fit my needs and wow! im impressed! idk what happened to the people that put bad reviews... they did me right I assure you!

Prices have gone through the roof, he wants double what Best buy and other stores want. I been a customer for over 10 yrs, but after today, I will NEVER WALK INTO THIS GHETTO JUNKY MESS OF A STORE AGAIN !!!

Picked up my car today and they did an unreal job on the system. You gotta pay the price for something that you really want and what i paid for, i thought it was more than worth it. I recommend this place 10 out of 10 times.

These guys quoted me this unbelievable price, of $350.00,for a complete alarm system. Then told me I needed to have two car keys in order for the alarm to be installed and , that I go to Home Depot where I know they dont make car keys with the chip. I went and another appointment with another installer.I came back to let them know I made other arrangements to get it done, then I realized this guy was DRUNK. NO ONE SHOULD COME HERE!!!!!!!!!@!

I had my system installed by MA Audio, and it was all static and wires were not neat. I came here and the audio technician here knew how to make it right. they kept my car for three hours and now my car is slammin! come here and you aint gonna regret it!

I came in looking to upgrade my system and was greeted by people who actually know car systems. For a good price, high quality equipment and professional install come on to Soundmasters.

Worst place ever theyre overpriced with refurbished audio equipment youre paying for new equipment all the while its old stuff theyre putting in your car. Beware!The work was shady my wires came hanging down under my steering wheel that very same night. Ridiculous! When I went back to get it fixed the owner made every excuse in the book why it was my fault really? I put my phone on translate because he sounded like he was taking stuff and all 3 of them was talking about how stupid we are! I guess he meant people my color because the only other people there was my color.I left and I will never return. Go somewhere else anywhere a Alley mechanic will do a much better job then this place they deserve -0 stars.

Very good service and quality equipment

New Owners are Chinese, and the prices are through the roof. Gave me one price over the phone, and when I got there it was $200 more than what he told me, until i walked out and he lowered the price. They rush to get the cars in and out, which causes you to come in for the incomplete work they did. Sounds keeps cutting off/on I will be making my 3rd trip there some time this week.

Terrible customer service manager doesnt seem to care about customer satisfaction, I paid ova $1000 for an install and still had no highs. Went in with my highs working perfect after they did wat they did my highs were all blown. Basically putting me in a situation to have to buy something from them, and I did but still didnt have any highs which then they said my amp was bad. I dont recommend anyone come here cause the whole 3 days at least 20 ppl came in complaining that something was wrong with their system.

Best sound shop on the south side of the city hands down

Reasonable prices had to purchase a antenna.

These guys really know their stuff. Helped me out tremendously when no one else seem to be able to.

Trouble customer service.Dont stand behind there work.Find yourself have to go somewhere else to get your work done right

Too expensive charged me $45 just to tell me my amp wasnt working took them 5 minutes. Wont get my business in the future....

The owner gave me a quote that was extremely overpriced.
