Stopped in 1/29/21 about 3PM for an oil change. Fist thing was the guy that came to check me in had no mask on while I was wearing mine. He had me follow him to the lobby where another worker in there didnt have a mask on. I had to ask them to put them on. They both went out to work on my car. When one of them came back in - no mask again. The oil change seemed really fast and I wasnt hearing all of the checks being yelled out like usual so when the check-in guy came back in I asked how low the power steering was and he didnt know. He went back out and checked then I saw him add what looked like half a quart.After I get home I look at my receipt and things are checked off that obviously were not done such as washing the ext windows, vacuuming and checking wiper blades. My wiper blades definitely needed to be changed and I was ready to give them the go-ahead on those and the air filter which was about 2 years old but they never mentioned them.Business was slow so not sure why they couldnt take the time to do things right.

I highly recommend this location for your service needs he went above and beyond for me.

This place is fantastic and very well run. They treat you amazingly and don’t tell you anything you don’t wanna know. They are respectful and polite to everyone. This is my favorite place to go for car related issues. The manager who works there is top of the line! Definitely deserves 5 stars!

Brought BMW 328xi in for an oil change and it took them 45 minutes to tell me they didn’t have the tools for the job. When I went to check what was being done, the guy underneath the car was on YouTube. Needless to say, don’t bring any BMWs here.

I come to this location specifically because they have the best customer service in the entire state. Anthony, the manager is just outstanding. Hes kind and he is extremely helpful. Everybody at this location is so friendly and truly makes the customer feel welcome. The corporate office should send them free lunch or a bonus check or something, they work really hard and they deserve it. Outstanding job, Blue Ash. Excellent service by the three Gentleman working today! Came in for a fluid top off and battery check. I was in and out with optimum fluid levels and a well needed new battery.

I was in on Sunday and got the best experience I have ever gotten from any automobile shop. It was Lloyd and another guy I can’t really remember his name. They actually showed me the old vs the new. Very respectable and friendly people. I recommend everyone to go here if you want something done on your car. Thanks guys

Great customer service

Lazy and slow workers. Were pretty abrupt as well. Took two hours to do oil change, tire rotation and brake pad replacement because they 60+ mins to get part.

I am a repeat customer of this particular Jiffy Lube. These guys are great! I have a great experience everytime, and Kota and Kyle get me together! I highly reccommend you bring your service here, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent service! Went to the Jiffy Lube in Kenwood and walked out. The Kenwood rd bunch were too busy eating with wing sauce all over her hands and didnt hear the bell when I came in. After not having the proper person there to do the job and not seeming to be at all interested, I left and headed to the Jiffy Lube on COOPER RD. What a difference!! Fast, efficient , friendly and professional. This is the only Jiffy Lube I will be going to from now on.

In and out quick. Service seemed fine but really no interaction with staff. Thru could have done nothing and I wouldnt have known. Made is get out of vehicle to sit in lobby although we wanted to stay in car. Not my first jiffy lube, but not going back to this one.

Called asked if they could look at my car when I got there they said theres nothing they can do did not look at my car and told me go to meineke for service but I went to a company in blueash who charged me $20 for a fix so yea never agian will I go there....THANKS MORGAN

The time to change the oil was fast, less than 15 minutes. However they broke the cover on my cabin air filter and didnt tell me. I found out when I got home since my glove box wouldnt close. How unprofessional. They are also overpricing their filters by 75%. Check pricing before you buy.

Horrible. I purchased a groupon. Another vehicles sticker was placed in my car, I never got the glass treatment, my receipt was marked that my car was swept out and windows cleaned...but they were not. I tried calling back and could not get through. Did they change my oil??? Now I wonder.

Lied about rotating tires when they did not. Air cap was removed to see if they rotated them and when the car was picked up that tire was in the same spot and the technician proceeded to lie and say they take the air caps off before the rotate the tires.
