The store itself is wonderful. But the service is horrible I can have 5g and nothing loads it is so annoying and why pay for a plan when your phone doesn’t have any service with full bars and 5g. Needs to get fixed very fast

Very disappointed Verizon been a customer since cellular one then Verizon. I enjoyed the one on one customer service. Closing the Bloomsburg location is a great lose. It first started with your employees walking around with tablets and waiting on customers at random location in the store, so not customer friendly.. Now to the present. My phone of 1 1/2 year old had major issues. I opted to buy a new phone 📱 instead of paying a 300 dollar Co pay to get a refurbished phone. You would think if I needed to spend 1200.00 plus I could actually see what I wanted but no cant do that anymore. After nearly three hours of phones calls my new phone was ordered. Now a simple transfer nope didnt happen for some reason two many lines on my account, although there is only one. Thats to the phone rep I am now sharing this review. Not a happy customer

Everyone was very nice, they helped me with my phone issue and even went above and beyond when I saw fluid coming out of my car to check and make sure it wasnt anything bad. I just replaced my transmission so I got worried and the one guy ran out and made sure everything was okay! It was greatly appreciated and I was impressed.

My Mom has a 3g flip phone she is 82. She is on our plan & needed a upgrade but has pics on she phone she wanted transferred but they couldnt do it with that phone anymore.So instead of the sales guy just wanting to make another sale he talked us into a plan to save my Mothers photos & we left with our a New Phone but will go back once we do what he told us ...So Thanks Verizon staff 4 taking care of my Mom 1st before just getting another sale!!!

Went in with my father in law who was tricked into signing up for a number of items he did not need and two different two year contracts which he didnt know he was signing up for. When we went back to cancel and return items they said sorry its past 14 days nothing we can do. We were told the manager was Andrew Lambert who didnt offer anything good as another option. Do not go to this store unless you want a bait and switch for people who do not know much about technology.

Just wanted to upgrade. Simple task. Wanted to be sure that my new phone worked at my house where I do not have cellular service. I will hold on to your old phone so you can make sure your new one works says the sales rep. Decide to think about for a few hours. Went back to the store. Now the same sales rep says Oh, well we cant hold on to your old phone but you can keep it until you can check the new and make sure it works. Then just bring it back for a credit. Brings out basket full of accessories we did not ask for. I set the new phone case I picked out down on the counter and the sales reps takes a $40 screen protector out of the basket and places it UNDER my new case. Whats that I ask. Oh this is a screen protector. We recommend these for new phones because the screens scratch easy. HOW ABOUT ASKING IF I WANT IT FIRST! So, its going to be $250 if you want to keep your old phone, but if you bring it back we will credit you $93. Seriously?! I might as well have been trying to buy a used car....Later!

I have been to this location numerous times over the years. My review is based on my most recent visit, where I upgraded to a new phone and plan. I know that a wait is to be expected here, but every staff member who checked on me did so in a timely fashion, and was friendly and professional.The team member who ultimately helped me was extremely knowledgeable and worked with me how I wanted to be worked with. Cut through the salesman song and dance, and give me straight answers.. I have worked in sales before, so I get it. I know what hoops they have to jump through. But the point I knew I was dealing with someone who wasnt just selling me a phone was when I asked him, not only why will I love (this phone)... But also tell me why I will hate (this phone) down the road?Very pleased with my service, and would continue to work with this location in the future.

Have had several annoying and pushy experiences at this Verizon’s store in the past. They have (previously) tried to take advantage of my parents with various upgrades, add-ons etc since it is fairly evident that they (my parents) don’t know very much about tech. I always come with them to protect their checkbooks and tech-translate. This past time, the Verizon tech we met was fantastic—C.J. Give him a raise! Verizon, especially this store needs more salesmen like him. Thank you C.J.!

Had a great experience here yesterday! Altough the store was busy from opening the sales reps kept talking to us and letting us know where we were in line, they called reps in to make our wait go by faster! Our sales rep was knowledgable didnt push unwanted products and took his time to go over everything! I would recommend this store to anyone! Thanks for making it a great experience!

I took my elderly parents to this store to buy them a cell phone for safety purposes. I must say this store has very poor customer service. The young girl who waited on us was incompetent, forgot to give us our receipt, and did not set up the account correctly. It is now a month later and the account is still wrong and the information given to us that evening regarding direct monthly payments was wrong. I live in another state and this has become a huge mess and inconvenience as well as lack of safety since the phone isnt working!

It is completely hit or miss there. Sometimes it is a wonderful experience that is quick and painless other times it is awful with rude and ignorant staff. I recently upgraded my phone which wasnt bad other then the fact that I waited 20 minutes to be initiatally seen then had to wait 20 more minutes while the saleswoman went to get my phone from the back turns out what took so long was the fact that she was filling a basket full of overpriced crap I didnt need or ask for. Keep in mind though she was a VERY SWEET girl and was only doing her job but I just wanted to get my phone switched. Other then that it wasnt a bad experience. However another time I went in there simply for a charger and was made to sign in and wait 25 MINUTES FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CHARGER! They had to look up my account, see what the latest deals were, and blah blah blah. I finally snapped on the poor salesman (not my proudest moment )and said either sell me the charger now or I was leaving without anything. He was nice enough to help me but then the one manager came up to me and asked if next time I could sign my name on the iPad (with my finger I might add) more eligible. I told him to buzz off, thank the guy who had helped me and left every irritated.

I asked the girl twice about transferring my contacts from my old phone to my new. Was told it takes a long time here, youll be able to do that yourself at home on your computer. Or not... My old computer is not compatible with my new phone. Granted she could not have known that, but the fact that I asked TWICE and was basically told no both times really makes me mad. Is it not part of her job to assist the customer however she can? Thats how I work, anyway. Extremely unhappy.

Absolutely the worst treatment Ive received in quite some time. I ordered a phone online and used in-store pickup. The account is new and under my wifes name. Long story short, I offered to have her face-time, and I even had Verizon customer service call to no avail, the manager refused to release the phone. I live 1 hour from the store and it was not convenient for my wife to show up in person, but I work 2 minutes away. They would not let me pick it up without her. Complete inconsiderate idiots. I only gave one star because I had to pick at least one.

Well lets start with the sign in BS and then you sit there for easily 30 plus mins even if its for a question or a quick purchase or even an upgrade. An upgrade will probably keep you there for hours and hours as they try to shove every device known to man down your throat and increase their commission. I get paid off commission as well and I have loyalty to my customers and dont sell them nothing in excess and they all appreciate that from me plus I dont leave them waiting for my service.Anyway Ive been a loyal Verizon customer for atleast 10 yrs if not longer and today Ive decided to switch my provider. We all know that these cell batteries are lucky to last a yr or maybe 18 months at best but I was apart of their EDGE program and loved the fact that we had the option of upgrading to a new phone every yr and being charged the price of the phone thru our monthly billing. I go into this store today...waited 30 mins to be seen to ask about an upgrade and was told the edge program dont exist anymore and would have to wait another yr till my wife and I were eligible for a new phone. The other option they gave me was to pay off the remainder of the phones which are massively outdated and then get new ones but pay their price for them. So pay 600 dollars to get rid of our old phones and pay another 600 plus for newer phones...no thanks Ill take my business elsewhere. This is how you treat someone who has been with the same cell provider for years...well I guess its just like all businesses anymore screw the customer over so the company makes more in the long run. Feel free to contact me Verizon Id love to hear from you and why you feel its necessary to end a program like that. Looks like AT&T is going to have 2 new customers

I just recently bought a Galaxy S8 and tried exchanging its glass screen protector at this store with my receipt, and was very quickly dismissed. I was told that while it was covered under the lifetime warrantee, I would have to register the broken screen with Zagg, ship it to them, have it mailed back, then drive back to the Verizon store and have someone put it on for me... in the meantime, I can physically see the EXACT SAME PRODUCT on the wall near the register, which I would have to pay full price for. I was never informed about this upon purchasing the product (now I know why), and the screen literally popped off in my purse and broke within just days after purchase. I have been a manager in retail for years, and have never come across such awful service before. Throwing all of the responsibility onto the customer like this is downright lazy and makes zero sense, as I have never had to do this before for any previous purchases. It seems that this store in particular has that problem consistently, judging from the couple of times Ive been there; Most of the college-age employees seem aloof and disinterested while only one or two people out of a full store are being helped, and the wait times are unforgivably long. I am very disappointed and am calling the corporate manager on the matter.

I just went into the bloomsburg Verizon wireless, I have been dealing with them for about 6 months because of their cheap phone charges, they either send me the wrong ones or the US dont work. The kid they had working working for them was so cocky and rude. The manager just stood and watched as she treated me this way.

I went in to buy a charger a few weeks ago, gotta sign in and wait, to buy a freaking charger! I am back tonight bc i am having issues with charger and have 12 others infront of me. why cant you have 2 people at the counter just for stuff like that, and have the people at the door ask you what you need, and say ok just go up to the counter, or oh, you need a new phone/tablet/etc, ok let me sign you in and an associate will help shortly. Its rediculous! Im sure its not this stores fault, the staff is great, its corporate that needs to change things!
