After dealing with a fiasco at Bobs discount furniture, we were suddenly out an entire bed and mattress and desperately needed one. After going several different places all of which had nothing in stock and didnt even try to be helpful. I called the Mattress Warehouse and talked to Jason who was immediately helpful and super nice and explained that they had what we needed in stock and that we could stop in whenever we wanted. A few minutes later, we made our way over. Jason was once again super nice and friendly and walked us through everything. Not only were we able to get everything we needed, it was at a lower cost than Bobs was, and an overall better experience, we left feeling so much better since we were able to get exactly what we needed. Jason really turned a horrible day into a great one! Highly recommend the Mattress warehouse here, not only do you get good quality, the people are lovely to deal with and really just want to help.

We had a great experience with both salesmen we met. The first night we met Jason who was very friendly and gave us a great price. We didn’t buy that night because we had to measure for the right base height. He told us he would honor the price if we came back the next day. We came back after we made our decision. Jason was not working but Les was. Les is very friendly. He explained how the mattress was made and all the technology. He called the manager to offer us the same price and deal Jason did with no hassle. On either visit I did not feel pressured or pushed to purchase. The store is also clean which I appreciate when laying on mattresses that other people were also laying on. I would recommend the Bloom store to anyone.

Mattress Warehouse is one of Buckhorns two dedicated mattress stores. Its located in a strip at the Buckhorn Plaza with several other businesses and has plenty of parking. Ive needed a new mattress and finally decided to pull the trigger and get it done. My goal was to arrive early on a Saturday and do this, but the store was surprisingly busy with several other customers and one sales person, Jason. Jason did move things along briskly, but answered all questions thoroughly.There are sanitary protections for all the beds you try, including on the test pillow. The first step they take is putting you on a computerized bed to read your body type and sleeping position. The computer give several mattress suggestions including options with more reinforcement, for huskier people such as myself. After trying about four mattresses, came up with a clear winner. Most of the test mattresses in the store are queen sized, but they offer models in all major sizes.They do have various accessories available should you need them. I found the mattress price to be fair and the charge for disposal of my old mattress to be reasonable. Mattress Warehouse will robocall you the evening before delivery with a three hour window, and they arrived only an hour into it. The gentleman who delivered my mattress were fast and professional.Overall, for a major purchase, the experience was rather painless and easy.

We had a great experience purchasing the mattress. The sales people were great and helpful. However, we had the mattress delivered and we ordered a mattress that we were supposed to have have setting up as it had special features. The delivery men refused to come down our driveway and made us get our trailer and bring it to our house, unload it in the house ourselves and would not even help set it up. It had snowed and there was some snow on the driveway, but it was perfectly safe as not much snow had fallen and much of it had melted. We had also made sure that all paths to the house they would need to walk on foot to were completely clear of any snow or ice. However they would not even walk or get in our car to take them to our house to help us set it up. We had to call our family over to help us get the mattress in the house and figure out how to set it up (not even sure if it’s set up right still as we got no instruction on how to do it). They refused to help in any way. They also refused to give us a receipt or anything stating the transaction or number to contact so I had to write this review instead of contacting the people responsible.

If you’re looking for a new mattress I highly suggest coming here! Christmas shopping has been super stressful and I was dreading having to shop for a new mattress for my teenager. But buying from Kaine was an amazing experience. He listened to my needs and price range and got me a perfect mattress set for my daughter. Thank you for making my life and christmas easier!

Les helped us use BedMatch to find the perfect mattress for us. He took a lot of time and had patience when we went back and forth at least five times between two choices until we could decide. It was a intresting visit. Last bed we bought was about 15 years ago. We were greeted by les. Nice guy very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Before we started actually looking at mattresses he asked if we would lay down on this mattress that would measure our pressure points. Long story short. Well worth the time. highly recommended . Mattress gets delivered on Tuesday. Reasonable prices. Large selection of mattresses and bed frames.

Recently moved to Bloomsburg and needed a bed. The new manager, Kelsey, was excellent to work with. She was friendly and welcoming, but not pushy. She listened to what I said I was looking for and walked me directly over to the perfect bed for me. She showed me a few other options, of course, but the first one she showed me is the one I went with.She was able to schedule delivery around a time that worked for me, and the delivery and set up was exactly as nice and easy as she described (I received an email the night before the delivery with my delivery window, the delivery guys texted when they were on their way, they set up the bed frame and were in and out in no time at all).Ive had my bed for about a week and am very happy with it. Had a great and convenient experience at the store. Would definitely recommend.

Quick to sell you the most expensive thing in the store due to not being able to return or exchange the mattress for anything cheaper than what you purchase. This place is a scam and shouldnt be in business.!!!! Never woke up with back pain until i we spend a few thousand on a mattress that cant be returned. Also the staff twists your arm to get good reviews after your purchase and waits for you to leave reviews before finishing there scam.

Jason help me find the right mattress

We waited 3 weeks to get our mattress. And we are still waiting to get the box springs. Apparently the store never ordered the box springs when they ordered the mattress. Never really kept up communications with us to let us know that it was going to be three weeks till we got our mattress. And when we would call to ask about the mattress we would get told the computer was down multiple times. They do have a good selection of mattresses. They never offered us anything in return for the inconvenience of having to wait more than the two days that they told us it would take to get our products.

The sales reps spent over an hour with me, even though I ended up being there past the posted closing time. I did not feel rushed nor pressured into choosing a specific mattress. They let me take my time testing the mattresses, spent quality time with pillow recommendations, and found me a good mattress and pillow for a respectable price.

My husband and I stopped in your Bloomsburg location just to browse and check prices. We were very impressed with the service we received from your store manager Kelsey. She greeted us as soon as we entered the store and offered us a sleep assessment test. She showed us several mattresses but never pressured us into making a purchase. We did end up buying a Tempur-pedic mattress and are very happy with the deal we got. We know we are going to absolutely love this mattress!

I am very upset at the location in Bloomsburg mattress warehouse. The representative or manager “RAY” has lied to me multiple times about how the return policy work. I called into corporate and spoke to Karla over the phone. After speaking with her she informed me that nothing was processed for my Return and that it only takes 7-10 days business days for a return not “ 3 weeks” as Ray stated. I spent alot of money at this location and to be treated like this as a person/customer is unacceptable. I also took photos of the information that “Ray” said he processed for my return, which was never done. A total lie!!!! I do not have the product nor received it other then the mattress.. I left a voice mail to speak to the dirstict manager for this organization, hopefully he will call me back today. This situation needs to be fixed! On the last note “Phil” did a good job and taking the extra time to figuring out what Mattress will best fit me... just because of how Phil treated me I will only recommend people speaking to him if they want a nice experience.

Ray was extremely pushy! He insisted that the sleep mapping machine knew us better than we knew ourselves. We spent an agonizing hour laying on every bed this machine told him was right for us. Well the machine is wrong I hated all of them. Since we were in the market for a king size bed he acted as if that size was inconvenient and told us we could get a queen faster. It was the WORST experience Ive ever had, I felt like prey. Needless to say we have purchased elsewhere
