Great service without any doubt. Quality parts used for replacement if needed. They dont do anything without your approval, only thing that keeps me from giving the fifth star is price. Its within reason for certain, just a little more than many of the other shops. You do get a warranty on the service and they stand behind what they sell.

Beware of this place, will lie and try to cheat you out of thousands of dollars. Running an inspection scheme, where they will say you need thousands of dollars of unnecessary work to pass inspection. Then lie about damage mechanics do to the vehicles and their customer service is a laughing nightmare. I would never take a vehicle here, very dishonest people!

These guys at the bloom location were AMAZING,... They got me a great set of new tires at a great price, and got me in the next day for an inspection and alignment. Couldnt be happier! Nice staff, informative and helpful, this spot will be my new go to location for sure.

Only used this Steve Shannon once and definitely never again! First, they need people at the front counter that are friendly. Not hard to find these kind of people around. And they NEED to train their mechanics in the long lost art of balancing tires! It really isnt a difficult process to balance a tire. Then when a customer comes back with a complaint, please dont blame other issues for the cause. Get one of your other mechanics to check the validity of the first balance. This is what is referred to as CUSTOMER SERVICE Steve Shannon! Prove it to me! Ciocca got it right the first time after YOU made excuses! Thank you for the job WELL DONE Ciocca!

Great for tires, but they dont know what they are doing when it comes to fixing anything else on the car. I was tricked into spending $$$ for a part that didnt even fix what I brought my car in for. They had no record of who decided what to fix on it. Poorly organized with poor customer service, and dishonest/incompetent employees. This was my go-to place for a long time, but unfortunately I will have to find a new automotive mechanic, because I refuse to support such a despicable business.

Had issue with my tractor tire losing air. They fixed bead issue I expected and valve stem issue that created bead issue and did it quickly and for a very reasonable price.

This location is one of the best that Steve Shannons has the employees are very professional and care about their clients havent had any mechanical work done so I cant say anything about it but Ive had really good service when it comes to buying tires I very seldom make appointments theve always worked me in or said come back at a certain time so I wouldnt go anywhere else actually theirs a Steve Shannon closer to where I live when I first moved back to this area I tried the Steve Shannon location in towanda I tried it a couple of times both times I had a bad experience they put tires on that I didnt agree on they put on tires that were almost $50 more they tried to say they didnt have the other tires in stock so if u want to get ripped off go to the location in towanda

I went in to have two lug nuts replaced. What should have been in and out turned into an hour and a half and nearly $90 worth of work. No place Id been before wasted my time and money like that.

Im never going back to Steve Shannon again. They sold me defective tires that wore out within 6 months, and they refused to honor the manufacturer warranty by falsely claiming that I spun out my tires. Ive also had my mechanic tell me that they sabotaged his car by loosening a component of his fuel system in order to make his check engine light come on. Its too bad they treat their customers so terribly, because they do have the best tire prices around.

The workers here always treat me well and will tell me whats wrong free of charge. Should something need fixed they will ask if you wish for them to proceed and will provide a relatively accurate price and time estimate.
