Great service. I stopped in today to have my car put on the computer. The gentleman who helped me was courteous and pleasant as he did this and installed new wipers for me. Satisfied customer.

Worst customer service ever. Went in to buy bearing hub #545. Asked what type of grease it was packed with. Said they didnt know and couldnt find out. One call to manufacture and I did find out. Made another bad choice and went two days later. Wanted a bearing greaser cap. Asked if the one they had would fit. Didnt know the answer and wasnt going to spend the time to find it. Very disappointing that manager was within hearing distance and never approached me to help. Never again.

Nice store, had 1 overworked guy that I could see, got the part on my way home, got home was 10 longer than my original, had to go to Auto Zone in Schuylkill Haven to exchange for the correct part..

Despite having an Advance Auto Parts store well within walking distance, I prefer to drive a bit further to get my vehicle parts, and also have a bit of fun with the staff at this store. Even though the Manager, no need to mention any names ordered the WRONG AVS vents for my wifes car, Ill still make the drive!!

I usually go here for regular maintenance parts for the vehicles I service in the family. Their prices are hard to beat. Recently, I needed to pick up a fuel line clip, but was close to the store closing (17 mins before). I tried calling the store and was placed on hold until the call autodisconnected. I tried calling back again and again to no answer. Very frustrating as employees were clearly at the store and not wanting to answer the phone before closing time...I got the part at Advanced Auto the next morning and will take my business there despite their higher pricing.

Buyer beware. Do not depend on this organization to be able to look up the details on a custom ordered item. When purchasing from this organization, you better pray that it works, otherwise prepare to be screwed and only receive store credit.

Great customer service. I went there to change rear turn signal bulb, and the guy who works there rented me the tool, gave me instruction how to use it, and then at the end, helped me to replace the bulb. I definitely recommend this place!!

Absolutely amazing! Had trouble with my check engine light being lite up. I went to a local garage and they wanted to charge $25 for a diagnostic check. I remembered a sign stating free check engine light help. So I went, the guy did the check and also helped with the parts i needed and even showed me where it gets installed and a basic run down of how to do it!! Thank you AutoZone!!

Maggie rocks. After sitting at advance auto for 30 mins. She is able to do what they couldnt in less than 10 minutes. And she was dissatisfied with how my wiper blades fit so instead of leaving them she looked for better ones. This is why I LOVE this place!!!! She deserves a raise.

After waiting in line at Walmart for 15 minutes, I called AutoZone re my need for a battery. They were ready and able to help me. I arrived within 15 minutes and was served immediately. They sold me a mid level battery at $5.00 more than the one I was considering at Walmart. They had it installed within 30 minutes of my arrival.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. No problem.

Horriblely rude . Went in 3 times for the same part . Never got the part I needed . Would not take steering pump back cause box was ripped.Bit it was poorly packaged and ripped to begin with . Went to ask where seals/gaskets were and no finger points or help just hack on the wall somewhere . Asked 2 times where same reaction.poor service poor parts .

Starter died on my jeep got her replaced along with back brakes. Sadly the guy had no knowledge of which back brakes were for mine 9, or 10 looked online and found out for myself 9.
