El Tocayo in Bloomington. The food is delicious but the service is awful. Terrible customer service. My wife waited for over an hour for our food on a raining night (the hour wasnt the problem) the problem was when she got home the order was short, then when we went back (super inconvenience) the lady didnt believe us as if we were trying to get a free meal....Terrible, horrible service. Not to mention when asking for salsa, they act super tied....on an $80.00+ order. If theres a next time ill place an order of salsa....come on Tocayo...no mamen.

He told me what items I needed, I was on the ropes about going through with my project but because of his positive vibes and advise I decided to go through with it. It was okay, good for a small place, but not much to choose from when it comes to cloning supplies and stuff like that, piping rubber washers too, not any.

Excellent service with knowledgeable staff and unbeatable prices on more nutrients than any shop I have been to. I would highly recommend this shop to growers of all experience levels.

Shop does not stay open to said hours was just at location with 8mins til 7pm closing time. Only to discover it closed b4 7pm...prices are a lil steep as one can go to DH Discount Hydroponics in Riverside and literally pay half price for a bag of Fox Farm ocean Forest soil. And thats where I would have gone had I had a car and not traveling by bicycle. Sadly to say this has not been the first time occurrence.

Do not go here if you are a beginner and do not have much knowlege in growing. I walked in to get some general information and a heavy set guy was not willing to provide any advice. Maybe he was having a bad day, but why allow that to affect your business service and turn away a customer who is willing to spend top dollar.All in all, I walked in and out within two mins. Safe to say I will not return.

Called and they asked who are you I replied I am a customer. I was then told you have to be a member to shop here and that they are not currently taking any new memberships. Dasf
