From helping us decide on the right spa for us to delivering and getting us going they have been so helpful and so easy to work with. They make you feel like friends and family from the get go. The tub was tripping the breaker and wouldn’t turn on. Alex came out to diagnose the problem, thought ahead and brought a replacement part that is most commonly the problem and fixed it in the same trip. He didn’t have to leave and come back a different day and now we can use it when it gets up to temp. Very knowledgeable, nice and was able to answer all the annoying questions we had.

Save your money first off the installed a pool liner and now its slipping so we called them and they said well you need a liner lock installed and its because the old liner stretched it out so you need to purchase it so we said ok well they came out to do the job and they were late. The guy then says he cant do it because he has to have a pump which he didnt bring with him and they would be back on Wednesday, well that day came and they did not show up my mother who has dialysis waited up all day after having a treatment and they did not show up or call. so the next day she calls Jared called my husband a liar which my husband has never called him. So i go in there and I have a video of him saying he was sorry for calling my husband a liar that we were right and he never talked to him. So he promised to fix the pool and pay for the water company Conder water to fill our pool and they would be there today at 9:00 am and guess what they did not show or call so my mother called and they said sorry we had an inspection we will be there but we cannot get the water the company is on vacation. So i called the water company and surprise they are not on vacation. So he called screaming at me telling me yes he dropped the ball on the water company. And he called and said i am not allowed in the store anymore or to call so I guess we will seek legal help. i keep posting the video online but they keep removing it and my mother has a vm of him admitting he lied about the water co. This used to be a good company but not anymore they are very unprofessional and ran by a bunch of rude people. you can never speak to the owner he is always on vacation. GO TO A BETTER POOL COMPANY! Our Liner didnt even make it more than 2 mths now we are having to hire another company to do the job right since this horrible company installed the wrong liner!

The gentlemen that opened our pool were courteous, efficient and thorough- we will use them every year from now on!!!

They came to open up my pool and they didn’t even add chemicals all the leaves were dumped that was on the liner, they did not backwash the pump, they are a wast of time. They won’t vacuum the pool.What the hell are they being hired for?

Aqua Pro Pools and Spas has finished installing our inground, salt water pool!! It is fantastic!! These guys were the best to work with and did a fantastic job on the install. They knew what we needed before we did and were very good about walking us through everything as they went along. They were very friendly, and the owner Dave came out to talk with me about different details and explain things along the way as well. Dickie was the main installer and was awesome! He answered all of our questions. Steve was another installer and one day while we weren’t home our dog got out of his kennel, and Steve caught him and put him back in the kennel too!! They were always offering to do whatever was needed. Great couple of guys.The owner and the crew made suggestions that we honestly had never even thought about until they brought it up. The things we envisioned, they offered to do, but with their experience they foresaw things that we hadn’t thought about and made some suggestions that we are so happy we went with. When we save up a little more we will be getting our hot tub through Aqua Pro. They are the best hands down!

I dont usually do reviews about companies that I have had an association with, but I definitely feel as if Aqua Pro deserves a rating, especially given the weather we have had in recent weeks. I recently purchased an above ground pool. Normally a simpler project then an in ground pool, as utilities and more over space got in the way of anything larger. (Perfectly fine for my situation) The notes I want to lighten up in this review is there ability to be straightforward about situations that could not only cost myself, but the company money as well. We all know weather can be a pain during projects. Another aspect of this company is the complete friendliness I have experienced time and time again. Sales staff arent pushy to get you something you dont need, calls are returned in a reasonable timely fashion and again over all friendliness is standard. I do believe that Aqua Pro can help whomever walks through the door with whatever issues they may have, from pool to spa, Aqua pro is your place!! I hope this helps out anyone considering this as their go to. Hope everyone at Aqua Pro and their loyal customers have a wonderful Holiday Season!! Stay warm folks!!

I didnt buy my Hot Spring Spa at Aqua Pro, but I wish I had known about them so I could have. They have provided excellent service and advice for my hot tub, and I live 30 miles from their store. Very knowledgeable and pleasant people answer me every time I call. I highly recommend them and Hot Spring Spas.

I called Friday morning prior to New Years weekend with a service need on my Hot Springs Envoy Spa (8 years old with no prior problems). Brian tried to talk me through several processes to clear my issue without the expense or wait for a service call. After almost 30 minutes, it was determined the issue required a service call.Within an hour, Aqua Pros service vehicle arrived at my home, hoping to fix my spa and get it operable prior to the long holiday weekend, both for our enjoyment and to get it done before temperatures fell dramatically.Before long, it was diagnosed that my heater was bad, and needed to be replaced. It was in stock at the store, so they went to get it, returned to complete the repair and check the system. All was working well within 3 hours of my initial call.In addition, Alex and Rob, my service call team, took time to review maintenance suggestions and helped me better understand my entire system with a great refresher course. Alex and Rob took great pride in their knowledge, our product, and their ability to help my wife and I enjoy our spa with maximum benefit, longevity, and health.My bill arrived electronically that afternoon and was paid immediately. While the repair was expensive (a new heater needed), the service call and labor costs were more than reasonable, parts needed were in stock, and we were VERY satisfied with the entire process.

Its a nice pool and theres a friendly people I now two women am Connie from Namibia staying at Swakopmund they where at swakopmund teaching kids how to swim at Walvisbay .

My family and I just purchased a hot springs hot tub over this past holiday season and we couldnt be happier! From the customer service, installation, and follow up care has been above and beyond. We had to push back our delivery date a few times and they never made us feel like it was an inconvenience. Ive had my Hot Spring Spa now for over a year and my family and I absolutely LOVE IT! Aqua Pro went above and beyond to make our experience really fantastic. And as questions have come up about water changes, salt / chlorine, etc... their team has always been right there to make sure we were doing what needs done properly. Aqua Pro comes highly recommended in my book!

Terrible experience all around. Manager (owner?) Brian is a liar. Will say anything to sell you a hot tub, and then offer to repurchase your tub at a fraction of its cost. The tub has been nothing but problems, and I regret ever working with this company.Update: I had my hot tub scheduled to be winterized, when Brian called to berate me for my angry Google Review. He demanded payment before doing any work since he did not trust me. He pointed to his 100s of satisfied customers and said I was in the minority and must just be neglecting my hot tub. So I guess if you are in the market for a hot tub and a scolding, Aqua Pro is the way to go.Oh and by the way, you did not offer an outright buy back. Another lie from lying Brian.

These guys know their stuff and will take care of you, whether a new install or keeping the old tub alive. Alex and Doug are absolute wizards, and will always make the right fix/recommendation. It doesn’t hurt that they are good guys. Trust is hard to come by in this business but these guys have mine. Will never use another company. They get the job done for a reasonable price.

Ziggy and Dickey came out to open my pool and install a new pump. They were very knowledgeable and detailed in their work. They did a great job!

First time hot tub owner and scheduled a service two weeks ago for yesterday. No communication whatsoever whether they were going to show up yesterday. So, I called yesterday morning to check whether my appointment is on the books, the person confirmed my appointment. They never showed up. No call, no communication, no update. I called this morning and told them they didnt show up. The person on the phone told me he will inquire more about it and update me. He said he will give me a call back. Hasnt happened yet and that was 4 hours ago. Will update my review and how they handle this situation.

My wife, Kathy and I had done a lot of research. Many of our friends had Hot tubs. We we thought we wanted to purchase one, but were unsure what brand, because we had not tried all the brands out there. We decided to look north of the Louisville area, since we had recently retired and moved north, to Salem. We found AQUA PRO POOL & SPA, in Bloomington, IN. We talked with Brian over the phone and made our appointment to go up and see what they had to offer. He mentioned that I should bring my trunks, if I wanted to, so that I might try out the Hot Spring Salt Water Spa that they had in their store. Just so happened, that was the brand that I was most interested in taking a closer look at. So we got there and the rest is history. We were greeted at the door by Brian. He and the team there made us feel like we were part of their family. He spent more than 2 hours with us answering questions, and I spent time in the spa, as he explained how all the jets worked. Kathy and I purchased our first HOT SPRING ARIA SPA. The team that delivered our spa were 4 of the nicest men.We thank all of you for being so kind and helpful! WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! As the subject line indicates, this company provided me the best customer service I have ever received. Also note that I am in no way affiliated with any of the management of Aqua Pro. I am just an extremly satisfied customer. The manager, Adam, is the MVP of customer relations.Back story - I have an old hot tub I was given at no cost. Getting it up and running has taken a great deal of time and patience. There have been several times I nearly filled it with gasoline and lit a match to it. HOWEVER, the folks at Aqua Pro helped me every step of the way to get it up and running. They even went so far as to allow me to borrow a pressure switch for trouble shooting purposes. They answered all of my questions and put alot of time into helping me out. This all despite the fact that they have not made much money off of me to this point. They have however made a life long customer. I strongly recommend this company.

Each year our pool is filthy after they come out to clean. I would not recommend them to anyone. This year my husband took pictures of how bad it looks.

Aqua Pro Pool & Spa Specialists installed our pool and the entire experience was TERRIBLE. The business is run by a bunch of kids or so it seems. Scheduling communication was poor or completely lacking. Several commitments were made and no one showed up even though we were their number one priority. I would never again select Aqua Pro to install a pool. The price is astronomical and not worth the results... Huge disappointment!

A couple years ago I bought a home and it came with an original Watkins hot tub. Actually, back before they had the HotSpring brand. From the looks of the tub it was in pretty good shape, but I had no idea of what I was doing considering I never had a hot tub before, so I called Aqua Pro and spoke with a really nice dude named Alex. Within two hours Alex came out to my home and taught me everything I needed to know and even brought over a starter pack of chemicals and I was good to go! I loved that old hot tub and Alex or Aqua Pro made very little money off me that day, but the key is the customer service.Fast forward to two years later, I moved into another home and it wasn’t long before I found myself really missing my hot tub. Needless-to-say, when I decided to get back into being a hot tuber, I thought of nobody else to call but my friends at Aqua Pro! When I dropped by the store, Brian and Alex actually remembered me and those guys had me totally setup within days of my purchase. I shared with them that I was back as a happy customer all because of how they treated me during that very first visit! I could not be happier with my new spa and I decided on HotSpring Jetsetter primarily due to the salt water system option and the feeling of quality the spas they have in their awesome showroom. I really appreciate that I can call those guys anytime and not be afraid to ask any questions. I’m an Aqua Pro customer for life!

We used aqua pool to install our fiberglass salt water pool and they did a wonderful job. They were very professional, timely, great communication, very responsive and overall had a great experience.We have also used them to clean and winterize.

Stopped in on a whim this morning because we recently purchased a house with a hot tub and after doing a ton of research online about our new tub I realized I pretty much just wasted a bunch of my time because I should’ve just came in here and talk to their staff in the first place. They were incredibly friendly and so knowledgeable definitely will become my go to place for all of our chemicals and advice. Do yourself a favor don’t buy the stuff on Amazon support a local business and a local family and get great customer service while you’re there!
