Matt greeted me and then clearly explained the process for today’s hearing test. At completion he showed me the results and told me what Beltone could do to improve my hearing. When I return for the next appointment I will be fitted with new hearing aids. Beltone will allow me a 30 day trial period. If these aids are an improvement I can then purchase them; if not, I am not obligated to buy.

Like a visit with an old friend. Always a great experience. I highly recommend Beltone.

Matt Boelter at Beltone Hearing is probably the most patient, clear speaking, easy to understand professional Ive ever had the pleasure of being a customer. He stopped periodically to see if i had any questions, and I was relaxed enough to think of all questions I could possibly come up with. No interruptions by his phone or anything. Matt is very thorough and kind. The place is super clean and I always choose beltone for there high quality service and there is no pressure.

He has to be the best person/salesman for my hesitant and stubborn husband! Every time we saw him he was so welcoming and uniquely positive. I cant say enough about how he helped, literally, and saved John from his getting deeper into his Alzheimers with such bad hearing.
