The service here is great. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I walked in and within a few minutes had 2 pieces of custom cut glass at a very reasonable price. It is awesome to be able to walk into a locally owned place and have such a great experience. Thanks!

I did not even attempt to proceed with this company after talking to them on the phone. I left a voicemail in the morning with no response from them. Later on in the day I had to call 10+ times back to back. When I finally got an answer the lady picked up with a snotty attitude and immediately put me on hold. I sat on hold for 5 or so minutes, the lady wasnt very helpful at all. She told me to call back at a better time. Recommend: ACE-HI GLASS. They are respectful, also have quick and accurate responses!!! Much much more professional.

Got the glass I needed with no hassle there was quite a delay but who expected half the country to go crazy and bust windows in every city on an industrial scale

They sell glass, but arent glass experts. By that I mean they may ask a question about what the glass is to be used for, leading you to believe they care or know what they are doing. However they just want to sell you glass and dont care about its purpose. A 28x 68 piece of glass with 6 points of support, they sold me 1/4 inch regular glass. After install they said probably wouldnt hold much weight. A real company wouldnt pretend to ask questions, and would have told me about safety glass that suppoorts much more weight and shatters differently. Waste of money.

Complete disorganization. Was told if I brought my window in for measurement it would be faster. Brought it in and they measured. Said it would be 10-15 days before glass was in. I called back after 15 days. They said it should she would check and call me back. After not hearing anything for several days I started calling back in. After a couple days I finally get a hold of someone. She says it should definitely be in. She would check and call me back in fifteen minutes. After three hours I call back, of course there was no answer. Tried again the next afternoon and still no answer. At that point I went to Ace-Hi glass. They measured my window and had the glass replaced within 2 weeks. FYI I was never able to get anyone on the phone after noon any of the times I called.It has been a month and a half since first having my window measured. Still no call from Mclean county glass. Definitely wouldnt reccomend!
