Good but, keeps getting smaller! These are not mini donuts!! I repeat not minis!The incredibly shrinking donut!! These donuts are getting smaller and smaller, but still somehow manage to still fit inside the box! Look at these tiny donuts!!! I guess its a good thing because I personally dont need to eat them. I could stand to miss a donut 🍩 or 2, but come on now!! These babies arent cheap. Thank goodness it was a sale.

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful! When we are in the area, we always have to stop by for a couple dozen.

Twice in 3 mos Ive had a lemon filled and both times the filling tasted moldy. The creme filled were ok but the Reeses tasted like a week old donut and had my daughter gagging. Used to be much better

Has to be one of the better places in town. Ive tried dunkin and the bakery here in town so far this is the better donut place and Ive been in 6 different states and LOVE donuts and freshness.

Manager wouldnt price match online order and was very rude. He was complaining on how short staff they were. Instead of price adjusting of $4 he kept the 3 dozen donuts we ordered. Poor customer service.

The best raspberry donut one can get. Its nice that recently there has been so many varieties of new flavors to try each month.

My usual cafe was closed today so I went to Krispy Kreme. I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and was pleasantly surprised! It was very good!!

They’re closed. Everything says they’re open. It’s 7:42 PM and they’re closed.Don’t trust anything online saying they’re open. Call first before you waste gas to come here.

Luv this location because its the closest one too Wisconsin. Fresh all the time. Visit this location twice within 48 hours. Cashier not so friendly at the drive thru window but donuts worth hour in half drive. 😋

We always go to this location and have used it both for online ordering and in store every time we go we always get the same counter person and he is always acting like he hates his job and like we are committing a crime ordering anything. The drive thru person is the complete opposite they are always friendly. I would recommend using the drive thru if you are going here just for the friendly customer service.

Great donuts but be careful if you decide to go inside during a storm because the floors will be extremely slick and you will fall because they don’t have any mats on the floors.

Ill give this location 5 Stars for the coffee, -2 Stars for the chocolate-covered cream filled donut image will be of what I got compared to what Im used to from Krispy Kreme!

The best donuts ever! They just melt in your mouth. There is no Krispy Kreme in my town so everytime I pass through I stop and get 2 dozens.

Honestly no complaints. Krispy Kreme has always great, fresh and delicious doughnuts. I ordered online and they had my order ready right on time. I will say though, make sure to eat the doughnuts pretty quick. After about the 3rd day they arent very good.

I love Krispy Kreme I live in Peoria I happen to be in town and forgot to grab the coupons that were sitting on my computer pulled into use my buy one get one free and they refused it because I only had a picture of it I just think in a digital age that is a really crummy way to treat people very disappointed Ive been a rewards member for 10 years

Can be a little difficult to get into if you are from out of town. Google map directions had us turning in where there was no entrance.Otherwise great. Friendly staff. Super quick to take our order. The light was off because they were cleaning, but even while cleaning the staff seemed to be in a good mood.

Coming back from Chicago last night my mom, sister, kids and i decided to stop at Bloomington Krispy Kreme since the website says they were open until 10pm. We pulled up at 933 and decided to go inside to choose vs taking longer in drive as we were all getting assorted mixed dozens, we put on our masks and as we opened the door, an employee starts waving her finger signaling us no. We thought the inside was possibly closed so started to the car to go through drive through. The female employee along with a male, came after us and said were closed and have already thrown everything out when I said the website said 10 she stated well, tonight we close at 930, we do have to clean, somebody has to, but for the inconvenience we had this box left and the guy handed us a box of glazed mini donuts. We had planned to get 3 dozen assorted and based on the pricing for carryout orders this would have been nearly $40 worth.Im sure the free box of donuts were some they planned on taking home themselves.I called the store this morning and spoke to a manager after waiting for someone to answer the phone for 2 min and 8 sec, when i asked the hours of operation and were told until 10, I told him my experience and all I got was no, there wasnt anything going on last night, we should have been open until 10. I will address this with the crew and that was it. I have worked in food service and know, even if you are slow nothing gets thrown out until after close. They were not busy at all (one car in drive through) and could have been cleaning so they could leave shortly after 10. I was appalled at this situation and got the impression from the manager that he didnt really care either. Krispy Kreme lost $40 worth of our business at this location, we will not return.

We order a dozen twice a year or so. They are always stale. Got a dozen tonight. Stale! When you first opened years ago they were NEVER stale.Also, why did you replace your glazed cream filled with a ring donut with cream in the ring? Not a good change. But would be satisfied with fresh donuts! Ticks me off to pay 12.06 for a dozen of tiny STALE donuts. No thanks! Will go elsewhere for our bi-annual donut fix.

Great service. Selection was scarce but there was a special sale going on.

Good to get the free ones when they make them, but a lot of their specialty donuts are too sweet, and taste a little fake. They also dont consistently have all the stuff listed online. So go free and classic if you went a good time.

Tasty donuts 🍩, they’re providing a sample donut for everyone. Tried raspberry filled donuts and custard filled chocolate glazed donuts, taste was good. The chocolate gaze was mix of sugar and cocoa powder.

Great coffee, even better donuts. I prefer the them fresh off the conveyor, simple glazed, without the fancy bells and whistles. If you do prefer something more, the Boston creme, and lemon cream are great. The only downside are the calories... :-)

I recognize that you all were busy but what I got not only did not resemble the picture but it didnt resemble any iced caramel latte that Ive ever had in my life. when I said this to the lady at the window, she closed it in my face. Didn’t know they were open 24 hours!!Love the originals when they’re fresh, like the filled rings too, they’re a bit too expensive. Schnucks makes them by hand and charges .79 each or 7.99 doz while it’s made on a belt for 1.19+. That being said the taste is just not the same.

Yummy , they turned on their red doughnut light outside while there . Asked for the free doughnut, thats what the red doughnut light is for .And the guy told us , they stoped giving out a free glazed doughnut due to Covid 19 .Which doesnt make sense because we just bought 12 of them .

My mom had an email deal that they baited and switched on us tonight. The drive thru person told us exactly how to order it, and then the computer apparently couldnt accept the code and they refused to do any sort of discount on it. If a franchise cant honor the deals that is sent via email, we should have been told that at the drive thru speaker, and not being pressured to buy everything at full price, which was not advertised. I personally dont want Krispy and I am hoping this has changed my moms heart on Krispy

I ordered a glazed donut at noon, it wasnt hot at all. I may as well have gone to the store to buy it. The glazed donut fresh and hot is the best. I dont know why they dont keep them warm on the conveyor belt.

Always delicious hot fresh donuts. Love going when we get to town...we dont have a Krispy Kreme where we live so anytime we come to town and see the sign is lit up we have stop in to get some donuts. The glazed Kreme filled are my favorite and my husband loves the chocolate kreme filled.
