Lost my injectors on return for warranty claim. They say its a ups problem but tracking said delivered. Been a month and now ups paid $100. They claim they out money as well from them lost but I paid the core charge to keep my old injectors. They out nothing and Im out $2700.

Middle of the road.Pros- Low cost- Fast service- Clean and professional looking facility.- Open SaturdaysCons- Dropped off injectors, had to ask for a receipt to prove I actually left mine in their care, to which I received some scribble on a notepad.- Pickup and pay took 45 minutes because of the language barrier, guy busier on his cell phone calls and texts, and my apparently lost injectors.- Gave me back only my good injectors, expecting that I was going to purchase their new or remanufactured versions in place of ny failed ones. Then they couldnt find those either. I THINK I received mine back.....- Dont expect actual customer service and you wont be disappointed.

Buyer be aware! very bad company to deal with. their warranty means nothing, they do not stand behind their product. sold me a turbo for ISX. that lasted 2 minutes, truck didnt even get out of the shop. was installed by official cummins dealer, technicians followed all the procedures provided by the seller to prevent premature failure. send the turbo back to them for warranty claim. they told me the my mechanics broke the turbo. i asked to send me the turbo back so cummins can determine the real reason of failure, they send me back totally different turbo trying to cover up their end. was told by one of the workers that they are not going to refund or give up a turbo just like that. well if you are selling product and giving the warranty, you have to be ready to refund or give up another part. DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. They will do anything to avoid the responsibility if their product fails.

I am not the type of person who complains, but in this case I have to say, that I was stolen, I took to rebuild original injectors with the hope that they would solve my problem, instead of that they changed them for others than me. computer did not recognize (CUMMINS ISX 15 500 HP 2014 KW).I returned them demanding mine and again I was tricked by returning the same garbage, because they were literally garbage for my machine.

I do not recommend this type of business. They are scammers. A guy named Rodrigo did not accept me.
