I went to the website to file a complaint after I had a bad print and to my surprise found an announcement that THEY ARE NOT at Mall of America anymore. This is a different company hijacking Custom One great reviews and trying to bamboozle everyone. Be aware of them, I don’t recommend them at all. I’ve been a regular customer for Custom One through their website and location at Mall of America for so long. I went to the kiosk to have a t-shirt printed and found the name changed to Custom World, and the service wasn’t as the one I used to get. The guy was so unprofessional and I wasn’t happy with the print, the guy didn’t even seem to bother.

This is not Custom One account. Owners stole the account so they can get the good reviews. Totally unprofessional. Dont bother buying anything from there, theyll rip you off.

Ive been to about 5 different places trying to get a jacket customized. Went here and He worked really hard getting the design just right and the jacket turned out incredible. Super happy with the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend.
