I asked an honest question about how I could use a discount and one of the managers and workers acted suspicious of me as if I was trying to pull a fast one on them. Logically, I had a sound and logical argument, but in the end, I just returned the item and am done doing business with this store. They lost the sale of not one but two higher priced items due to their lack of professionalism. I will be calling corporate tomorrow because I think it is important that they are aware of such situations. I wear so much Nike...is it time to switch? More money in my pocket to spend elsewhere but I gave them every chance to make it right.
Definitely the place if youre looking for a lot of nicer, Nike-branded athletic wear. Price is going to be higher sue to the brand, and the quality is usually pretty good. Cycles through products, so if you think you like something, best to think fast about getting it.
Nice place but couldnt find what i needed.
The experience was great. bathroom a was dirty and nasty. Had to clean off my own table at the food court. Floors was dirty trash every wear.
My experience at Nike was smooth and suitable. Staff members were nice and they were extremely helpful. Checkout was smooth and they made you feel like you are a valued customer. I would come back again. Good job, Nike!

Really don’t know if they’ll see this, but this was by far my least favorite time at a Nike. I worked for Nike for 5 years, and my wife currently works for Nike, so we know what Nike strives for with customer service. We walked completely through this store and NO ONE greeted or even tried to assist us. There was at least 10 athletes in the store at the time we went in today (roughly 5:30pm-6:00pm). Two athletes were by woman’s running talking about their Doc Marten shoes while twirling their hair and not acknowledging us while in their department. Another set of 3-5 athletes were in the kids section talking while consumers were entering the department. Once again, no one greeted any of us. I really wish they still had the same RDD that we do back in my territory, because I would have a personal conversation about this store’s performance. No athlete seemed to care about their job, only their discount and what they would look cute in.
Franklin was supper help full with all three pairs of my high Ogden. It’s not easy looking for a size 12 for my man 😂 thank you thank you. Always have a good experience.

Really great stuff in this store. But just know if u wanted to reach someone or call to ask any questions before going there. They will never answer your calls. They will let it ring and ring and ring. And then when u finally give in and hang up just know when u call back the phone will be taken off the hook. Also make sure both shoes u buy are in great condition before purchase. Because my left shoe looks like I got hit by a car wearing it and my right shoe still looks brand new. Do better

Left the store for 30 seconds in order to take water for my doughter and guy at the entrance John didn’t let me back forcing me to stand in line. Because of this, my wife with a small child could not pay for purchases inside the store. He did not react to my explanations that I had just left and my family here. Horrible customer service

We walked by 6 idle employees on our way to the kids shoes & not a single person offered to help us. When we were finally helped, we had to measure our kids foot for them, the employee wouldnt do it. They also didnt carry any half sizes, so we couldnt get anything that fit well. Wont ever be going back.
Extremely disappointed in the Nike Mall of America store. Being that this store is in one of the biggest malls, the selection was very slim. The store had so much open floor space that could have utilized in a better way like, I dont know, having an actual selection of shoes. We seen more clothes, not at a discount, than we seen shoes. Would not recommend you waste your time.

Nice set up, and they use the Sneakers App for new releases. Military discount. Plus sometimes you can find AJ 1 mids in a size 10.5 (rare).

I visited the mall of America on a whim while visiting Minnesota. We were really trying to avoid the mall during our visit to the twin cities but just ended up visiting on out last night in town close to closing hours. The staff was helpful even during the last few minutes allowed to shop. My partner had tried on a pair of pants a sports bra in which the sizes were not available at the time. I made it my mission to find her size the following days to come. OF course the style was not available on nikes website anymore nor could I find the the item by the specific style number anywhere else on google in the color and size. On my final few attempts I call the Nike store in mall of america one last time to see if they can locate the items on their end. To my surprise both items were available at the Nike Mall of America! Which is odd because the manager stated that they had plenty in stock in the size I was looking for but was told the night I was in that the size was not available. I dont doubt the size was out because the associate did scan the item to verify inventory. Samantha, a manager on duty that night, was very helpful in making sure I had the specific items I was looking for and even made it her priority that I was able to place an order by placing the items on hold for me and relaying the message. However placing an order does require a few more steps than just calling the store and ordering, buying a gift card online and waiting for the email to come in was not too much of a hassle. I called the next day 9/22 once my gift card had came in via email and the manager on duty, his name started with a D I believe, was well aware of my order and even mentioned this was noted on a nightly email. Amazing customer support. I gave my GC #, manager verified all my information, and before I knew it my order was placed! Thank you Nike mall of America team!*UPDATE* 9/28/18Circling back, my order has arrived. Honestly very upset at how my order was shipped. Nothing to protect the clothes, no plastic covers, no paper padding, not even in a shopping bag. If the approach was to reduce the use in plastic, the shipper failed by stuffing the box with plastic bubble air bags. The rain has been consistent here in houston and I can only imagine the damage to the items if water would have reach this massive box. Also the box, its huge! Obviously this is a recycled box which I am totally for, but also make it make sense. I would assume at the least the shipper could have placed the items in a paper shopping bag which I know they have because I purchased the day I was in store. I have worked retail 6 plus years in back of house/ operations and honestly I am disappointed. Never would I ship an order to a client like this. Thankfully the merchandise was in great condition.

I went to there today to buy shoes for all day walking. it was the second time i went to the Nike storewhen i went there the first time long agoi couldnt get my shoes and the other workers didnt help mebut today Kevin explained the shoes well and when i wanted try on many shoes he always kept smiling and gave me many shoes to find my correct size and comfortable shoes for mei found my shoes because of his helphe did his best.i really appreciated his help thank you!

I love NIKE but will NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN. I purchased an $85 Jordan NIKE sweatshirt for my son for Christmas. He wore it twice and washed it twice in warm water with cool drying. The shirt shrunk very badly, differently/unevenly on both sides and (one side was white and one side was black) and 8-10 inches in the arms. I am familiar with how shirts can shrink but this was defective. In March, (I did not realize why my son was not wearing it until then) I called the store, explained I had bought this for my son for Christmas and what had happened and the sales associate said because of the reason for return we could get our money back if we had the receipt. My husband drove 40 minutes to the store and was told by a manager that we could not return it as it was 30 days past the 60 day return date. My husband put me on the phone. Cornelius the manager did not offer to talk to the sales associate to see why they told us this, blamed us for washing it incorrectly, and did not apologize. He eventually told me that he could give us lowest known price only. I got off the phone and he simply gave the shirt back to my husband and did not tell him his offer of lowest price only. I had to call him back when he then told my husband he could give him lowest price only back, only in the form of a store credit and we had to use the credit the same day. I am very disappointed in NIKE if this is their policy of not guaranteeing their products when they are defective and Cornelius the manager for the way of handling of this . I will be contacting NIKE directly as well.

The salesman that was chatting with my sons while they tried thing on was really helpful and amazingly nice. He even went to the back to find a shirt that wasnt on the floor yet because he thought my son would think it was cool. Really top notch customer service. 🙂

By far the best mall Ive ever been to. Too much to see in one day More stores and Carters got little pills. And some of them stores you think youre walking down Mall but really youre inside the store its so huge and then theres the then theres the Nickelodeon Universe rides everywhere that are amazing most of them I wouldnt even ride theyre Scary! but you got to see to believe
I think this store has a great, broad selection of Nike gear. I have had Nikes my whole life, so I love this store. The problem with this store is a lack of any service. I do not mind that nobody greeted me, or offered help, but I do mind not getting help when asking yo try on shoes. I was ready to buy two different shoes, but the few people working would not help. I hope they work on this, as this was my go to store.

I walk in here approximately 2x a year.The customer service here is AWFUL. I understand you hire mostly teens but it’s not difficult to look a customer in the eye and greet them. Or ask them if they are looking for something in particular. Or say Have a nice day.Here’s a tip: go poach the kids working at the mall Chick-fil-a - they seem to get it.

Theyve got your Nike stuff, but at the cost of your patience. Cashiers are slow and filled with apathy. Weekend and holiday crowds need more than one person at the counter.
It is crazy to think that such a successful company would let their store be ran in such a way. I visited the store on a Monday between 7 and 8 PM. I went in looking for a pair of shorts that I saw a few months back. I walked around 3 times the entire store, even on the womens section. I walked the entire store 3 times. There were about 25 plus employees working at that time. Not once was I approached by a single employee either to greet or to offer their assistance. I was blown away by the large amount of employees that they had on the floor, some of which were not doing anything. I saw a couple of guys just chatting with each other, some standing around, and others just browsing the store killing time.I went into the Under Armour store next door before and after my visit to the NIke store, I was greeted and offered assistance within 2 minutes of being there, both times. They only had about 5 employees on the floor. I was quickly informed that the shorts I was looking for are no longer being carried and I can find them in their outlet store. I didnt have to look around like a fool and I was treated like as a valued customer.

Asked another guy and he got it for me. Girls were giving me dirty looks and no one asked me if I needed help whatsoever. Cashier was on her phone. Waste of space if you ask me. No one is ever in there to buy anything. Just to look.

Employees often buy new releases before the store opens. Waited outside for 20 minutes prior to open to ensure Id be first, because the store employee on the phone told me they would have one pair in my size only. Was first in, and had to watch an employee buy it.Not cool
