Great service. The man up front was quick and polite. Got my information and I ran some errands within 15 minutes and after the battery was replaced and I was ready to go. Efficient work. Plus the battery has insurance for five years and will be replaced for free during the time frame. Will be coming back again for other repairs.

We were sent away from multiple jewelry stores because of my wifes invisible set wedding ring. The store I bought it from went out of business years ago along with the expensive warranty. I cant begin to explain the significance of this symbol or how upset she was when no one would rhodium dip the gold and return it to its former glory(15yrs). Without hesitation they gladly excepted the challenge. In less than an hour, for a handful of dollars they did a fabulous job. Honestly, it looked brand new. Fast, friendly, professional life savers. The people in this store do fantastic work! My husband had my engagement ring resized & they even were able to replace a small diamond. It looks better than the first day I put it on my finger. They also resized another amethyst ring for me, it’s absolutely stunning & fits perfectly. The turn around time was pretty quick too. Very satisfied with the level of customer service & attention to detail to some of my favorite pieces of jewelry. These are dedicated professionals that you can trust. They also have some cool zippo lighters for purchase & I’ve even taken a watch there to have the battery replaced, they do it all!

My watch and I took a nasty tumble last year and chipped the glass on rhe inside. It was a special piece from Michael Kors that had a iridescent glass face. I asked if theyd be able to replace the crystal but they werent sure, so I eventually went to Fixology at the Mall of America and had asked if they could fix it, they had never done a fix like this before but Jessica the amazing watch setter came up with a solution to replace the crystal and keep its iridescent look. Most watch repairs can be done in minutes, including battery replacement, cleaning and band resizing. Ive presented some challenging jewelry repairs over the years and Ive never been disappointed with the results. Bonus, if you purchase a watch from Nordstrom, theyll provide you with a voucher to have resizing done at Fixology. Knowledgeable and talented staff.

Worst experience. They dropped the ball and when it came time to pick up my item, they hadn’t even touched it yet. And then tried to make up excuses. Own up to your mistake and say sorry instead of making it sound like it was my fault you guys messed up.

Meagan did amazing work! I was devastated when the beautiful engagement ring my fiancé got me didnt fit. It needed to go at least two sizes up, and everywhere online said rose gold was very difficult/near impossible to resize. She ordered extra metal that exactly matched my ring, and put it at the top of her priority list. Throughout the entire process she made me feel very confident that it would turn out fitting just right and beautiful. You cant see any line where she made the addition. I never write google recommendations, but they were just so fantastic, I had to write one.

I had a pair of gold earnings repaired and they did a great job. I can’t see the place where the repair was done. I also had my iPhone screen replaced. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Ive used this place twice. The first time, another store recommended them for watch battery replacement. That went very well. So I went back again, entrusting a ring to them.I ONLY NEEDED IT SIZED. Unfortunately they must have thought I needed it restored which I DID NOT EVER ASK FOR NOR MENTION. This was a turquoise Native American made ring and you need to be careful since these are not mass produced cheap pieces. The turquoise stones had their original polish rubbed off plus were lighter than when they were turned in. Also the sterling had the character(patina these pieces tend to acquire) polished out of it. Im out over $100 for the ring because those stones cant be replaced unless I were able to somehow contact the original artist. I got all kinds of excuses from the person whom I only asked to size the ring. Im just grateful this didnt happen with an extremely expensive piece. NA jewelry can go into the thousands. I can only recommend them for watch battery replacement and silver restoration if its not a collector piece. I will not send another Native American piece their way ever again though. Lesson learned the hard way to go to someone who specializes in that kind of jewelry.

The jeweler did excellent work resizing and restoring a family heirloom ring. Kordell who checked in my ring and assisted with pick-up was friendly & courteous to work with on this project I was nervous about. I would highly recommend this location as being very professional.

Fixology helped me repair my phone screen AND A week later, my speaker (speaker fix was free of charge). Apple was trying to charge me $400, made me wait hours, and said I needed a new phone. Both the guys that work there helped me out (I didn’t get their names!) and explained the problem to me. Very knowledgable. Also, they work quick! Definitely would go back again (although for my phone’s sake, I hope I don’t have to!)

I would give 5 stars, but unfortunately they couldn’t repair my iPhone screen with full functionality. My home button wouldn’t work. However, the customer service was definitely a 5 star experience. John, the store manager, offered to reimburse me if I took my phone to apple to get a new screen. The entire process went smoothly, and quickly.

So amazing! My Marc Jacobs watch was missing the big pin that connects face to band. I brought it to Macy and Nordstrom, and they weren’t able to help. Macy’s flat out refused and Nordstrom said they’d need to send it away 4-6 weeks. Then walked into Fixology, the owner was kind and very helpful, had my watch fixed in 30 seconds flat!!

Took in a watch, that was my fathers who has passed away, because it needed a battery. When removing the back plate to get to the battery the internal mechanism was damaged and now the watch doesnt work. Things happen, theyre repairing it, but this was last Wednesday. I said I could be back Sunday to get it, as I was told the repair parts were already in house. Stopped in Sunday to pick up the watch and was told its not ready and the mechanism had to be special ordered. They had my phone number on the ticket, yet I heard nothing of this until I stopped in last Sunday. Now its been over a week with no word and I wont be back there for several weeks. They did agree to clean the watch entirely and ship the watch when finally repaired but as of right now very dissatisfied and unhappy about the situation and the severe lack of communication.Finally got my watch back after 3+ weeks, after the manager had to intervene and take charge of it. Watch looks amazing and so glad to have it back. Due to the bad start I cant give a higher rating, but I do believe they do know what theyre doing I was just unfortunate enough to have and issue and some serious communication failures.

Got the clasp of my Citizen watch replaced here, they gave me a good price and did the job within an hour.But the part they used was very low quality, within a month of having the clasp replaced the new clasp broke. I guess the low price was reflective of their parts quality.

Ive gone in a few times, mostly for a basic watch service. Once I brought in some cufflinks that were gifted to me and got all bent out of shape at a pretty raucous wedding. They fixed them free of charge. Just yesterday I had them replace a pin in my watch that kept sliding out of place and was always snagging on clothing, bedding, etc. Took 2 minutes and cost me nothing. Whenever I have them replace a battery on a watch I cant open myself they do it really quickly and the price is fair. Ive been so pleased with my experiences and service here that any time I need something fixed theyre the first place I go to. Swift, and professional. Highly recommend.

Would be a 4.5 if possible. Was given a pretty high price (compared to other repair shops) , but they over estimated it and lowered it to a more reasonable price when I went in to pick up my Piece. They work pretty quickly (compared to other repair shops) and greet you when you enter, good customer service! The reason why its not a complete 5-Star is because the piece that was soldered is pretty noticeable. So far its holding up fine, but it is not as flush as i would like it to be. If you need a quick fix for a good price, this is the place to go!

I really like fixology this place is very professional my ring broke and I brought it there to get fixed they had it down in like an hour. Megan does wonderful work my ring looked like brand new. It was reasonably price as well.

The only place my watches are taken care since 2012. Never faced a trouble to change the battery or get watches repaired. 5 years battery warranty gave us always confidence to change the battery only here.

Our service was prompt and got good education on the function on the watch.

He told me they were closing in an hour but if I had some other shopping to do, he would try to fix it. I stopped back at closing time and the watch was fixed. My wedding band had to be cut off prior to surgery and so I went to Fixology (at the Mall of America) to have it repaired and enlarged. The sad part for me was that the ring had an intricate design etched on it and I figured that from now on Id have to wear my ring with the repair turned to the back so it wouldnt show. I was blown away when I came in to pick the ring up.....the Fixology goldsmith had duplicated the design so that the intricate engraving was continuous even onto the new gold that had been added - she had to show me where the repair had been made! I had not asked or expected them to attempt to duplicate the design. Its beautiful and I am thrilled!

Maegan was very knowledgeable and I felt fine leaving my jewelry with her to work on. I have never seen my wedding rings look so pretty. Im actually seeing her about 4 other pieces to work on because she was VERY honest & work was above anyone I had found to date.

I took my moto z play phone to have the screen replaced and they replaced it. An few hours later the screen popped up from one side and I took it back and they explained to me that the frame on the phone was warped and they knew that before replacing the screen and that I would have to get a full case to hold the screen down instead of telling me that it’s not worth fixing. I paid $125 for the service when I paid $230 for the phone when I could have used that money for a new phone which I ended up buying because I the screen stop working and I didn’t want to keep driving back to have them “fix” it again. They staff was nice but they could have given me the choice to get it fixed knowing that it could have problems or told me it’s not worth it. Honesty goes a long way.

I work in the Mall, and unfortunately broke my phone screen. I called and walked around asking prices from Zagg, a couple no name kiosks, and Fixology. Fixology was by far the best price. They had my phone screen swapped out in 45 minutes and put a fantastic glass protector on. The price was substantial, but it’s a new iPhone- so is the part.I don’t leave a ton of reviews- what got me to make the effort was the managers customer service. My screen was acting up and they opened it up and cleaned it to see if it would improve. When it didn’t theyreplaced it again with no charge and put a new glass protector on. Super easy. Super efficient. Can’t recommend them enough.

Never been to fixology before I went there in hopes of fixing a MacBook. Not only did kordellwashington get my MAC situation sorted he was able to get a broken headphone jack out of a new iPad. after i had tried , tried , and tried again I had accepted thata this issue wouidbnever be remedied But it was fixed wonderful customer service. !!!!! I took my iPhone 6 in because the touch screen wasn’t working. Robert took my phone apart and put it back together and boom it worked. I bought a screen protector and I left the store. Then I tried to make a call on my phone and my top speaker wasn’t working. I brought it back and Robert changed the cable that connects the speaker to the phone and voila, good to go. All I paid was $30. They do a great job in a timely fashion!

I have come here before this would be my third trip and each time I am left very happy today I stopped in to get the band on my latest watch repair it arrived by mail and the pin that holds the arm in place was broken so was my heart. The guy behind the counter greeted me and asks how could he help I gave him a bit of back story pulled out my watch and he went to work. He asked how did the pin come out of the arm and I kinda laughed inside because my guess was as good as his. 3 seconds later my watch was as good as new. If I have any problems with any watch this is where I will always go Thank you- your fast prompted professional help really made my day :)Pro: it’s in the mall, so you can shop while you wait plus if your not a stickler you don’t have to send your watch out like the flagship stores and jewelry stores do.Con: None

Visited Fixology at Mall Of America in Bloomington, MN twice this week. First trip was to get three watch batteries replaced. Upon being greeted by the friendly staff, I was given a quoted price and time an went on about my business. When I returned in the estimated given time, the watches were all packed up neatly and ready to go and I was again greeted politely by the friendly staff. Knew wed come back, just wasnt expecting so soon. Over a busy weekend, we realized that there was also one ring that needed to be correctly sized, so we took it back to our friends at Fixology and had an equally pleasant experience there as well. The staff really knows their skills and craftsmanship quite well. Dont even hesitate to give them your business, as I promise you will be satisfied. Thank you, Fixology!

Brought my phone in to get fixed and there replaced the screen with a sub par component. I found that out when my screen cracked and had it fixed at a different repair place! . Super disappointed to know they didnt use quality parts when fixing my phone. Had my phone fixed at The kiosk at Ridgedale and they were awesome!

Very happy to discover this place. Last time I needed a new battery for my Swiss watch it was a major ordeal of taking it to a jewler that was an authorized dealer and they needed to send it in. A couple MONTHS later I got it back. Now I can bring it here and have a new battery installed in minutes WITH a warranty on the battery. Great service and knowledgeable staff. They got a customer as long as theyre around.

I was visiting in MN, had my phone fixed at Fixology, picked it up, got dropped off at the airport and flew home. Yes it was disappointing that my phone wasnt working correctly after having the screen changed at Fixology, but the way they handled correcting that problem was so welcome. I cant tell you enough nice things about how well everything went. John kept me up to date by shooting me emails and/or texts, so I didnt feel dropped like a hot potato. He was AMAZING! I had my phone screen replaced here. Since it was not an Apple product it was one of the few places I trusted to do the work. Joe helped me and was very knowledgeable. The repair was done overnight so the inconvenience was as minimal as could be expected. After the repair I discovered there was another part that needed to be fixed also. John the manager went above and beyond getting that issue taken care of too. The next time I need watch, jewelry, or phone repair Fixology will definitely be getting my business.

Tried to get my kids Kindle fire fixed there. Charged a lot but I wont hold that against them, what I will expect with a large bill though is fast and courteous service. They gave me a date of completion for the job which was about a week. After that time had passed I called and they said they hadnt even gotten the part yet but would speed it up and itd be there promptly, after another week and no phone calls I called and it was still not finished. I asked for a discount on the service and they gave me 20 dollars off. It still took them another few days and they didnt call me when it was done either. This is the only time I have ever written a review, bad service usually doesnt bother me but this was ridiculous. The actual work was fine I guess although it seemed as though I couldve trained myself in the art of screen repair and opened my own business in the time it took them to finish it.

I need them to fix crack glass on my son Nexus 5. Got the estimate over the phone. Ordered the part over the phone and it come faster than expected. Went over there and was told to wait 30 min. Got a call back in 20 min. Phone was fixed. Just too bad they dont give a lifetime warranty on their work (only 2 weeks ?). Other places that I asked for quote gave me a lifetime warranty for fixing cracked glass. Would have been 5 star.

I was trying to get my Motorola cellphone fixed-it had a shattered screen. I called Motorola-they wouldnt fix it. Neither would Sprint nor some of the bigger name cellphone repair places in the Twin Cities (they said they couldnt get the parts). I finally called fixology and talked to John. He told me he could get the parts but it would take about 5-8 days to get them in (they carry standard phone parts in the store but my slider phone was more unusual and he would have to order it in). It took 7 days but once I had it dropped off (I dropped it off at night), it was done by the next day. I could have waited for it to be fixed but I just didnt want to hang around. They did an amazing job. It was a little expensive. The cost was $140 and I had to put $70 down but John let me do it over the phone so he could put the order in. Considering no one else could/would do it and I had pictures on the phone I didnt want to loose, it was well worth it. I think regular phones might be cheaper but not sure. Based on the youtube videos I watched, getting to the screen on a slider phone appeared extremely complicated and something I wasnt going to attempt myself. All in all my phone works perfect again. I think John is the only one who does the cellphone repairs so if you are going later in the evening, dont expect that he will always be there. Call first if you need it fixed while you wait to make sure someone is there who can do it.

My iphones power button was stuck and Apple told me it was unfixable and that I would have to spend $300 to replace the entire phone. I promptly left and brought my phone to Fixology to get a second opinion--mind you, this was my first time ever going to a store outside of Apple to fix my phone. The experience was great. Both workers were very nice and explained everything to me and patiently answered all of my questions. They told me it would be an hour to replace the button for $91. When I returned, they told me they were able to fix the problem without using their spare part, and that this would only cost me $30. I am very pleased with this experience because not only did they manage to go the simpler route, but they were honest about it and charged me less than the initial pricing. I will definitely return here should I need to in the future. Thanks for saving me $270!

Nice guys and great service. I took my watch in for a battery replacement. They also provided a cleaning and pressure sealed my watch again after finishing. All in all, it took 20 mins to complete.They also provide a 5 year warranty on the battery too.
