Andy Mohr Hyundai Bloomington has always been good to deal with. They don’t do unnecessary services and try to charge you an arm and a leg to get your oil changed. They are always professional and courteous and their waiting area is accommodating with cold water bottles or coffee and TV, with social distancing capabilities from other guests. You usually don’t have to wait too long and I really appreciate the free car wash with my services as well! I won’t go anywhere else to get my car serviced.

I was in search of a 2022 Tucson. Using the internet I was contacted by Andy Mohr in Bloomington IN. They offered to place me on a priority list which could be a means of obtaining a new car sooner. Purchasing a new car during a production shortage requires patience. My salesman named Sean Gillett was very professional and spoke with me several times prior to the car arriving. I think my wait was approximately 6 weeks. Sean personally delivered the car to me after driving 100+ miles to my home. Absolutely perfect service. I would highly recommend Sean and Andy Mohr Hyundai in Bloomington IN no matter where you live!

Bait and switch. Used stock photos online to hide the condition of the vehicle. This particular vehicle was listed online for 13,000$. When you get to the. Lot they raise the price to 16k, and you find out it has been wrecked in the rear and the interior is ripped up. DO NOT MAKE THE DRIVE. They are shady.

BUYER BEWARE On October the 16th I purchased a Used 2007 Pontiac Vibe from this dealership. Logan Foster was my Salesman and Brian Campbell was the sales Manager. While test driving this car I asked Logan Foster if this car had any leaks or if there were any issues. His answer was no there was nothing wrong with it and it had passed the rigorous service inspection that allowed this to be a car sold on the Dealership floor and not sent to auction. These cars sit very low to the ground and I was unable to get under it which caused me to ask the question of any leaks. Raising the hood the engine was quite dirty and I asked why it had not been cleaned. Logans answer was that steam cleaning the engines in the past had resulted in misfires. The purchase was made and I drove the car back from Bloomington IN. to Louisville KY. Later I noticed a puddle of oil under the car. I was able to get under and found that the drip tray under the radiator was full of old black oil and it was overflowing from the tray. I cleaned it all out hoping that it was just a bad oil change. The next day after a 20 minute drive I found another puddle of oil under the car, the tray full again. I contacted Andy Mohr and reached Geremy George, New Car Sales Manager. After 4 days of him putting off a resolve and telling me He would contact his Superiors about it, he finally contacted me to tell me that his service department had qualified this car as a quality used car and that he had talked to Management. I was told there was nothing they would do. I asked if they would at least help with the repairs from a qualified Mechanic if it was found there was a prior oil leak. I was told no that the car was fine and what ever happened to it after I bought it was my fault. I am posting this review as a negative 100 STARS (sad they dont have that option) in the hopes that anyone doing business with this Dealership will take any future purchase to their qualified Mechanic since the word of Andy Mohr appears to mean nothing. I would hate to see anyone else fall victim to their poor business tactics and would suggest you take your business to an HONEST Dealership.

The HyundI shuttle driver George cursed at me when I called to request a ride.The service took way longer than I was originally informed. They botched the repair job and now my interior lights do not function properly. They wanted $110 to replace my engine and cabin filter. I did it myself for under $20. I would not recommend this car lot at all.

Pre approved for car loan. Looked for cars through my employee perks website. With discount incentives. They called me. Have car I am searching for on lot. Sticker price $33,000 they are adding $5000.00 for the fact they have one. Then refuse to honor my employee discount. Which means would pay full price for vehicle minus the upchargr. I was a returning customer. Will never return again. Arrogant employees. Not recommended.

I can’t begin to say enough about this dealership and their positive customer service. I shopped other dealerships online prior to reaching out to Andy Mohr and none come close to the service levels. I never stepped foot in the dealership yet received the car I wanted in less than 48 hours. I should note they did not have the car on their lot and had to acquire it for me and delivered it to my home (an hour+ away). No other dealership was prepared or willing to provide this service. I have purchased cars from other Andy Mohr dealerships with the same level of customer service. This was my first Hyundai purchase. Huge shout out to Rish and Brandon!!! Thanks for EVERYTHING!

First of all, I would like to start out this review by just saying what a great worker Brandon Hartman is over at Andy Mohr Hyundai! My wife and I had came looking for a very specific car and he made sure we left with what we wanted. Nothing more, and nothing less. He wasnt interested in pressuring us in to anything we didnt want. He wanted to make sure we where happy with what we got and it fit our needs to a T. He was very clear cut and honest about the process and wanted to make sure that we got what we wanted at a fair price. He made our experience at Andy Mohr Hyundai greater than either of us expected. Will definitely be coming back here when it comes time to replace another one of our vehicles. Will definitely request Brandon Hartman by name. and kudos to the financial department as well as they where friendly and courteous and got us the best possible financing we could have asked for. Shawn Long was our sales assistant; he was very familiar with the Kona model we were shopping for. No high pressure sales, never felt rushed even through it was almost closing time on a Friday. We were able to agree on a deal, they even brought the particular color we wanted in from another dealer at no extra charge.Gerard Lynch the Business Manager was fantastic to work with, he was able to find every price incentive available to bring the overall price down even farther. I brought my vehicle in because my engine was misfiring, they looked at it for less than an hour and called me and told me everything was fine, not even 48 hours after leaving my car was still misfiring. After calling them and asking for details about my repair I was told they didnt work on it at all and simply wiped the error code. They didnt even work on it, and told me my misfiring engine was safe to drive on.

It is clearly a car dealers market right now, and our experience differed fundamentally with previous car purchases. It was literally take it or leave it. They wouldnt budge on price and offered us next to nothing on our trade. In the past, other dealers had offered a grace period where if something showed up wrong that wasnt caught in the 5 min test drive, the car would be fixed or could be returned for a refund. Not here. I was asked to merely sign an AS IS form stating that as soon as the car left the lot, any issues are mine to deal with. The sales folks were nice enough, but overall, not impressed.

I went to help my mom buy a car here. The whole process, from test drive to driving off with the car, took about 4 hours, so that was less than ideal, but the sales person we worked with (Brandon) was friendly and polite.They made two mistakes in the financing process: they put down the wrong downpayment amount when running the credit check, resulting in inaccurate monthly payment estimates, and when we went to do the final paperwork, they initially charged the MSRP price instead of the dealer discounted price they had advertised and that we had agreed upon. The latter mistake, if I hadnt caught it last minute before we walked out the door, would have cost my mom $1500. Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake, and they did correct both mistakes without complaint. Still, when youre dealing with a major purchase of a new car, and they do this all day, every day, I would have expected a smoother process.At the end of the day, my mom got a good car for a good price, so thats the most important thing, but Id advise you to check, check, and check again when it comes to making sure youre getting the deal they said youd be getting. Bring a calculator. Bring a snack.

This is now my second incredible experience with Andy Mohr. I bought a car in 2015 through them that has only been in the shop once, and last night I bought another car with a seamless process. Ryan McAlister and John (manager, dont remember last name) were very professional and kind. I feel like I was swindled by Keenan Gill and the dealership he works for (Andy Mohr).At the beginning Makenzie and Keenan Gill had great communication. Keenan sent me a video of the car trying to show me all the imperfections. What he didn’t show me was the front valance was busted as well as the rear button on the trunk was cracked, but that was the least of my concerns.The vehicle was inspected PER the CARFAX by Andy Mohr but only the oil was changed **see pics** the transmission fluid badly needed to be replaced **see pics** Andy Mohr must not have very good mechanics but they check that off the list on CARFAX to make the car look better when they sell it.In addition to that, 75 miles from the Bloomington dealership, after I bought the car, the engine light came on. **see pics** Turns out there was a P2645 (a rocker arm actuator control circuit/open bank 1) which I ended up replacing which was approx. $64 more than I should have. I did report the faulty code to KEENAN GILL and he stated take it to the nearest Chevrolet dealership for them to read the code and we will make this right. I reported to KEENAN GILL the code with email and phone but HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK.Lastly it stated on the Carfax report the tires were mounted and balanced and coming from a dealership the TPMS was not reprogrammed, so I did not know which tire was lower than the rest. All the tires started running low on air because the bead of the rim was not cleaned off.These are the things that I had to do in the first month of buying a car from this dealer. With buying a $14,000 car I would expect that I wouldn’t have to do this. Andy Mohr will probably say they aren’t a GM dealership which is funny because Andy Mohr owns one in Plainfield, IN (which is north from Bloomington, IN).

Well, I am going against my own rules here. I leave lots of google reviews but I just never leave 5 stars because that, to me, represents perfection. We have been customers of the Andy Mohr Hyundai service department for a few years as our family has owned 5, now 6, Hyundais and we have grown to trust Larry Askren and the service department. Trust is a word I do not use casually, it is important to me and my family. This is the first Hyundai we purchased from Andy Mohr and we couldnt be more pleased.My wife and I were actually on our way to Indy to help our son buy a vehicle he found, and stopped by the dealership just to look. Our last car was a late model Sonata, which we loved, but was totaled last fall by a head on deer strike. Gotta love Indiana. We were again thinking about a newer Sonata but were also curious about trying an SUV. We explained our situation to salesman Will Booms and discussed various options there on the lot. Being familiar with the Sonatas performance, we chose to first drive this Santa Fe Sport 2.0T. Wow! We were impressed. Will was a great resource. As we drove an extended loop around the BTOWN area, Will patiently explained the various newer technologies and features with which we were unfamiliar. My wife and I are both Boomers, so patience is no small feat when it comes to explaining tech, ask our children.After the test drive, we thought we knew what our decision would be but still drove another option. Again, Will was a great help and a pleasure to talk to. We never felt rushed to make a decision and were, in fact, just looking and somewhat unprepared to buy something that day.My wife and I decided the Santa Fe was the right choice, but again were unprepared to purchase. We made a written offer. Will took that to his mgr and brought back an acceptable counter. Then we discussed ways to make it work that day. Will was a problem solver and we found a solution.Next, we worked with Gerrad Lynch, Business Mgr. He also was an actual joy to work with. We were on a really tight schedule but Gerrad was super efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. We got our deal, signed the myriad required forms, and were on our way with time to spare. We even got back to Bloomington in time to celebrate at Mother Bears.I really cant say enough about Will and Gerrad. Both were very interested in our satisfaction and answered every question we had. These men are good communicators. Our buying experience at Andy Mohr Hyundai was one of the best I have ever had and I Highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service, and especially Will Booms and Gerrad Lynch when it comes time to buy your next vehicle.

The service department kept me informed and got my car back on the road very quickly after the part arrived. My car was towed to the dealership and I am not a customer of theirs but they were professional and curtious and even washed my car before I picked it up. I was in and out for a recall on my car. They noted a show start on my car and checked my battery voltage for me and suggest a new battery soon as mine was the original battery and getting up there in age but never pushed a sale. Offered coffee and a car wash when it was open but it was a bit cold still being my appointment was so early and it was below freezing temps they had to wait until it was warmer!

**Update. I changed my initial review of 5 stars because only 31 days after I purchased my 2015 Nissan with 60k miles it needed a new transmission. After many conversations and lies with the salesman, sales manager, and even the general manager, I was still out almost $3000 more to repair my car. This was even with evidence that the problem existed before I bought the car. Overall, Andy Mohr made a petty nice profit off this now broke elementary teacher. Love the car, cant trust the dealer.

One star is generous.Ive purchased a new car from the Honda side with no issues. Then I had the displeasure of buying a used car from the Hyundai side.The 20 minute test drive was fine, noticed the radiator fan was running a little longer after shutoff. My unhelpful sales person consulted google and said it isnt a big deal. Hot day, long running fan... fair enough.Get inside, go over everything and negotiation starts. Mr. Unhelpful Sales consults the desk comes back and Im told there has been a mix up. The actual price was $1000 more than listed so if I want it that is the price from which we need to start. Sleezy.I wish that was the worst of it... Finally come to an agreement. I purchase the vehicle.On the 30 minute drive home it overheats. And Im stranded.DO NOT buy a used car from Andy Mohr. You can not have the expectation of being able to get it home.

I had a very good experience at Andy Mohr Hyundai! Everyone there was very nice and helpful. They were never pushy like other dealerships I had went to. Brandon, the salesman that sold me my new car, was great! Between him and the Finance Manager they got me the very best deal. I would highly recommend going here if you want someone on your side, pulling to get the best for you.

It was very good, the salesman Eric did a great job for me & Gerard was also great to work with to do the paper work. This is my second car from both if them. I really like my 2020 Sonata, cant beat the price for what you get.

Update to my review:I have added one star bc even though all of the below is still what happened, they did agree to pay the late fee incurred. Still a horrible experience, but they did try to amend the issue (one of them at least).Would give 0 stars if possible. They did not honor the price we had agreed upon in writing (via text with the sales rep) claiming there was a misunderstanding as well as the vehicle having 3000 miles more than their listing claimed. They did not sufficiently compare loan options based on their pull of our credit report prior to authorizing each option to pull our credit individually so we wound up with 6 different hard inquiries even though we have great credit. The financial office screwed up our sales tax (we live out of state and should not have paid local state taxes) costing us an additional $500 that I now have to get corrected myself. Our title paperwork (that we paid them to handle for us) was not only late, but incorrect causing extra fees and extra headaches. By far the worst experience Ive ever had, and this was not our first time buying a vehicle. Incompetent from start to finish with zero remorse or interest in making it right. Even thinking about dealing with this place is bad for my blood pressure and gives me stress headaches. We should have just walked away when the price wasnt right.

Update: This did just get resolved and they made good on what was promised so my experience was very good at this dealership with my only complaint being resolved.Got a used Ford Expedition about six months ago. Eric Elia (the sales rep) told me that my purchase included a ziebart package where i could get the service annually at no cost so long as I own the vehicle. I even asked him several times just to confirm because it seemed like a lot to just give away. I told him I keep vehicles until they die and he said that was ok and it didnt expire.Well low and behold, tried to cash in on that today and was told no. That is something that has to be purchased at the time of sale. All the guy had to do was not tell me its included and i would have purchased it. Unfortunately, I looked back through my paperwork and its not mentioned anywhere, like I thought, so I guess thats out the window.Why cant people just be honest?All in all it was a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and not pushy but that left a sour taste in my mouth so,I wouldnt recommend this place. If you do choose it make sure any offer or gift is in writing.

I drove into Andy Mohr Hyundai on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment after my check engine light came on and the car was not running correctly. I assumed I would be parking my car there until at least Monday. I was pleasantly surprised that not only were there people in the service department, but they looked at my car almost immediately. The gentleman who checked me in said it would not be quick, although it didnt seem all that long to me. He checked in with us a couple of times and then came to say it was fixed, under warranty and had us on our way.

🚨🚨WARNING🚨🚨 Do not buy from this dealership Andy Mohr Kia located in Indiana.My son found a vehicle online, he worked with a sale person by the name of Sean that he was texting. He knew the vehicles my son wanted to buy and knew when my son was coming. My son drove 3 hours to look at it and test drove it, as soon as he gets out the car after test driving it, the sale guy tells him the car is sold and that the people are inside signing the papers.I contacted the dealership the next day to ask if the car was still available, they said yes. To my surprise, I asked are you sure? And I was told it was... thats when I proceeded to explain what happen and suddenly the sales person needed to call me back....Today I get a call, and the manager tells me it was sold that day to someone that was waiting to get approved to buy that car but told me they do not hold cars 🤔 so if my son was test driving the car and working with a sales person.. how did the other person already come, testing drive, got approved, and already signing papers to purchase it? Because my son drove 3 hrs to test drive a car that was still available... he was never told before he made the drive that it was pending approval, or that anyone was test driving or buying it.. had that been communicated, he wouldnt have drove 3 hours!Whats even more confusing is why was I told the the next day that the car was still available? Sounds like they saw an 18 year old and didnt want to mess with it.The manager who called me to address the concerns I had was extremely rude, cut me off and wouldnt even let me explain anything. Needless to say, I wasnt having it and hung up. I would not do business with these people!!

I went in to test drive a new Sonata N Line and am really pleased with the service. No pressure and very relaxed test drive experience. Zack Brammer was the guy that rode with me and it was a pleasure working with him on the test drive.
