I have been a North Face customer for over 36 years now. It all started for me when I was in Boy Scouts and needed exceptional Camping Gear and Clothing.I purchasef a Backpack over 2 years ago, that I use for work. The Shoulder Strap tore out and I have about 8 lbs of stuff in my Backpack. They switched it out for me, because North Face has the best Warranty in the Business.

Many friendly sales people all around. Chill atmosphere though.

Food was really good and there were some really cool places to take pictures. Nickelodeon was also fun

The mall is very easy to get lost in. It is huge.

Things have changed a lot at Northface. Back in the day it was about the experience and now it’s more about commissions.At checkout you are asked if someone was assisting you and that’s the reason the sales people seem to be very pushy, as a part of the sale is a probably part of their compensation. They bought the experience down to a used car dealership.Unless the management change the business model, these fancy stores would not help a lot with.

They have some amazing cool sweatshirts, vests, long sleeve shirts. Even if you dont find it in the store, other sources still have some amazing north face apparel.

The North Face, its quite stylish and Im very happy with my purchased. I have been purchasing for a while but its not my favorite store. Its very expensive, the quality of this jacket and it serves its purpose of keeping me very warm.

Turns out its just a mall. Nothing special, unless you go for the few rides and putt putt, which you can do at real amusement parks........ and we did not encounter any friendly staff, other that the first floor Caribou Coffee.

The staff are extremely rude. They do not help. They walked around trying jackets instead of helping there costumers. Don’t go to MOF spend your money somewhere else you will be happy.

I love the quality of their clothing. Their staff here is always really attentive and helpful. They have great sales and an awesome variety of products for everyone in the family. I count on this place to find what i need in order to keep my family warm during the winter months. There is nj place Id rather shop for winter weather wear and camping stuff. This location is well lit and well staffed at all times and i always feel like they are willing to help. I have never gone to that location and not been able to find what Im looking for and i shop there often.

I figured being the MOA location this place would have a huge selection of items. Turns out...not so much. Underwhelming.

Got treated very poorly on my visit here. Other people were being ushered into the store because of Covid restrictions, but when people left and it was my turn to enter they looked at me like deer in headlights. Also everyone else in the store was asked if they needed assistance but me...Then when I asked somone for assistance with finding a size he scanned said they were out of stock but left before letting me know if it was available online. I found the manager to ask for help on seeing if the jacket was available and told him about my bad expriences and he quickly dismissed them by saying I dont think that is a thing, I can see you are wearing a nice Gordon Lyons sweater as if that had anything to do with me as a customer...at least he helped me find a suitable jacket I liked (that was $100 more). At the check out counter I got the kid who didnt have time to help me. I tried using my winter season rewards or talk to him abour getting it applied and he was barely listening, the online return I brought with me I had used the rewards on so I was asking him how I could apply it to this new more expensive jacket. He basically lied to me by saying that I was refunded the $20 rewards on my return for it. I later found out from customer service that was completely inaccurate. They had so many chances in the store that day to have one positive interaction with me and failed each time. This is a shame because I love North Face clothing. This store needs to work on treating everyone equally.

No good sales, prices vwry similar to stores that carry product.

Supposed to be open till 9:00 p.m. but decided to put a handwritten note in the door at 10 minutes to 7:00 saying theyre closed until the next day.would have been good to know before driving an hour to get here.

Chris went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service in finding a winter coat for my son. Excellent customer service is so rare these days. Because of Chris, I will be a lifelong customer and always recommend this store to my friends!

I always love the stores. Great selection of well designed clothing set for our northern climate. Its unfortunate the stores dont carry extended sizes or Id shop here more. I found the gloves I needed and there are lots of accessories that make the outdoors more enjoyable.

They tried selling me numbered limited edition jackets. Lets be honest people, if youre really into outdoor activities does it really matter if your gear is a numbered limited edition? A patch wont keep me any warmer then a jacket without a limited edition patch. Definitely trying to market to city slickers who wont use these garments to their full design potential.

I had an excellent experience in this store. The managers, Chris and John took great care of me! Everyone was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in what products that I was looking for and were eager to help. Great place!

Hey, its a mall store but its not bad. I went there for a new pair of boots that they just started carrying a few weeks ago. They did not have the particular color I wanted. I was able to confirm the correct size and comfort level and ordered from their online store while having lunch in the food court. Mission accomplished!

Products have always been great. The issue I have run into is the stock they keep in the store. Twice now, specific products I have been looking for are available in only one size/color.For a flagship store at the Mall of America, I wish they had better inventory levels.

Soft t shirts with the classic logo are also a must. Also - forget what you already know about pack packs. The future is here and its there. At North Face.

Nice place

They made good stuff about ten years ago. I’ve had the same jacket for over ten years still in good shape. Bought a new one in the fall 2018 washed it twice and the fabric started to ball up on the sleeves. Brought it to the store to see what they could do. They sent it in for warranty and said they should be able to repair or replace the jacket. I just got the jacket back nothing has been repaired and a letter saying please call if you have any questions. I sent my jacket in 3 months ago and just got it back. I got an email with the tracking for shipment saying it was repaired and on the way. If you want to spend $100+ on a jacket that only last two months this is the place for you.

I am in love with the North face outlet in Albertville. The selection is great and the employees are helpful. This has set the bar high but this location seems to be lacking in size and selection.

We had gotten there in the morning and stopped by and my step mom found a jacket she liked and she didnt see her size and the man that I think was the manager she had asked if they had it in the back so he went back to see and said that the jacket had just gotten in and to come back later to see if the boxes where opened and so we did a couple hours later and we asked him and so he said let me check about half an hour we asked him again and he said oh I forgot and then it took him about a minute and that is why I gave one star

I had a valid discount code not typically used. When the cashier asked the manager he did his best to reluctantly accept and make me feel guilty about using the coupon, only to agree with using it. He’s a bald white fellow, thin and tall with a goatee (in case you go there). I wonder how he became the manager when he can’t seem to nail down basic customer service. Experience in a store matters and he killed my excitement about buying my fiancé a gift that was also a deal with his cheap guilt trip.

The best Clothing

I was in a couple days ago looking for a specific jacket in a specific color. I walked up to an employee and asked if they had the jacket in a XXL. She gave me a nasty look and told me they didnt carry anything that big in store and that it would all be online if they had it. She told me they didnt carry XXLs in store, but there was the same jacket in a different color in a XXL on the rack, so obviously they do carry at least some. Luckily another employee approached me as asked if he could help, and when I asked if they had the jacket in a XXL, he was super helpful and went and checked without protest or nasty comments. Im disappointed in the lack of a size range in the North face, but I know thats not the employees fault and they cant help it. But the ignorant and rude attitudes about plus sizes can be helped.

Bought a nice coat here, pilled so badly within 2 weeks that it looked like I had it for years. I called the store to see if it could be returned and she said yes absolutely. I drove over 100 miles one way to do return it. When I get there nobody knew what to do about it and finally they said they couldn’t return the coat since it was worn. They said we can send it to warranty and they will fix or replace it so I agreed. They said it would take two weeks MAX and I should have heard and update something by 1 week. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten any updates on the coat and the store manager is absolutely unwilling to work with me. He says I can give you a slight discount on a similar item. As if I didn’t already spend all my money on the first pos coat. So know I’m out $200 and without a coat. What a joke. Don’t buy from this place

Stopped in the check on a jacket for my wife. While I was waiting I decided to check out some snow pants for an upcoming ski trip. I initially decided to not purchase them, but after comparing the quality and features to other competing brands, I went right back and bought them. North Face products arent cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.
