If youre looking for a new vehicle look here first because you wont be disappointed! It was by far the best dealership weve been to. We worked with Sean Case and he was very knowledgeable about the Chevy Traverse we were interested in! Everyone from the salesman, owner, and finance manager were super friendly and very helpful we were in and out in a couple hours and it was the easiest car buying experience weve ever had. I took my truck in with no appointment because it was raining that day and the wipers stopped working. They agreed to keep the vehicle even without an appointment worked on it that same day. Although the wiper motor was bad and they couldnt get the part until the following morning, they had the motor replaced and the vehicle ready to be returned first thing the next day.

Dealership was fine. Im having an issue with the radio. Opened the Android Auto feature to load my phone book. Now the radio shuts off after 2 minutes unless I turn the phone off. Any ideas on how to fix this?

They told me about the premium maintanace package that came with my vehicle. I purchased it from Carmax and when I brought it in to Barker where they told me I still had 13 months left on it and that my oil change and tire rotation was free. They always treat me with respect and I have never h!d a bad experience with them.

Called in Thursday with a severe oil leak. Towed in that day. Was told it would get looked at on Monday but they had it done Friday to my relief. They cleaned up the oil that was sprayed all over the engine and undercarriage. I admire the professionalism of Barker Motor Company and definitely would recommend them.

I am very pleased that they did their best to troubleshoot the issue I was having, and decided to change out several parts just to make sure the issue was resolved. I worked hard to buy a nice car that was still under warranty, and finding a dealership that actually cares is the most important thing as a vehicle owner. I was charged $1,233 for a part that costs $67 and a piece of rubber hose. I would expect to pay for labor and diagnostics but that was misrepresented to me by the service department.I will not be doing anymore business there.

Took my car in to see what was going on- Found out it was something that they had already replaced before. Tried to give us the run around why they wouldnt fix it or give their word for a part that was already replaced. Their excuse was I went over ONE time on an oil change and I bought the car brand new in 2013 and have always had my car serviced there, but I guess if you mess up 1 time that gives them the reason to not stand by their work. My family and I have bought 5 cars from there throughout the years. Wont be back to buy a car from the dealership again. When you would call and talk to Shane on the phone to check in on the car or to speak with someone he was very unprofessional and rude. Wont be back again to ever have my car serviced and let all my friends and family know as well not to use their business.

Friendly staff and sales people. Traded in my vehicle on another one today. They seemed to be very busy and short handed. I believe I got a fair deal, but the tons of paperwork is terrible. Salesman never did offer me a drink or any kind of refreshment. Popcorn or something like that would have been nice. Lighthouse GMC dealer in Morton Illinois really knows how to treat their customers. Of note is that the drivers side floor mat was missing from the vehicle I bought. They said they would order one and send it to me. I shall see if that happens and if it does, how long it will take.

To the point: These folks are highly professional and they get 5 stars from me. In October, I bought a used 2018 GMC vehicle from a private owner. Just few weeks after I bought it, the engine seized. Since it was a GMC vehicle and was still under warranty, I chose to have the local GMC dealer diagnose the problem. Long story short: Even though I had not purchased the vehicle from them, I was treated like a long time customer with no negative attitude at all. I realize that dealerships are required to honor factory warranties, and they really have no choice but to do so. But, sometimes a person can be treated a bit differently when they show up with a problem vehicle that was purchased elsewhere. That did not happen with me. Kudos to the folks at Barker GMC. I recommend them without hesitation!

I bought my new Acadia from this dealership and was very impressed by everyone. My salesman Sean Case was very patient with all my questions and found me the car I wanted within my price range. I just want to say that the sales team and the service department of barker Cadillac are the main reason I want to keep buying Cadillac vehicles. I have had the best, most friendly experience every time I go in there and whenever I wait in the comfortable waiting area to have my car serviced, the customers that are there are also very happy and pleased with their service. The employees are professional and are always giving great customer service. I called to have my car worked on (updated) and when I called to let them know I would be early, they had the loaner vehicle waiting and ready, they were fast to get me in the loaner and got to work on my car. Brian (service) and Brian (sales) went above and beyond to help me out when I found myself facing a large repair bill on my beloved 03 Cadillac and basically stranded. I went there to buy my 17 year old a truck the vehicle we chose was a 2011 GMC sierra it had 100 k on it but was presented to us as a close friend that traded it in solid truck always taken care of well the truck has broken down pretty much monthly to many to list but this repair a steering module and steering rack module is very exspensive and Barker GMC response was these things happen when you buy a truck with over a 100 k I say BS this is excessive stay away from Barker my son has six more years of payments on this clunker STAY AWAY

John Reed was my sales representative while shopping at Barker. I came in with little time and knowing what I wanted to see. John stepped up to my pace and helped me in a quick and professional manner. I feel I got a very good deal on a car I love. The used car came with one issue with the navigation. It cant be rectified until an update on the system is released. The issue should be fixed in about a month. As long as that gets taken care of I am happy to leave a five star review. My wife and I came in with the hopes of trading in an old vehicle and upgrading to a 2015 Chevy Equinox. The experience we had at Barker Motors and with Jon Reed was awesome from start to finish. Jon didnt try to push us into making a deal. We simply told him where we want to be financially and he gave us some options. We really appreciated having some actual estimated numbers to work with.Once we decided to make the purchase, Jon was more than accommodating. He got the car to the dealership within 24 hours so we could check it out. There were a couple things under warranty that needed to be fixed and the service dept. had the parts there within a week. I dropped the car off at 7:30am on my way to work, they gave me a ride to work, and it was ready for pickup at 3:30pm.All in all, less than two weeks after purchase and everything they said theyd do for us, they did. We couldnt be happier with the purchase, service, and price. Kudos to Jon, the Service Dept., and Barker Motors for making this process a pleasurable experience. My wife came got her car fixed she needed brake work done and brake assist light and tire pressure light was on. I ask her to take it to the Cadillac dealer because her part are the original parts from manufacture and she and I brought the car in on a Tuesday morning talked to shawn who knew the car would be in the lot for repair. Upon repairing my vehicle damage was done in the axles. Which I recorded the serviceman saying the tech had been working in my car for the past 3 hour and damage was going to have other changes. My reason to bring it to the dealership was her car needed special tools. She was already given a discount for the work that was being done. The dealership should be responsible enough to take care of the damages that was put upon my car and now our brake light is on which it was not on before taking to the shop. We know a diagnostic test was done which she receive no information on. I dont know why she was charge even more labor after the tech damage her axle. I truly hope nothing wrong with her car. I feel as I sent my wife again to BAkER CADILLAC DEALERSHIP AGAIN AS A WOMEN This dealership took advantage of her again. Also the mirror was done for free as I hear shawn tell her he throw that in then she was charge.. we always leave reviews for bed service.

I wont be going back to this dealership to have my new truck serviced. My door speaker had issues, it took 2 visits, me opening a case with GM, and a video to prove the issue before anything was done. When I picked up my truck, someone had broken my trailer brake controller, totally broke the slide button. I went back in and they denied breaking it and blamed me. The service desk was no help, I had to go into the showroom to get them to even page the service manager. The service manager was friendly and agreed to order a replacement for me. I picked up the replacement, which was not in a box, with no paperwork. The new one given to me did not work at all. At this point, I thought that maybe my truck had an issue, so I went ahead and bought another brake controller. The new one I purchased works fine. Not very happy about being out $100 for something that they broke, but at this point I dont trust leaving my truck there any more.Response to seller:.
