Terrible,Terrible workplace for their employees High turn around rates which in the end means lower quality work. Just had no proper saftey for the means of their proffesion I grew up in a heating and air family doing isulation is not hard but can be super dangerous. I resigned my postion after 3 days watched a man be hospitalized and severly wounded from a 2 story fall and the next days watched more guys work from similar heights no protection and no management would you want someone seriously hurt or injured in your home or buisness?

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROSE AND WALKER. This business makes third world sweat shops look like Fortune 500 companies.90% of their employees are meth-addicted ex-cons. The other 10% are extremely hard working gentleman, who are arbitrarily punished by management for the actions of the losers who comprise the majority of their workforce. I really cant stress how pathetic the management is. We are talking about a company that forces their employees to work 9-10+ hours straight, and then removes 1-2 hours of pay for breaks that were never taken nor even allowed to begin with. They equip their employees with the cheapest, worst equipment possible. They are too cheap to provide full face respirators for their insullators, who are then forced to choke down bag after bag of toxic insullation. They just hired a new manager who recently laid of the aforementioned 10%, so unless you want a crack head trouncing through your attic: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROSE AND WALKER. I urge everyone to seek a legitimate business, with mangement who treats their employees with the same dignity and respect that all human beings deserve.
